A yogi, sitting alone in deep meditation in a solitary place with the body and mind relaxed, free from desires and greed, with self-control, constantly perceives oneness in everything and merges with the Absolute( Brahman). (06:10)
Um yogi, sentado sozinho em meditação profunda, em um lugar deserto, com o corpo e a mente relaxada, livre de desejos e ganância, com auto-controle, sempre percebe a unidade em tudo e se funde com o Absoluto (Brahman). (06:10)
Dentro de nós
Ah como é difícil este caminhar pra dentro de mim
Não são os sons externos, o barulho da cidade o que meus sentidos externos captam meus maiores obstáculos!
A cada dia quando vejo o Sol, o Senhor da Vida despontando, reconheço a grandeza desta oportunidade : a vida humana. Cada dia é dia de dar um passo em direção à divindade, ao Self à Alma imortal que vive dentro de mim!
Ah este caminho tortuoso e cheio de mistérios só é abrandado quando me lembro do meu Mestre , da sua simplicidade, pureza sabedoria e disciplina, do seu Amor Incondicional a Deus e à todas as criaturas.
Durante muito tempo foi muito sofrido sentar e olhar pra dentro de mim, analisando minha pequenez, minhas decisões erradas, as impressões cármicas aprisionadas na minha mente não me deixavam ouvir a voz do silêncio.
Dores do corpo e da mente queriam me fazer voltar pra fora. Aos poucos os Mestres através dos seus exemplos de vida e Sua Darshan têm me ensinado a conhecer a verdade, o caminho que leva até a totalidade , superando os obstáculos na reclusão silenciosa dentro de mim sempre...
Somos um com o Universos, parte dele cabe na infinitude ser singular que habita em nós.

Oh how difficult this is to walk right into me
There are sounds outside, the noise of the city that my external senses pick up my biggest obstacles!
Every day when I see the sun, the Lord of life emerging, I recognizethe greatness of this opportunity: human life. Each day is a day to take a step toward the divinity, to the Self , to the immortal soul that lives within me!
Oh this tortuous and full of mysteries is only slowed down when I remember my Master, His simplicity, purity, wisdom and discipline, his unconditional love for God and all creatures.
For a long time was very painful to sit and look inside of me,examining my smallness, my bad decisions, the karmic imprints imprisoned in my mind would not let me hear the voice of silence.
Pain of body and mind wanted me back out. Gradually the Master through His life examples and His Darshan has taught me to know the truth, the path that leads up to all, overcoming obstacles in the quiet seclusion within me forever ...
We are one with the Universe, part of it lies in infinity singular being who dwells in us.
