Chapter 15:18 Purushottama Yoga . The Yoga of the Supreme Self. O Yoga do Ser Supremo.

yasmãt  ksaram atito 'ham

aksarãd api co 'ttamah

ato 'smi loke vede ca

prathitah purusottamah

Since I am beyond the perishable and even superior to the imperishable, therefore I am known as Purushottama, the supreme person in the world as well as in the Vedas. (15:18)

Considerando que Eu sou além do perecível e até mesmo superior ao imperecível, portanto, Eu sou conhecido como Purushottama, a pessoa suprema no mundo, bem como nos Vedas. (15:18)

In this world the people are excessively body consciousness, extremely attached to the body and the material world
Neste mundo as pessoas são extremamente conscientes do corpo, apegadas ao corpo e ao mundo materia!

 If you practice and proceed further using the neti neti discrimination techinique ( not this, not this) you can reach Purushottama.
Se você praticar mais e mais utilizando a técnica de discriminação neti neti ( isto não, isto não) yoce pode atingir Purushottama.

Purusha comes from puriam shete iti ; " The one who is resting in the house" Each human body is a house with nine doors.
Purusha vem de puriam shete iti : " Aquele que repousa na casa" Cada ser humano é uma casa com nove portas.

The tenth door is brahma randhra ( the fontanel)
A décima porta  brahma randhra ( a fontanela)

purusha is the indwelling  Self. By practicing Kriya  Yoga you can constantly experience the presence of the soul, sa.
purusha é o Ser que habita em nós. Pela prática da Kriya Yoga você pode experimentar constantemente a presença da alma sa.

Prashna Upanishad : sthirair angais tustuvãmsas tanubhi; By making every part of the body still, calm, and quite, you will be free from the mind"
Prashna Upanishad : sthirair angais tustuvãmsas tanubhi; Ao tornar todas as partes do corpo imoveis, calmas e quietas, você pode ficar livre da mente.


In Purushottama you must overcome the obstacles arising out of the triple qualities of maya that exist in every human body as sattva, rajas, and tamas.
Em Purushottama você e pode superar os obstáculos das triplas qualidades de maya que existem em cada corpo humano sattva, rajas e tamas.

To reiterate, God cannot be realized by reading scriptures, hearing speeaches  or through other forms of attaining knowledge. Imbued with the thought and consciousness of Lord Jagannath, those who remain engrossed in paramatma and worship Him. Above kutastha in saharara ( fontanel), Shri Jagannath sojourns Purushottama.
Para reiterar, Deus não pode ser realizado por se ler as escrituras, ouvindo discursos ou através de outras formas de obter conhecimento. Imbuídos do pensamento e consciência do senhor Jagannath, aqueles que permanecem absortos em paramatma e adoram-No. Acima Kutastha em sahasrara (moleira), Shri Jagannath fica Purushottama.

To be breath conscious is to be God conscious.
Ser consciente da respiração é ser consciente de Deus.

This is the time to earn God. With the help of a realized master and through the practice of higher Kriya you can realize the formless Gog and achieve samadhi in this very life.
Este é o momento para conquistar Deus. Com a ajuda de um mestre realizado e através da pratica das kriyas superiores voce pode realizar Deus sem formae atingir o samadhi ainda  nesta vida.

If you want to posses, possess your Beloved, God, in your thoughts, words, and activities. It will be your real possession that will bring eternal bliss.
Se você deseja possuir, possua o seu Amado, Deus, em seus pensamentos, palavras e acções. Ele será o seu ganho real que vai trazer a felicidade eterna.

mamai ´vã ´mso jivaloke

jivabhutah sanãtansh

manah sasthãni ´ndriyãni

prakrtisthãni karsati

The eternal soul in the body, in the worldly life, is a fragment of Myself. That alone draws to itself the five senses and the sixth sense, the mind, that exist in material nature (prakriti) (15:07)

A alma eterna no corpo, na vida mundana, é um fragmento de Mim mesmo. Isso  por si só atrai os cinco sentidos e o sexto sentido, a mente, que existe na natureza material (prakriti) ( 15:07)

God is infinite and formless.His invisible counterpart resides in every living body.

Deus é infinito e sem forma.Sua contraparte invisível reside em cada corpo vivo.

All human beings are God in human form.
Todos os seres humanos são Deus na forma humana

O Lord splendid is Your cosmic play.To realize You is beyond the comprehension of the human mind.You are the supreme being.
Oh Senhor  esplêndido é o seu jogo cósmico.Realizar Você está além da compreensão da mente .Você é o Ser Supremo.

Maya ( delusion) consist of the three qualities of nature (gunamayi)sattva, rajas and tamas.This entire creation is compose with these three qualities of nature.
Maya (ilusão) consistem nas três qualidades da natureza (gunamayi) sattva, rajas e tamas. Toda esta  criação é composta destas três qualidades da natureza.

This universe is davi (divine) because it is a creation of God.
Este universo é davi (divino), porque é uma criação de Deus.

It is extremely difficult for the seeker to overcome the play of maya.
É extremamente difícil para o  seguidor vencer o jogo de maya.

       Unswerving  attention on Him and taking refuge in Him will enable one to cross the ocean of maya (delusion)
Uma inabalável atenção Nele e se refugiar Nele permitirá a pessoa a cruzar o oceano de Maya (ilusão)

Breath is life. That breath in yogic language is called hamsa, the feet of Lord
A respiração é vida. Essa respiração em linguagem yogi é chamada hamsa, os pés de Deus..

Chapter 14 Verses: 22 Gunatraya Vibhaga Yoga : The Yoga of discrimination of the Triple Qualities of Nature; O Yoga da Discriminação das triplas Qualidades da Natureza.

sribhagavãn uvaca

prakãsam ca pravrttim ca

moham eva ca pãndava

nadvesti sampravrttãni

na nivrttãni kãmksati

The Lord answered:

O Pandava ( manifest divine knowledge) Arjuna! He hates not light, activities nor delusion when they arise, and desires them not when they have ceased. ( 14:22)

O Senhor respondeu:

Oh Pandava (conhecimento divino manifesto) Arjuna! Ele não odeia a luz, atividades tão pouco a desilusão quando elas surgem, e também não deseja-as quanto eles cessarem.(14:22)

One who seeks truth is beyond all the forms of nature.

Aquele que segue a verdade está além das formas da natureza.

The sattva quality is light, rajas is activity and restless, and tamas is ignorance and delusion.

A qualidade sattva é luz, rajas é atividade e agitação e tamas ignorãncia e desilusão.

Someone  whose consciousness is above the piruitary in the fontaneland beyond is not affected by any of these qualities.

Aquele que tem a consiência  está acima da pituitária na fontanela e além dela não é afetado por nenhuma destas qualidades.

People free from the action of nature are compassionately detached. They are free from delusion.

Pessoas livres da ação da natureza são compassivamente desapegadas. Elas são livres da desilusão.

This state is called gunatita- beyond the play of the qualities of nature.

Este estado é chamado gunatita- além do jogo das qualidades da natureza.

When seekers enter deeper into meditation, reaching the heavently blissful state, they stay in the point where have just divine light, divine sound ,divine vibration, and the cessation of all thoughts.

Quando os seguidores entram mais profundamente na meditação, atingindo o estado celestial feliz, eles ficam no ponto onde tem apenas luz divina, som divino, vibração divina, e a cessação de todos os pensamentos.

This is the state of dhruva, or " steadines in the north"

Este é o estado de dhurva, ou  "estabilidade do Norte"

Dhruva symbolizes the polestar, the inner sky to become in Brahman. 

Dhurva simboliza a estrela polar, o céu interior para se tornar Brahman.

sattvãt sanjayate jnãnam

rajaso lobha eva ca

pramãdamohau tamaso

bhavato jnãnameva ca

From sattva, knowledge is born. From rajas , desire (greed) is born, From tamas doubt (negligence), delusion , and ignorance are born.( 14:17)

A partir de sattva, o conhecimento nasce. A partir de rajas, o desejo (ganância) nasce, de tamas duvidas (negligência), ilusão e ignorância nascem.(14: 17)

By leading a life of consciousness, superconsciousness. and cosmic consciousness, if tou seek the imperishable soul (sa), Who is constantly inhaling through the nostrils.

Ao levar uma vida de consciência, superconsciência. e consciência cósmica, se você procurar a alma imperecível (sa), Aquele que esta constantemente inalando através das narinas.

Wisdom is the result of strict spiritual and sattivic lifestyle.

A sabedoria é o resultado do rígido estilo de vida espiritual e sattivico.

Wisdom is realized in the atom point. This is samadhi.

Sabedoria é realizada no ponto atômico. Isto é samadhi.

Through that power, you can maintain continuous God consciousness

Através desse poder, você pode manter a consciência contínua em Deus

This is the divine state.

Este é o estado divino.

Rajasic people have extremely active lives.

Pessoas rajasicas têm uma vida extremamente agitada.

They are always busy in the material world.

Elas estão sempre ocupadas com o mundo material.

They have endless desire, ambition,and geed, and this leads to a completely unbalanced, restless life,which can result in many physical disabilities.

Eles têm desejo infinito, ambição e ganância,  isso leva a uma vida inquieta completamente desequilibrada, o que pode resultar em muitas desabilidades físicas ..

Tamasic people are idle, engrossed in matter, they do not want any education or culture.

Pessoas tamásicas estão sempre ociosas, absortas em  dificuldades, elea não querem qualquer tipo de educação ou cultura.

They are always sleepy, but at the end they repent. It is their madness.

Elas estão sempre dormindo,mas no final eles se arrependem. É a sua loucura.

This is the result of ignorance.

Este é o resultado da ignorância

Their troubles multiply due to the slot and darkness of tammas.

Seus problemas se multiplicam devido à preguiça e escuridão de tammas.

By practicing Kriya Yoga, you can overcome the impact of nature's different modes: tamas , rajas and sattva. You can go beyond the three qualities of nature and become free.

Pela prática de Kriya Yoga, você pode superar o impacto dos diferentes modos da natureza: tamas, rajas e sattva. Você pode ir além das três qualidades da natureza e tornar-se livre.

Through it is beyond the mind, intellect, and ego, Brahman is immanent in us.

Através dele, que está além da mente, intelecto e ego, Brahman é imanente em nós.

Change your life throug a life of love, prayer, and meditation.     transform your life  through the practice of God-conscious living.  this is the path of blessedness.

sarvadvãresu dehe 'smin

prakãsa upajãyate

jnãnam yadã tadã  vidyãd

vivrddham sattvam ity uta

When the light of knowledge shines through all the gates ( doors) of the body, it should be known that sattva ( goodness )  is predominant.  (14:11)

Quando a luz do conhecimento brilha através de todos os portões (portas) do corpo, deve-se saber que o sattva (bondade) é predominante. (14:11)

Each human body have nine doors: two eyes, two ears, two nostrils, one moud, one anus and one urogenital passage.

Cada corpo humano tem nove portas: dois olhos, duas orelhas, duas narinas, uma boca, um ânus e uma passagem urogenital.

But every point in the body is also a door. You must know how to control and regulate the doors of the body.

Mas cada ponto do corpo também é uma porta. Você deve saber como controlar e regular as portas do corpo.

The process of regulating, controlling and chaanneling the energy of the nine doors is called jyoti mudra or navadwara-rudda mudra.

By through control of the breath, you will touch the imperishable soul in the pituitary and the fontanel. You will perceive divine illumination.

Meditation is an art of withdrawing consciousness from the mind and the senses and turning it towards the source of life, centered in the brain very close to the pineal gland.

A meditação é a arte de retirar a consciência da mente e dos sentidos e transformar isso em direção à fonte da vida, centrada no cérebro muito perto da glândula pineal.

Meditation is said to be two tipes: gross and suble. The gross art of meditation is based on mantra while the suble is beyond mantra.

A meditação é dito ser de dois tipos: grosseira e sutil. A arte grosseira  de meditação baseia-se  no mantra enquanto a sutil está além do mantra .
