Arjuna asked:

What are the marks of he who was transcendent these three qualities of nature, O Lord? What is his conduct? and how does he ho beyond these three qualities?( 14;21)

Arjuna perguntou:

Quais são as marcas de quem transcendeu a essas três qualidades da natureza, ó Senhor? Qual é a sua conduta? e como é que ele vai para além destas três qualidades?(14:21)

Lord Krishna is unmanifest and manifest.

Lord Krishna é não manifesto e manifesto.

By perceiving His presence everywhere, you attain godhood.

Percebendo Sua presença em tudo você atinge a divindade.

Arjuna alyaws seeks truth. That is why he asks what are the indications of a self-realized person.

Arjuna sempre busca a verdade. Por isso ele pergunta quais são as características de uma pessoa auto-realizada.

So when various thoughts and motivations arise depending on the qualities  of his nature, the seeker of truth to go to the source, the cause of all these toughts.

Então, quando vários pensamentos e motivações surgem dependendo das qualidades de sua natureza, o buscador da verdade vai para a fonte, a causa de todos esses pensamentos.

In the cosmic creation, the seed of the cause of everything is divinity, which is also manifested, but hidden, in every individual. In the case of the individual, it is ignorance that brings all miseries.

Na criação cósmica, a semente da causa de tudo é a divindade, que se manifesta também, mas escondido, em cada ser  individual. No caso do indivíduo, é a ignorância que traz todas as misérias.

 A worthy disciple inherits the spiritual treasure from own guru.

Um discípulo digno herda o tesouro espiritual do próprio guru.

The lord said:

The absolute Brahman is the imperishable ( akshara) and the supreme . The essential nature of one's Self is called adhyatma or soul. The birth and growth of living beings, as well as their death, is karma or action. (08:03)

O senhor disse:

O Brahman absoluto é o imperecível (akshara) e o supremo. A natureza essencial de um Self é chamado adhyatma ou alma. O nascimento e o crescimento dos seres vivos, bem como a sua morte, é karma ou ação. (08:03)
 



 

One can perceive this state by constantly remaining in the pituitary, the atom point of deep concentration.

Pode-se perceber este estado constantemente restante na pituitaria , o ponto atomico na profunda concentração.

The akshara , Brahman , the imperishable power of God that exist in each human being as an atom point

O akshara, Brahman, o poder de Deus incorruptível que existe em cada ser humano como um ponto de átomo

There are divine illumination , calmness, divine sound and God consciousness.

Lá está a iluminação divina, a calma, o som divino e a consciência de Deus.

In jyoti mudra as thought by the master, one visualizes kutastha akshara brahma, the all-engulfing divine light that is formless and infinite.

Em jyoti mudra, a pessoa visualiza kutastha akshara brahma, a luz que tudo engole , a luz divina que é amorfa e infinita.

Each human being is essentially the living power of God , the perfect image of God.

Cada ser humano é essencialmente o poder vivo de Deus, a imagem perfeita de Deus.

Although a person may identify with his body, he is really the soul.

Apesar de uma pessoa poder se identificar com seu corpo, ele é realmente a alma.

If one constantly lives in presence of God and works accordingly, this is true spirituality, adhyatma. Spiritual life reveals one's real nature - the divine Self.

Se alguém vive constantemente na presença de Deus e trabalha consequentemente , esta é a verdadeira espiritualidade, Adhyatma. Vida espiritual revela a verdadeira natureza - o Eu divino.

All action starts with birth, and the first action, bhuta, is breath.

Toda a ação começa com o nascimento, e a primeira ação, bhuta, é a respiração.

This action is also called prana-karma , the process of breathing.

Esta ação é também chamada de prana-karma, o processo de respiração.

Breath is the foundation of life and all activities. To make the breath tranquil and still through meditation is real karma or action.

Respiração é a fundação da vida e de todas as atividades. Tornar a respiração tranquila e contínua através da meditação é o real karma ou ação.

Because the breath, all the centers , the sense organs, and the entire body are full of activity.

Em função da respiração, todos os centros, os órgãos dos sentidos, e todo o corpo está cheio de atividades.

God is manifested in a more absolute form in kutastha, the indwelling Self.

Deus se manifesta de uma forma mais absoluta em kutastha, no Eu interior.

The breath and actions , which are less absolute, can be offered as an oblation and a sacrifice to the Almighty Father.

A respiração e as ações, que são menos absolutas , podem ser oferecidas como uma oblação e sacrifício ao Pai Todo-Poderoso.

This is the state of breath control and realization of the Absolute.

Este é o estado de controle da respiração de controle e da realização do Absoluto.
