Chapter 14 Verse: 12 Gunatraya Vibhaga Yoga : The Yoga of discrimination of the Triple Qualities of Nature; O Yoga da Discriminação das triplas Qualidades da Natureza.

lobhah pravrttir ãrambhah

karmanãm asamah sprhã

rajasy etãni jãyante

vivrddhe bharatarsabha

Greed activity, undertaking of action, restlessness, and desires are born when rajas is dominant, O best of the Bharata dynasty ( Arjuna)! ( 14:12)

Atividades gananciosas,  execução de atividades, inquietação e desejos nascem quando rajas é dominante, ó melhor da dinastia Bharata (Arjuna)! (14:12)

The lord is describing the qualities of rajasic people, their habits and endeavors.

O senhor está descrevendo as qualidades das pessoas rajásicas, seus hábitos e empenhos

Desire has no end.

O desejo não tem fim.

Temptation is the greatest enemy for every human being.

A tentação é o maior inimigo para todo ser humano.

Money,sex, food and restlessness. Is dominantsthe life of many people, they have many desires and temptations,, They are extremely attached.

Dinheiro , sexo, comida e inquietação.Isto é dominante na vida de muitas pessoas, elas têm muitos desejos e tentações . Eles estão extremamente ligados.

Work,ambition,restlessness,passion, possessiveness, and so on are all signs of the rajasic quality.

Trabalho, ambição, inquietação, paixão, possessividade, e assim são todos os sinais da qualidade rajásica.

The breath flows in the pingala, through the right.

A respiração flui na pingala, através do lado direito.

Be extreme careful of temptation.

Seja extremo cuidado com a tentação.

Karma meansd action -physical, vocal and mental-  in words , deeds, and thoughts.Each karma has an inevitable result.

Karma significa  - ação física, vocal e mental-em palavras, atos, e pensamentos .Cada karma tem um resultado inevitável.

One needs to ber watchful of one´s action.

É necessário estar atento a própria ação.

Pataka means downfall, or mistake.

Pataka significa queda ou erro.

Papa means sin. A mistake is comitted out of ignorance, but if the mistake is repeated againand again, it becomes a sin.

Papa significa pecado. Um erro é cometido por ignorância, mas se o erro é  repetido mais e mais , torna-se um pecado.

In essence, to forget the truth is a catalyst for mistake, misery and sin.

Em essência, a esquecer a verdade é um catalisador para o engano, miséria e pecado.

The mind is the cause of all activities, good or bad.

A mente é a causa de todas as atividades, boas ou más.

O seeker! be careful.Wordly pleasure breeds pain. Real happiness is then the seer is stablished in svarupa ( The real Self)

Oh candidato! seja cauteloso. Prazeres mundanos causam dor . A verdadeira felicidade é, então, aquele que vê estar firmado em svarupa (O Eu real)

yadã bhutaprhagbhãvam

ekastham anupasyati

tata eva ca vistãram

brahma sampadyate tadã

The moment one perceives that the diversified existence of every being resting in the one Supreme Soul and spreads out from that alone, he attains Brahman. (13:30)

  Em um momento percebe-se que a diversificada existência de cada ser vivo  está descansando em uma Alma Suprema e se espalha para fora exclusivamente a partir dela , se alcança Brahman. (13:30)

The people work through the breath. People and their actions are different, but there is unity in the breath.

As pessoas trabalham através da respiração. As pessoas e suas ações são diferentes, mas existe unidade na respiração.

The One abides in everyone . You feel that everyone is the power of God. When you realize, this, you no longer discriminate between people.

O Ser Único permanece em todos. Você sente que toda a gente é o poder de Deus. Quando você percebe, isto, você já não discrimina mais as pessoas.

You perceive constant unity, and unity in diversity is divinity.

Você percebe unidade constante, e unidade na diversidade é a divindade.

Shree Gurudev Paramahamsa Prajnananandaji In " The Yoga Sutra of Patanjali" 

The Samadhi Pada Sutra 3 , teaches:

tadã drastuh  svarupe'vasthãnam (3)

Then the seer is stablished in svarupa ( the real Self)

Em seguida, aquele que vê está firmado em svarupa (o Ser real)

When meditating, one is free from perception of space and time.

Ao meditar, se está livre da percepção do espaço e do tempo.

Yofa is the state of extreme tranquility-free from all modifications of the mind

Yoga é o estado de extrema tranquilidade-livre de todas as modificações da mente

One who perceives the presence of the Almighty Lord everywhere and in everything is a spiritual, liberated soul.

Aquele que percebe a presença do Senhor Todo-Poderoso em todos os lugares e em tudo é espiritual, uma alma liberada .

O Seeker! Perceive your own inner nature. You are living presence of God.You are sat-chit-ananda. You are pure. You are always with the all-pervading God.

Through meditation and yogic lifestyle, realize the oneness of all things in every breath and in every moment. Then you will attain liberation

O seguidor! Perceba sua própria natureza interior. Você está vivendo a presença de Deus. Você é sat-chit-ananda. Você é puro. Está sempre com o Deus que a tudo permeia.
Através da meditação e estilo de vida yogi, perceba  a unidade de todas as coisas em todas as respirações e a cada momento. Então você vai alcançar a libertação
