Chapter 15:19 Purushottama Yoga . The Yoga of the Supreme Self. O Yoga do Ser Supremo.

yo mãm evam asammudho

jãnãti purusottamam

sa sarvavid bhajati mãm

sarvabhãvena bhãrata

O Bharata ( Arjuna)! He who, thus no longer deluded, knows Me as the supreme person, knows all and worships Me constantly with his whole being. (15:19)

O Bharata (Arjuna)! Aquele que, portanto, já não estando iludidos, conhecem a Mim  como a pessoa suprema, conhecem tudo e Me adoram constantemente com todo o seu ser. (15:19)

Bha-rata means who is completely engrossed in cosmic consciousness, in the wisdom state, in illumination.

Bha-rata, significa que está completamente absorto na consciência cósmica, no estado de sabedoria, na iluminação.

Three bodies make up the human being.

Tres corpos formam o ser humano.

The perishable body ( ham this body can know the imperishable sa ), The imperishable soul , the akshara purusha- the knowledge body and Purushottam the Supreme beyond perishable and imperishable.

O corpo perecível ( ham , este corpo pode conhecer o imperecível sa),  A alma imperecível a akshara purusha  - o corpo do conhecimento e Purushottam o Supremo acima do perecível e imperecível.

Who realize Him perceive the imperishable soul through every activity.
Quem realiza  Ele percebe a alma imperecível atraves de cada atividade.

He who whaches  Him in every breath will be constantly alert and will attain godhood and samadhi.

Ele que percebe Deus em cada respiração estará constantemente alerta e irá atingir o completo envolvimento de Deus e o samadhi.

One who perceives God in every breath, in every activity, in every thought, will worship Him through love. His whole life is meditation.
Aquele que percebe Deus em cada respiração, em cada atividade, em cada pensamento, irá adorar a Deus com amor. Toda a sua vida será meditação.

His work will be worship, kri and ya-constant perception of God.

The Hatha Yoga Pradipika (2:72-73)

recakam purakam muktvã sukham yat vãyu dhãranam
prãnayãmo' yam ityuktah sa vai kevala kumbhakah

"Leaving aside exhalation (rechaka) and inhalation (puraka), attainment of stillness of breath without any force is the state of kevala kumbhaka."
"Deixando de lado a exalação (rechaka) e inalação (puraka), realização da quietude da respiração sem qualquer força é o estado de kevala kumbhaka."

Through self-discipline, immersed in deep meditation, seekers enter the state of superconsciousness, or perfect union with the Absolute.
Através da auto-disciplina , imersos em profunda meditação, os seguidores entram em um estado de superconsciência, ou perfeita união com o Absoluto.

A pure mind is abode of God
A mente pura é morada de Deus.

Practicy purity. Let all your perceptions pure. Let your thoughts pure, Let all of your words pure. Let all of your activities pure. Than, you are close to the goal-Self-realization is at hand.

Pratique  a pureza. Torne todas as suas percepções puras. Torne os seus pensamentos puros. Torne suas palavras puras. Torne suas atividades puras. Então você estará perto do objetivo, a Auto -realização está nas suas mãos.

All those kings who were highly realized generation after generation were aware  of this yoga. O Parantapa ( slayer of enemies, Arjuna)! Over a long period of time this secred yoga technique has declined in the world! (04;02)

Todos os reis que eram altamente realizados  geração após geração , estavam cientes deste yoga. O Parantapa (matador de inimigos, Arjuna)! Durante um longo período de tempo, o uso esta técnica de yoga secreta  foi reduzido  no mundo! (04:02)

Chapter 15:18 Purushottama Yoga . The Yoga of the Supreme Self. O Yoga do Ser Supremo.

yasmãt  ksaram atito 'ham

aksarãd api co 'ttamah

ato 'smi loke vede ca

prathitah purusottamah

Since I am beyond the perishable and even superior to the imperishable, therefore I am known as Purushottama, the supreme person in the world as well as in the Vedas. (15:18)

Considerando que Eu sou além do perecível e até mesmo superior ao imperecível, portanto, Eu sou conhecido como Purushottama, a pessoa suprema no mundo, bem como nos Vedas. (15:18)

In this world the people are excessively body consciousness, extremely attached to the body and the material world
Neste mundo as pessoas são extremamente conscientes do corpo, apegadas ao corpo e ao mundo materia!

 If you practice and proceed further using the neti neti discrimination techinique ( not this, not this) you can reach Purushottama.
Se você praticar mais e mais utilizando a técnica de discriminação neti neti ( isto não, isto não) yoce pode atingir Purushottama.

Purusha comes from puriam shete iti ; " The one who is resting in the house" Each human body is a house with nine doors.
Purusha vem de puriam shete iti : " Aquele que repousa na casa" Cada ser humano é uma casa com nove portas.

The tenth door is brahma randhra ( the fontanel)
A décima porta  brahma randhra ( a fontanela)

purusha is the indwelling  Self. By practicing Kriya  Yoga you can constantly experience the presence of the soul, sa.
purusha é o Ser que habita em nós. Pela prática da Kriya Yoga você pode experimentar constantemente a presença da alma sa.

Prashna Upanishad : sthirair angais tustuvãmsas tanubhi; By making every part of the body still, calm, and quite, you will be free from the mind"
Prashna Upanishad : sthirair angais tustuvãmsas tanubhi; Ao tornar todas as partes do corpo imoveis, calmas e quietas, você pode ficar livre da mente.


In Purushottama you must overcome the obstacles arising out of the triple qualities of maya that exist in every human body as sattva, rajas, and tamas.
Em Purushottama você e pode superar os obstáculos das triplas qualidades de maya que existem em cada corpo humano sattva, rajas e tamas.

To reiterate, God cannot be realized by reading scriptures, hearing speeaches  or through other forms of attaining knowledge. Imbued with the thought and consciousness of Lord Jagannath, those who remain engrossed in paramatma and worship Him. Above kutastha in saharara ( fontanel), Shri Jagannath sojourns Purushottama.
Para reiterar, Deus não pode ser realizado por se ler as escrituras, ouvindo discursos ou através de outras formas de obter conhecimento. Imbuídos do pensamento e consciência do senhor Jagannath, aqueles que permanecem absortos em paramatma e adoram-No. Acima Kutastha em sahasrara (moleira), Shri Jagannath fica Purushottama.

To be breath conscious is to be God conscious.
Ser consciente da respiração é ser consciente de Deus.

This is the time to earn God. With the help of a realized master and through the practice of higher Kriya you can realize the formless Gog and achieve samadhi in this very life.
Este é o momento para conquistar Deus. Com a ajuda de um mestre realizado e através da pratica das kriyas superiores voce pode realizar Deus sem formae atingir o samadhi ainda  nesta vida.

If you want to posses, possess your Beloved, God, in your thoughts, words, and activities. It will be your real possession that will bring eternal bliss.
Se você deseja possuir, possua o seu Amado, Deus, em seus pensamentos, palavras e acções. Ele será o seu ganho real que vai trazer a felicidade eterna.

Chapter 15:17 Purushottama Yoga . The Yoga of the Supreme Self. O Yoga do Ser Supremo.

uttamah purusas tv anyah

paramãtme 'ty udãhrtah

yo lokatrayam ãvisya

bibharty avyaya isvarah

But the supreme person, who is different than these, is also called the supreme Self, Who, entering into the three worlds as the eternal Lords supports them.( 15:17)

Mas a pessoa suprema, que é diferente destes, também é chamada Ser Supremo,  quem entrando nos três mundos , dos  Senhores eternos apoia-os. (15:17)

kshara (perishable) , akshara (imperishable) and Purushottama ( the supreme Almight Father) are symbolically represented by three letters.

kshara ( perescível), akshara (imperescível) e Purushottama ( O supremo Pai Onipotente) são simbolicamente representados pelas tres letras.

The supreme Almight Father is "A", the imperishable akshara brahma is "U" , the perishable  gross body is "M" . These three taken together are AUM.

O supremo Pai Onipotente é "A" o imperescível akhara brahma é "U" , o corpo grosseiro perescível é "M". Estes três juntos são AUM.

If  we meditate deeply like Arjuna, who saw the all-pervading form of Lord Krishna, we will experience real love for God and we can progress spiritually.

Se nós meditarmos profundamente como Arjuna, que vê a toda permeável forma do Senhor Krishna, nós vamos experimentar o real amor por Deus e poderemos progredir espiritualmente.

"See the clear distinction between pure mind and purusha."

"Veja a clara distinção entre uma mente pura e purusha."

"Slowly through your prayer, meditation, and self-inquiry, you will gain the knowledge of purusha, the indwelling spirit."

" lentamente através da sua prece, meditação e auto análise você vai adquirir o conhecimento de purusha , o espírito interior.

Shri Jagannath is Purushottama, attributeless and formless, unmanifested Brahman.

Shri Jagannath é Purushottama , sem atributos ou forma, Brahman imanifesto .

By the sword of detachment- with the weapon of companionship with the Divine or Lord Jagannath- we have to destroy all of our evil propenseties, and bestial, demoniac qualities.

Pela espada do desprendimento - com a arma do companheirismo com o Divino ou o Senhor  Jagannath- temos que destruir todas as nossas más inclinações, depravações e qualidades demoníacas.

The nature of the Soul  is existence,consciousness and bliss.

A natureza da Alma é a existência, consciência e bem-aventurança.

Chapter 15:16 Purushottama Yoga . The Yoga of the Supreme Self. O Yoga do Ser Supremo.

dvãv imau purusau loke

ksaras cã 'ksara eva ca

ksarah sarvãni bhutãni

kutastho 'ksara ucyate

There are two purushas in this world, the perishable and the imperishable. All beings are perishable, but kutastha ( the unchanging) is the imperishable. ( 15:16)

Existem dois Purushas neste mundo, o perecível e o imperecível. Todos os seres são perecíveis, mas kutastha (o imutável) é o imperecível. (15:16)

Whatever is visible is perishable.

Tudo o que é visível é perescível.

Behind all these perishable objects and beings is the imperishable power of God.

Além de todos objetos e seres perescíveis está a imperescível força de Deus.

This applies to every human being.

Isto se aplica a todos os seres humanos.

The ten stages of human life, are called kshara sharira. This is ham, kshetra, the perishable body.

Os dez estágios da vida humana são chamados kshara sharira. Isto é ham, ksetra, o corpo perescível.

The gross body of human beings is perishable,the body nature,it causes delusion illusion and error.

O corpo humano grosseiro é perescível, o corpo natural, ele causa desilusão, ilusão e erro.

akshara sharira , the imperishable one, also resides in every human being

akshara sharira, o Ser  imperescível, também reside em cada ser humano.

The imperishable being is sa, kshetrajna-the director,conductor, evolver, and protector of the body.

O ser imperescível é sa, kshetrajna, o diretor, o condutor o envolventee protetor do corpo.

The imperishable being kutastha is located behind the midpoint of eyebrows.

O ser imperescível kutastha é localizado acima do ponto médio das sombrancelhas.

Compare the body to wood, and realize that the body is like a inverted tree with the roots at the top.

Compare o corpo a um tronco, e perceba que o corpo é uma árvore invertida com as raízes no topo.

The physical body will wear out and one day will perish

O corpo humano irá se desgastar e um dia perecerá.

The company is important to awareness, There are three types of company according to the three qualities of people: spiritual company ( sattvic), materialistic company ( rajasic) and iddle and evil company ( tamasic).

A companhia é importante para a consciência. Existem tres tipos de companhia de acordo com as tres qualidades de pessoas: companhia espiritual( sattvic) companhia materialista ( rajasic) e desocupada e má ( tamasic)

For soul perception, you first need extreme desire for inner transformation, and second good company.

Para a percepção alma, você precisa primeiro desejo extremo de transformação interior, e segundo boa companhia.

Taking refuge in Shri Jagannath will make life intoxicated with love for Lord Jagannath, He is seen in everything.

Refugiando-se em Shri Jagannath vai tornar a vida intoxicada com amor por Lord Jagannath, Ele é visto em tudo.

Love all as the power of God. Serve all as the power of God. See all as children of God. This is the path of goodness.

Ame a todos como o poder de Deus. Sirva a todos como o poder de Deus. Veja a todos como filhos de Deus. Este é o caminho do bem.
