Bhagavad Gita 3:14
All beings have envolved from food, which grows by the power of rain. Rain is formed from vapor, as a result of oblation that been offered. Oblation is the path of Karma (action). Offering human inhalation is oblation to the soul fire. Likewise, it nourishes the life forçe. (03;14)
Todos os seres estão envolvidos com os alimentos, que crescem com a força da chuva. A chuva é formada a partir de vapor, como resultado da oferta a Deus, que lhe foi entregue. Oblação é o caminho do Karma (ação). Oferecendo a inalação humana estamos fazendo a oblação do fogo da alma. Da mesma forma, estamos alimentando a força da vida. (03:14)
O Ciclo da materia no planeta depende da àgua e da luz solar!
Os seres vivos na sua coletividade á partir do ciclo das chuvas, das águas, fazem sua oblação à Deus .
Assim a vida é mantida no ecossistema terrestre.
Nós respiramos e podemos jamais conhecer o que acontece nesta interação do nosso organismo com o ecossitema.
Nossa respiração também é uma oblação, ou seja pode ser oferecida à Deus, de modo consciente e através das técnicas de Pranayama podemos aperfeiçoar este contato divino e humano.

Living things in their community from the cycle of rainfall, water, make his offering to God.
So life is maintained in the terrestrial ecosystem.
We breathe and we can never know what happens in this interaction with the body of our ecosystem.
Our breath is also an offering, or may be offered to God, consciously and through the techniques of Pranayama can improve this divine and human contact.

Work is originated by indwelling Self in every being. The indwelling soul is derived from the indestructible Brahman. Therefore , the all pervading infinite God is present in every action ( wich is yajna) (15)

O Mahapuranam de Siva expõe o Dharma ( disciplina , força da respiração) , Vignyana (Ciência) e Vedanta (filosofia dos Vedas)
The Mahapuranam Siva exposes the Dharma (discipline, breath power), Vignyana (Science) and Vedanta (philosophy of the Vedas)
Brahma said, “The goal is the attainment of Sivapadam (the state of Siva), the means is His service, the Sadhaka should be indifferent to daily fruits (benefits of service) and should only focus on Siva’s grace. The Sadhaka should do his Karma (duty) as prescribed in the Vedas and offer the great benefits (mahaphalam) unto Him. Then he will attain the Paramesapada (state of the Great Lord) and the same world (Salokyam) in course of time.
Brahma disse: "O objetivo é a realização de Sivapadam (o estado de Shiva), o meio é o serviço a Ele, o Sadhaka deve ser indiferente aos frutos diarios (benefícios do serviço) e devem ter o foco na Graça de Siva.O Sadhaka deve fazer o seu Karma (serviço), conforme prescrito nos Vedas e oferecer os grandes benefícios (mahaphalam) para Ele. Então, vai atingir o Paramesapada (Estado do Grande Senhor) e mesmo mundo d'Ele (Salokyam) no decorrer do tempo.

"The lotus plant is born from mud and comes up through the water but stays above the water.

It has another uniqueness that it opens with the sunrise and closes with the sunset. Water gives support and strength but the real purpose of life is to look at the Sun or God.

Let the flower of life be always directed towards God. Lotus is a plant where the stem is in the water but the leaf and the flower are above. If this world is like the pond life should be like the lotus staying in the world but staying above it.
Que a flor da vida esteja sempre voltada para Deus. Lotus é uma planta cujo caule está na água, mas as folhas e as flores estão acima. Se o mundo é como a lagoa a vida deve ser como o lótus - permaneça no mundo, mas esteja acima dele.

The water on the lotus leaf stays like a pearl. The water cannot touch the leaf. The drop of water or even a dew drop only moves on the leaf.

The body is like the lotus leaf. The soul in the body is like a drop of water. Below is the water, the vast formless God.

The soul in the body is vibrant, with wind or breath, but with a strong wind, if the water drops falling in the water it returns to its origin or cosmic consciousness.
