yadã bhutaprhagbhãvam

ekastham anupasyati

tata eva ca vistãram

brahma sampadyate tadã

The moment one perceives that the diversified existence of every being resting in the one Supreme Soul and spreads out from that alone, he attains Brahman. (13:30)

  Em um momento percebe-se que a diversificada existência de cada ser vivo  está descansando em uma Alma Suprema e se espalha para fora exclusivamente a partir dela , se alcança Brahman. (13:30)

The people work through the breath. People and their actions are different, but there is unity in the breath.

As pessoas trabalham através da respiração. As pessoas e suas ações são diferentes, mas existe unidade na respiração.

The One abides in everyone . You feel that everyone is the power of God. When you realize, this, you no longer discriminate between people.

O Ser Único permanece em todos. Você sente que toda a gente é o poder de Deus. Quando você percebe, isto, você já não discrimina mais as pessoas.

You perceive constant unity, and unity in diversity is divinity.

Você percebe unidade constante, e unidade na diversidade é a divindade.

The Samadhi Pada Sutra 3 , teaches:

tadã drastuh  svarupe'vasthãnam (3)

Then the seer is stablished in svarupa ( the real Self)

Em seguida, aquele que vê está firmado em svarupa (o Ser real)

When meditating, one is free from perception of space and time.

Ao meditar, se está livre da percepção do espaço e do tempo.

Yofa is the state of extreme tranquility-free from all modifications of the mind

Yoga é o estado de extrema tranquilidade-livre de todas as modificações da mente

One who perceives the presence of the Almighty Lord everywhere and in everything is a spiritual, liberated soul.

Aquele que percebe a presença do Senhor Todo-Poderoso em todos os lugares e em tudo é espiritual, uma alma liberada .

O Seeker! Perceive your own inner nature. You are living presence of God.You are sat-chit-ananda. You are pure. You are always with the all-pervading God.

Through meditation and yogic lifestyle, realize the oneness of all things in every breath and in every moment. Then you will attain liberation

O seguidor! Perceba sua própria natureza interior. Você está vivendo a presença de Deus. Você é sat-chit-ananda. Você é puro. Está sempre com o Deus que a tudo permeia.

You feel the touch of the Supreme Father.

Você sente o toque do Pai Supremo.

You perceive constant unity, and unity in diversity is divine.

Você percebe a unidade constantemente, e a unidade na diversidade é divina.

There is only One cosmic principle, Brahman or the absolute, permeating this entire creation.

Há apenas um princípio cósmico, Brahman ou o Absoluto, permeando toda essa criação.

So each part of the human body, every sense organ has a deva (illumined one) as presiding deity.

Assim, cada parte do corpo humano, cada órgão sensorial tem um deva (ser iluminado ) como deidade.

Devadeva," God of all Gods" or the indwelling Self is the Supreme Spirit, whose energy and strength activate all beings.

Devadeva, "Deus de todos os Deuses" ou o ser interior é o Espírito Supremo, cuja energia e força ativar todos os seres.

Jagadguru means the "guru" or master of jagat or the universe.

Jagadguru significa o "guru" ou mestre de jagat ou o universo.

A worthy disciple inherits the spiritual treasure from one's own guru

Um discípulo digno herda o tesouro espiritual do seu próprio guru.

prakrtai 'vaca karmãni

kriyamãnãni sarvasah

yah pasyati tathã 'tmãnam

akartãram sa pasyati

And he who sees that all the actions are performed by the nature (prakriti) only and ( when one is above body nature) perceives that. Self not the doer, he alone truly sees. ( 13;29)

E ele que vê que todas as ações são executadas pela natureza (prakriti) somente  (quando se está acima do corpo da natureza) pode perceber isso. O Ser e não é executor, só ele realmente vê.(13:29)

Ham the body is full of maya. Only the body nature has antecedents and consequences.

Ham, o corpo está cheio de maya. Apenas o corpo natureza tem  antecedentes e consequências.

The gross body is either very active and absorbed in material work, or it is wasting time in idleness.

O corpo grosseiro ou é muito ativo e absorto no trabalho material, ou então está perdendo tempo na ociosidade.

The astral body is filled with emotion and thoughts.

O corpo astral é cheio de emoções e pensamentos.

These bodies are activated by the breath energy- the living power of God.

Esses órgãos são ativados pela energia da respiração  - o poder vivo de Deus.

Everything is the universe is Brahman.Wisdom is Brahman.

Tudo é o universo, tudo é Brahman. Sabedoria é Brahman.

"I am Brahman-Iam the imperishable soul" This is the state of liberation.

"Eu sou Brahman-Eu sou a alma imperecível. Este é o estado de liberação.

Through deep meditation, you experience complete detachment, where there is no work, no activity.

Através da meditação profunda, você experimenta total desapego, onde não há nenhum trabalho, nenhuma atividade.

omkãrãt aksarãt sarvaãh

tvetã vidyã caturdasa

karmãkarma tathaiva ca

Omkara (the letter aum) is imperishable and encompasses all the fourteen vidyas ( fourteen branches of knowledge), along with the six spiritual practices of chanting, worship, penance, meditation, action, and inaction. (4)

Omkara (a letra aum) é imperescível e abrange todos as quatorze Vidyas (quatorze ramos do conhecimento), juntamente com as seis práticas espirituais de canto, adoração, penitência, meditação, ação e inação. (4)

Om is namabrahma:  the name of God ( the formless, Absolute Brahman).

Om é namabrahma: o nome de Deus (o informe, Absoluto Brahman).

Om is shadabrahma ; the manifestation of the Absolute through sound.

Om é shadabrahma; a manifestação do Absoluto através do som.

Om is nadabrahma: the cosmic vibration, which is a continuous spontaneous, uninterrupted sound experienced in deep meditation.

Om é nadabrahma: a vibração cósmica, que é um som contínuo espontâneo, ininterrupto experimentado em meditação profunda.

Lord Shiva teaches Parvati the secret spiritual wisdom of deep meditation.

Senhor Shiva Parvati ensina a sabedoria espiritual segredo da meditação profunda.

The scriptures define this kind of higter knowledge as the gateway to liberation

samam pasyam hi sarvatra

samavasthitam isvaram

nahinasty ãtmanã ´tmãnam

tato yãti parãm gatim

Perceiving the universal presence of the Lord present equally everywhere, he does not ignore the indwelling Self by the individual self and ultimately goes to the supreme state.(13;28)]

Percebendo a presença universal do Senhor presente igualmente em todos os lugares, ele não ignora  o Ser interior vivente no eu individual e, finalmente, vai para o estado supremo (13; 28).

Practicing Kriya Yoga you can watch the imperishable soul in the perishable body.

Praticando Kriya Yoga você pode perceber a alma imperecível no corpo perecível.

The presence of the Lord resides equally in every name and form.

A presença do Senhor reside igualmente em cada nome e forma.

Bellow the pituitary is the play of the perishable world.

Abaixo da pituitária acontece o jogo do mundo perecível.

Above the pituitary is the abode of the imperishable soul.

Acima da hipófise é a morada da alma imperecível.

A true seeker always searches for the indwelling Self above the eyebrows.He is free from all evil, negativity, and immorality.

O verdadeiro busca o Ser que habita o seu interior acima das sombrancelhas. Ele está livre de todo o mal, negatividade, e imoralidade.

On the top of Mount Kailasha, Mahadevi ( Parvati) asked Jagadguru Lord Shiva, " O Maheswara, or Supreme Lord please reveal to me what is jnanam (knowledge).

No topo do Monte Kailasha, Mahadevi (Parvati) pediu Jagadguru Senhor Shiva, "O Maheswara, ou Senhor Supremo  por favo revele a mim o que é jnanam (conhecimento)?

Lord Shiva remains permanently engrossed in a state of deep meditation, experiencing divine bliss.

Senhor Shiva fica permanentemente absortos em um estado de meditação profunda, experimentando bem-aventurança divina.

In the spiritual context, there is a direct correlation between the homan body and the universe. In every individual Kailash is located in the fontanel, at sahasrara or the crown of the head.

No contexto espiritual, há uma correlação direta entre o corpo homan e do universo. Em cada indivíduo Kailash está localizado na fontanela, no sahasrara ou na coroa  da cabeça.

Kailasha is the place where one realizes the formless Brahman, manifested as divine energy.

Kailasha é o lugar onde se realiza  Brahman Deus sem forma, que se manifesta como energia divina.

Parvati represents the power of consciousness in every person, embodying the disciple whereas Shiva is the supreme Self the divine preceptor.

Parvati representa o poder da consciência em cada pessoa, encarnando o discípulo enquanto Shiva é o Ser supremo o preceptor divino.

samam sarvesu bhutesu

tisthantam paramesvaram

vinasyatsv avinasyantam

yah pasyati sa pasyati

He  who sees the supreme lord present equally in all beings, never perishing when they perish, he alone truly sees.(13:27)

Aquele que vê o Senhor Supremo presente igualmente em todos os seres, não perecendo quando eles perecem, só ele realmente vê. (13:27)

Nature have no inner light. She is illuminated by the individual Self, purusha.

Natureza não têm luz interior. Ela é iluminada pelo Ser do indivíduo, purusha.

The body cannot work without the soul

O corpo não pode funcionar sem a alma

When the human being dies, the indwelling Self, kshetrajna, does not die.it is imperishable, the immortal.

Quando o ser humano morre, o seu Ser interior, Kshetrajna, não morre. Ele é imperecível, e imortal.

God is equally present everywhere. God has no partiality.

Deus está igualmente presente em todos os lugares. Deus não tem parcialidade.

The soul in every living being is the same.

A alma em cada ser vivo é a mesma.

Verse 84

ekam bhutam parambrahma

jagat sarva carãcaram

nãnã bhãvam mano yasya

tasya muktir najãyate

The supreme God is present in the animate and inanimate world. If the mind perceives differences in these, liberation becomes impossible. (84)

O supremo Deus está presente no mundo animado e inanimado. Se a mente percebe diferenças nestes, a libertação se torna impossível. (84)

The universe is called jagat , meaning "that which is constantly changing and disappearing".

O universo é chamado jagat, que significa "aquele que está constantemente mudando e desaparecendo".

Each animate and inanimate object constitutes the universe, and each is the reflection of God´s image.

Cada objeto animado e  inanimado constitui o universo, e cada um é o reflexo da imagem de Deus .

The Absolute has  two aspects: saguna and nirguna, with and witout attributes.

O Absoluto tem dois aspectos: saguna e nirguna, com e sem atributos.

God as the Absolute has no form.

Deus como  Absoluto não tem forma.

The secret of liberation is to find the presence of God in all and remain in the state of knowledge.

O segredo da libertação é encontrar a presença de Deus em tudo e permanecer no estado do conhecimento.

Whatever being-animate or inanimate-is born, know it to be the union of the kshetra ( body field) and kshetrajna ( knower of the body field), O Best of the Bharatas ( Arjuna) .13:26

Seja qual for o ser-animado ou inanimado- ele nasce, saiba que ele é a união do kshetra (o campo do corpo) com o Kshetrajna (0 conhecedor do campo corpo), Oh Melhor dos Bharatas (Arjuna)! 13:26

All is created by the supreme Almighty Father.

Tudo é criado pelo supremo Pai Todo-Poderoso.

He create the vacuum, air,water, earth-deserts, hills, oceans, an so on.

Ele cria o vácuo, ar, água, terra-desertos, montanhas, oceanos, um assim por diante.

He created everything with the help of prakriti ( nature), which is kshetra ( the field), and He remains in everything purusha, as kshetrajna ( the knower of the body field.

Ele criou tudo com a ajuda de prakriti (natureza), que é kshetra (o campo), e Ele permanece em tudo  purusha, como Kshetrajna (o conhecedor do campo corpo).

Prakriti and purusha exists, because without the union of prakriti and purusha, there is no creation.

Prakriti e Purusha existem, porque sem a união de prakriti e purusha, não há criação.

anye tv evam ajãnantah

srutvã ´nyebhya upãsate

te ´pi cã ´titaranty eva

mrtyum srutiparãyanãh

Yet others, not knowing this ( path of yoga), hearing from other's worship, and even those who are devoted to what they have heard, cross the ocean of death ( 13;25)
No entanto, outros, não conhecendo disso (o caminho de yoga), ouvindo a adoração de outros,  até mesmo aqueles que são fieis ao que eles ouviram, cruzam o oceano da morte (13; 25)

Many people do not know how to meditate or the Samkhya Yoga, the path of knowledge.
Muitas pessoas não sabem como meditar ou nem conhecem Samkhya Yoga,o caminho do conhecimento.

Then they hear about God from the mouth of others
Então, eles ouvem acerca de Deus da boca dos outros

They go to the realized Master, they hear from the guru that God is working through their every breath, by the Master they develop short breath, and become absorbed in superconsciousness and cosmic consciousness.
Eles vão até um Mestre realizado, eles ouvem do guru que Deus está trabalhando através de  cada respiração sua.  Através do Mestre eles desenvolvem a respiração curta, e tornam-se absortos na superconsciência e consciência cósmica.

Absorbed in the aum sound, forgetting their lower self, evil, and negativities, and they ultimately are liberated, free from death, in the state of immortality.
Absorto no som aum, esquecendo as suas auto inferior, mal, e negatividades, e eles finalmente são liberados, livre da morte, no estado de imortalidade.
