The three qualities sattva( good and spiritual), rajas ( desires, activities, and restlessness), and tamas ( idleness and slot ) born of nature (prakriti) bind the body fast. O Mahabahu ( mighty-armed Arjuna), the imperishable indweller of body. ( 14:05)
As três qualidades sattva (bondade e espiritualidade), rajas (desejos, atividades e agitação) e tamas (ociosidade e preguiça ) nascem da natureza (prakriti) se vinculam ao corpo rapidamente. Oh Mahabahu (poderosamente armado Arjuna), o ser interior imperecível no corpo. (14:05)

There are three qualities of nature in every human body

When the breath flows through any of the three mains astral nerves: ida pingala or shushumna

These qualities existin the spine. Ida is idleness, pingala is causes extreme activity and agility, and shushumna is the source from truth and good qualities.

ida is in the left side of the spine and theleft nostril.Pingala lovated in the right side of the spine ending in the right nostril. Shushumna located in the center of the spine with equal breath in both nostrils.
