Chapter 15:10 Purushottama Yoga . The Yoga of the Supreme Self. O Yoga do Ser Supremo.

utkrãmantam sthitam vã ´pi

bhunjãnam vã gunãnvitam

vimhudhã nã ´nupasyanti

pasyanti jnãnacaksusah

When the soul departs,remains, or enjoys ( the sense objects) while accompanied by the qualities ( of nature), the deluded ( ignorant, fools) do not perceive Him. Those with the eye of knowledge are able to realize Him. ( 15:10)

Quando a alma parte,  ela continua a existir , ou goza (dos objetos dos sentidos), enquanto acompanhada pelas qualidades (da natureza), os iludidos (ignorantes), tolos não percebem a Ele . Aqueles com o olho do conhecimento são capazes de realizar Ele (15:10)

vimudhak people extremely dull, foolish, deluded, ignorant, materialistic, and spiritually blind.

Pessoas vimudhak extremamente maçantes, tolas, iludidas, ignorantes, materialistas, e espiritualmente cegas.

jnanachakshuhah, those with the eye of knowledge, who have the third eye open.

jnanachakshuhah, aqueles com o olho do conhecimento, que têm o terceiro olho aberto.

Man is engrossed in the five sense organs and the materialworld, constantly ignoring and forgetting God.

O homem está envolvido com os cinco órgãos dos sentidos e com o mundo  material constantemente, ignora e esquece de  Deus.

Man's body is the temple of god.

O corpo do homem é o templo de Deus.

Man is not a mere animal. Man is rational and potentially divine.

O homem não é um mero animal. O homem é racional e potencialmente divino.

Practicing Kriya yoga, the third eye will be open. With their spiritual eye they see, perceive. and realize the Self.

Praticando Kriya yoga, o terceiro olho será aberto. Com seu  olho espiritual que vêem, percebem. e realizam o Ser.

They are every conscious when the soul leaves the body.

Eles estão sempre conscientes quando a alma deixa o corpo.

This in their conscious samadhi , which is possible through the good company of the realized master, constant meditation, and a God-conscious life.

Este por seus  Samadhis conscientes, que são possíveis através da boa companhia do mestre realizado, meditação constante e uma vida consciente de Deus.

Sadhana is to be earnestly pursued only instruction from sadguru.

Sadhana deve ser seriamente perseguido única instrução de sadguru.

Sadhana is necessary to purifying the grand road from muladhara to sahasrara, whereing the darshan of Lord Jagannath becomes possible.

Sadhana é necessário purificar a grande estrada do muladhara para sahasrara, onde o darshan do Senhor Jagannath se torna possível.

With humble surrender to God in every thought and action , perfection dawns upon life.

Com humilde entrega a Deus em todos os pensamentos  e ações, amanhece perfeição na vida.

Never give up your state of calmness and concentration.Calmness is goodness.

Nunca desista do seu estado de calma e concentração. A calma é a bondade.

Be careful of too much distraction. You are in the state of balance, which is yoga.

Tenha cuidado com muita distração . Você está no estado de equilíbrio, que é yoga.

Chapter 13:25 Kshetra Kshetrajna Vibhaga Yoga ;The Yoga of Knowledge of the Body Field and its Knower. ( O Yoga do conhecimento do Campo de Batalha, e seu Conhecedor.

anye tv evam ajãnantah

srutvã ´nyebhya upãsate

te ´pi cã ´titaranty eva

mrtyum srutiparãyanãh

Yet others, not knowing this ( path of yoga), hearing from other's worship, and even those who are devoted to what they have heard, cross the ocean of death ( 13;25)
No entanto, outros, não conhecendo disso (o caminho de yoga), ouvindo a adoração de outros,  até mesmo aqueles que são fieis ao que eles ouviram, cruzam o oceano da morte (13; 25)

Many people do not know how to meditate or the Samkhya Yoga, the path of knowledge.
Muitas pessoas não sabem como meditar ou nem conhecem Samkhya Yoga,o caminho do conhecimento.

Then they hear about God from the mouth of others
Então, eles ouvem acerca de Deus da boca dos outros

They go to the realized Master, they hear from the guru that God is working through their every breath, by the Master they develop short breath, and become absorbed in superconsciousness and cosmic consciousness.
Eles vão até um Mestre realizado, eles ouvem do guru que Deus está trabalhando através de  cada respiração sua.  Através do Mestre eles desenvolvem a respiração curta, e tornam-se absortos na superconsciência e consciência cósmica.

Absorbed in the aum sound, forgetting their lower self, evil, and negativities, and they ultimately are liberated, free from death, in the state of immortality.
Absorto no som aum, esquecendo as suas auto inferior, mal, e negatividades, e eles finalmente são liberados, livre da morte, no estado de imortalidade.


Jnana Sankalini Tantra ( Paramahamsa Prajnanananda Giri) verse 4 

omkãrãt aksarãt sarvãh
tvetã vidyã caturdasa
mantra pujã tapo dhyãnam
karmãkarma tathaiva ca

Omkara ( the letter aum) is imperishable and encompasses all the fourteen vidyas ( fourteen branches of knowledge), along with the six spiritual practices of chanting, worship, penance,meditation,action, and inaction. (4)
Omkara (a letra aum) é imperecível e abrange todos os quatorze Vidyas (quatorze ramos do conhecimento), juntamente com as seis práticas espirituais de cantando, adoração, penitência, meditação, ação e inação. (4)

Om is namabrahma  the name of God
Om é namabrahma  o nome de Deus God

Om is shabdabrahma the manifestation of the Absolute through sound.
Om é shabdabrahma a manifestação do Absoluto através do som.

Om is nadabrahma the cosmic vibration, which is a continuous spontaneous, uninterrupted sound experienced in deep meditation.
Om é nadabrahma a vibração cósmica, que é um contínuo espontâneo, ininterrupto som experimentado em meditação profunda.


 In the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, aum is described as a representation of the Absolute.
 Nos Yoga Sutras de Patanjali, aum é descrito como uma representação do Absoluto.

Bhagavad Gita 8:14 Akshara-Brahma Yoga; The yoga of the Imperihable Brahman , O Yoga do Imperecível Brahman

ananyacetãh satatam

yo mãm samrati nityasah

tasya 'ham sulabha pãrtha

nitayuktasya yoginah

O Partha ( Arjuna) he who constantly meditates on Me, absorbed in Me, thinking of nothing else, is the true yogi, and for him, I am easily attainable. (14)

O Partha (Arjuna), ele que constantemente medita sobre mim, absorto em Mim,  não pensando em mais nada, é o verdadeiro yogi, e para ele, eu sou facilmente alcançado. (14)

People think that Self -realization is difficult, but in this verse , the Lord tells Arjuna that Self-realization and soul culture are simple.

As pessoas pensam que a auto-realização é difícil, mas neste verso, o Senhor diz a Arjuna que a auto-realização e cultura da alma, são simples.

Constantly meditate
Medite constantemente

Restlessness is animal and human, calmness is divine.

Inquietação é animal e humana, a calma é divina.

Who are absorbed in sense gratification with the ego, forget Me.

Aqueles que são absorvidos na gratificação dos sentidos com o ego, esquecem a Mim.

One who perceives ham ( body or matter) and sa ( soul or spirit) in everything and in every being is constantly perceiving My presence.
 Aquele que percebe (corpo ou matéria) e sa (alma ou espírito) em tudo e em cada ser  vivo está constantemente percebendo a Minha presença.

Please practice kri and ya ( watching God in every action and every breath ) constantly and perceive the eternal presence of God.

Por favor, pratique kri e ya (ver Deus em cada ação e cada respiração) constantemente e perceba a presença eterna de Deus.

 Yoga significa perceber a constante  união, ou a copulação a cada respiração, a cada momento, em cada atividade, e em cada conquista.
Yoga means to perceive the constant union, unity or copulation in every breath, in every moment, in every activity, and in every achievement.

Those who practice Kriya Yoga regularly know how to mantain this state or divine perception.

 Aqueles que praticam Yoga Kriya regularmente sabem como manter o referido estado ou percepção divina.
