Having entered the wombs of demons, those who are deluded, not attaining Me, birth after birth, O Son of Kunti ( Arjuna)! they go to an even lower condition. ( 16:20)

Tendo entrado nos ventres de demônios, aqueles que estão iludidos, não obtendo a Mim , nascimento após nascimento, Óh Filho de Kunti (Arjuna)! eles vão para uma condição ainda mais baixa. (16:20)

Son of Kunti ( sharp) divine inteligence.

Filho de Kunti (afiada) inteligência divina.

Your mind ( Arjuna) is constantly fixed in the pituitary, and you always seek truth.

Sua mente (Arjuna) está constantemente fixada na pituytaria e você sempre buscara verdade.

Be way of demoniac qualities because they can be so tempting and alluring that you forget everything and fall into abyss of sin.

Sob a forma das qualidades demoníacas , pois elas podem ser tão tentadoras e sedutoras que você esquece tudo e cai no abismo do pecado.

People with demoniac qualities , descend to ever centers ,dwelling in ego, vanity, physical pleasure, money, and so on, procceding from bad to worse.

As pessoas com qualidades demoníacas, descem sempre para os centros inferiores, vivendo no ego, vaidade, prazer físico, dinheiro, e assim por diante, indo de mal a pior.

One who learns the breath control for going beyond negative, demoniac qualities knows this secret and can perceive My presence constantly

Aquele que aprende o controle da respiração, para ir além qualidades negativas, demoníacas,conhece este segredo e pode perceber a Minha presença constante.

God  is Iswara  at kutastha ( ajna or soul center) His first qualities associated for Him are four qualities: klesha ( afflictions) , ego, attachments (likes), hatred ( dislikes) or psycological distress..

Deus é Iswara em Kutastha (ajna ou centro de alma) Suas primeiras qualidades associadas por  Ele, são quatro qualidades: klesha (aflições), ego, apegos (gostos), o ódio (desgostos) ou aflição psicológica .

Only God consciousness, being established in the Self , bring a the state of peace and freedom.

Apenas a consciência de Deus, estando estabelecido no Ser, traz o estado de paz e liberdade.

Karma reflects two functions: to receive and to reciprocate, to give and to take. ( auspicious, inauspicious, or mixed.

Karma reflete duas funções: receber e retribuir, dar e tomar. (Auspicioso, pouco auspicioso, ou misto.

Breath is the root of all action. Only who knows the art of breathing as the art of living is free of the impact of actions.

A respiração é a raiz de toda ação. Só quem conhece a arte da respiração como a arte de viver esta livre do impacto das ações.

Vipaka ( fruits of action) . Fruits are the result of action and are from pleasure or pain.

Vipaka (frutos da ação). Os frutos são o resultado da ação e são de prazer ou dor.

Ashaya ( memory or attachment). Its is the seed of karma or impression in the memory.

Ashaya (memória ou apego). Esta é a semente do karma ou da impressão na memória.

All afflictions or suffering are the result of ignorance.

Todas as aflições e sofrimentos são o resultado da ignorância.

The omnipresent Lord permeates everywhere.

O Senhor onipresente permeia todos os lugares.

Purusha The One who resides there is the in the external universe and the body.

Purusha Aquele que reside  no universo externo e no corpo.

Look at yourself and your nature. You have forgotten your relationship with the divine and your own nature, you have all potential divine qualities. You have to manifest all this qualities in yourself though your sincere effort, prayer, and meditation.

Olhe para si mesmo e sua natureza. Você esqueceu seu relacionamento com o divino e sua própria natureza, você tem todas as qualidades divinas em potencial. Você tem que se manifestar todas estas qualidades em si mesmo através do seu esforço sincero, oração e meditação.

Men possessing a demoniac disposition know not when it is time to act and it is time to refrain action. Hence, they do not posses purity, good conduct, or truthfulness. ( 16:07)

Homens que possuem uma disposição demoníaca não sabem quando é hora de agir e quando é hora de se abster da ação. Assim, eles não possuem pureza, boa conduta, ou veracidade. (16:07)

They are unaware of the real meaning and purpose of life.

Eles não têm conhecimento do real significado e propósito da vida.

With the company of realized master, practicing kriya yoga, open the sushumna chanel and remain in truth, than you can remain in God consciousness.

Com a companhia de um mestre realizado, praticando Kriya Yoga, abra o canal sushumna e permaneça na verdade, assim você pode permanecer na consciência de Deus.

People engaged in ida and pingala activities, they will never know reality, purity, moderation, or a divine life: instead, they will know only falsehood, hypocrisy, and impurity.

As pessoas envolvidas nas atividades em ida e pingala, elas nunca vão conhecer a realidade, a pureza, a moderação, ou uma vida divina: em vez disso, eles vão conhecer apenas a falsidade, hipocrisia e impureza.

Surya represents pingala ( pranic channel representing activity) and chandra represents ida (pranic channel representing idleness). In the yogic language, dhruva is also considered sushumna.

Surya representa pingala ( canal prânico que representa atividade) e Chandra representa ida (canal prânico representando ociosidade). Na linguagem yogue, dhruva também é considerado sushumna .

Surya samyat means the opening of the sushumna canal and the experience the inner light of Dhruva, the polestar, like a star in kutastha, or the soul center.

Surya samyat significa a abertura do canal sushumna e a experiência a luz interior da Dhruva, a estrela polar, como uma estrela no Kutastha, ou o centro de alma.

Chapter 15:16 Purushottama Yoga . The Yoga of the Supreme Self. O Yoga do Ser Supremo.

ksarah sarvãni bhutãni

kutastho 'ksara ucyate

There are two purushas in this world, the perishable and the imperishable. All beings are perishable, but kutastha ( the unchanging) is the imperishable. ( 15:16)

Existem dois Purushas neste mundo, o perecível e o imperecível. Todos os seres são perecíveis, mas kutastha (o imutável) é o imperecível. (15:16)

Whatever is visible is perishable.

Tudo o que é visível é perescível.

Behind all these perishable objects and beings is the imperishable power of God.

Além de todos objetos e seres perescíveis está a imperescível força de Deus.

This applies to every human being.

Isto se aplica a todos os seres humanos.

The ten stages of human life, are called kshara sharira. This is ham, kshetra, the perishable body.

Os dez estágios da vida humana são chamados kshara sharira. Isto é ham, ksetra, o corpo perescível.

The gross body of human beings is perishable,the body nature,it causes delusion illusion and error.

O corpo humano grosseiro é perescível, o corpo natural, ele causa desilusão, ilusão e erro.

akshara sharira , the imperishable one, also resides in every human being

akshara sharira, o Ser  imperescível, também reside em cada ser humano.

The imperishable being is sa, kshetrajna-the director,conductor, evolver, and protector of the body.

O ser imperescível é sa, kshetrajna, o diretor, o condutor o envolventee protetor do corpo.

The imperishable being kutastha is located behind the midpoint of eyebrows.

O ser imperescível kutastha é localizado acima do ponto médio das sombrancelhas.

Compare the body to wood, and realize that the body is like a inverted tree with the roots at the top.

Compare o corpo a um tronco, e perceba que o corpo é uma árvore invertida com as raízes no topo.

The physical body will wear out and one day will perish

O corpo humano irá se desgastar e um dia perecerá.

The company is important to awareness, There are three types of company according to the three qualities of people: spiritual company ( sattvic), materialistic company ( rajasic) and iddle and evil company ( tamasic).

A companhia é importante para a consciência. Existem tres tipos de companhia de acordo com as tres qualidades de pessoas: companhia espiritual( sattvic) companhia materialista ( rajasic) e desocupada e má ( tamasic)

For soul perception, you first need extreme desire for inner transformation, and second good company.

Para a percepção alma, você precisa primeiro desejo extremo de transformação interior, e segundo boa companhia.

Taking refuge in Shri Jagannath will make life intoxicated with love for Lord Jagannath, He is seen in everything.

Refugiando-se em Shri Jagannath vai tornar a vida intoxicada com amor por Lord Jagannath, Ele é visto em tudo.

Love all as the power of God. Serve all as the power of God. See all as children of God. This is the path of goodness.

Chapter 15:01 Purushottama Yoga . The Yoga of the Supreme Self. O Yoga do Ser Supremo.

sribhagavan uvãca

urdhvamulam adhahsakham

asvattham prãhur avyayam

chsndãmsi yasya parnãni

yas tam veda sa vedavit

The Lord said:

They speak of the eternal ashvatthama  (peepul tree) as having its roots above and branches below. Its leaves are  the Vedic hymns, and the who knows this is the knower of the vedas. (15:01)

O Senhor disse:

Eles falam da Ashvatthama eterna (árvore peepul) como tendo as suas raízes acima e ramos  abaixo. Suas folhas são os hinos védicos, e quem conhece isto é o conhecedor dos Vedas. (15:01)

The root of the tree remains in the ground but every human body is a tree, but its root remains hidden on the top, inside the head, in the cerebral cortex. 
A raiz da árvore permanece no chão, mas cada corpo humano é uma árvore, mas sua raiz permanece oculta na parte superior, dentro da cabeça, no córtex cerebral.


ashvattha means"it will not last until tomorrow. This tree of life , ashvattha , is only temporary, lives only for few years-a short time.
Ashvattha significa "não vai durar até amanhã. Esta árvore da vida, Ashvattha, é apenas temporária, vive apenas para alguns anos-um curto espaço de tempo.

From the neck to the pituitary in the human bodey tree, the root represent the divine qualities.
Desde o pescoço até a pituitária na árvore-corpo  humana, a raiz representa as qualidades divinas.

Below the neck are demonic qualities.
Abaixo do pescoço estão as qualidades demoníacas.

Extreme desire and ambition fills the heart center. Their lives are full of corruption and lies.
Extremo desejo e ambição preenchem o centro do coração. Suas vidas estão cheias de corrupção e mentiras.

This people do not kow that the Almighty Father abides in the body temple.
Este povo não sabe que o Pai Todo-Poderoso habita o templo do corpo.

They talk a lot  about  many good and bad things . Talk in sanscrit  means avankar, "The talk of the formless" whenpeople stop talking, they can hear the inaudible talk of God.
Eles falam muito sobre boas e más coisas. Falar em sânscrito significa avankar, "A conversa sem forma " quando as pessoas param de falar, elas podem ouvir a conversa inaudível de Deus.

You can live and work in the material world while simultaneously feeling your real support and strength coming from the power of the breath, the power of God.
Você pode viver e trabalhar no mundo material, enquanto  simultaneamente sente o seu apoio real a força que vem da fonte da respiração, o poder de Deus.

Work (kri) is worship (ya).
Trabalho (kri) é adoração (ya).

If you realy know all propensities of the body tree, you are truly spiritual and educated.
Se você realmente conhece todas as propensões da árvore corpo, você é verdadeiramente espiritual e educado.

Of all seven chakras in the human body, the lower five centers - muladhara, svadhisthana, manipura, anahata and vishuddha- are the simbols of the perishable Brahman.
De todos os sete chakras do corpo humano, os  cinco menores  centros - muladhara, svadhisthana, manipura, anahata e vishuddha- são os simbolos de Brahman perecível.

Whatever bad and good qualities and disposition are in the body-land ( kshetra) are perishable Brahman and expressed through these five centers.
Sejam quais forem as qualidades boas e más e disposições que  estão no corpo-terra (kshetra) , elas são o perecível Brahman que se expressa através destes cinco centros.

The imperishable and immortal being ( akshara purusha or akshara brahman) is called kutastha.
O Ser imperecível e imortal (purusha akshara ou akshara brahman) é chamado Kutastha.

C 12 : V 05 Bhakti Yoga , The Yoga of Divine Love, Yoga do Amor

kleso 'dhikataras tesãm

avyaktãsaktacetasãm

avyaktã hi gatir duhkham

dehavadbhir avãpyate

Of course, the strain is greater for those who have their mind attached to the unmanifest, for the goal of the unmanifest is attained with difficulty, by those who remain attached and centered in the body ( C: 12, V: 05)

Claro, a força é maior para aqueles que têm a sua mente ligada ao não-manifesto, pois o objetivo do não-manifesto é obtido com dificuldade, por aqueles que permanecem ligados e centrados no corpo (C: 12, V: 05)

Spiritual practice is not play. With a restless and sense-oriented mind, steady progress cannot be made in spiritual pursuit and attainment
A prática espiritual não é um divertimento. Com uma mente inquieta e orientada para os sentidos, o progresso constante da busca espiritual e realização não pode ser feito.


One whose mind is engrossed in sense pleasures cannot easily come up to the pituitary and remain attached to the formless.
Aquele cuja mente está absorta em prazeres dos sentidos não pode facilmente chegar à pituitária  e permanecer unido com a  não -forma.

Through breath control, you can regulate the body and mind.
Através de controle da respiração, você pode regular o corpo ea mente.

The mind penetrates inwardly more and more divine ilumination is discovered
A mente penetra mais interiormente na iluminação interior mais e mais  e o divino é descoberto

To be in kutastha is worship of the unmanifest, to do pranakarma - kriya yoga- is worship of the manifest.
Estar em Kutastha é a adorar o manifesto, fazer pranakarma - Kriya Yoga-é a adorar o manifesto.

Kriya yoga  must be practiced with devotion and faith
Kriya yoga deve ser praticado com devoção e fé

C 12 : V 03-04 Bhakti Yoga , The Yoga of Divine Love, Yoga do Amor Divino

ye tv aksaram anirdesyam

avyktam paryupãsate

sarvatragam acintyam ca

kutastham acalam dhruvam

sanniamye 'ndriyagrãmam

survatra samabuddhayah

te prãpnuvanti mãm eva

sarvabhutahite ratãh

But those who worship the imperishable, the indefinable, the unmanifest, the omnipresent, the unthinkable, the unchanging, the immovable, the eternal. ( 12: 3)

Mas aqueles que adoram o imperecível, o indefinível, o não-manifesto, o onipresente, o impensável, o imutável, o imóvel, o eterno. ( 12:3)

by controlling all the senses, maintaining even-mindedness towards everything, and rejoicing in the welfare of creatures, will surely attain Me.( 12;4)

controlando todos os sentidos, mantendo a mente equilibrada em relação a tudo, e regozijando-se no bem-estar das criaturas, certamente irá atingir a Mim.( 12: 4)

The formless God is hiding in every human body form, but He is also unmanifest.
 Deus sem forma está  oculto em todas as formas do corpo humano, mas Ele  também é não-manifesto.

From the ajna chakra downward He is called saguna ( with attributes) vyakta (manifested), kshara (changing)
A partir do chakra ajna para baixo Ele é chamado saguna (com atributos) vyakta (manifesto), kshara (mutante)

From the ajna upward, He is called nirguna(without attributes) , ayakta (unmanifest) akshara (imperishable) kutastha(immutable) and achala (immovable) and so on.
Desde o ajna para cima, Ele é chamado nirguna (sem atributos), Ayakta (imanifesto) akshara Kutastha (imperecível) (imutável) e achala (imóveis) e assim por diante.

Those who worship vyakta ( kshara)   perceive the power of God in daily life, in all activities, in every breath.
Aqueles que adoram em  vyakta (kshara) percebem o poder de Deus na vida diária, em todas as atividades, em cada respiração.

The restless world is below the eyebrows . Akshara, the imperishable Brahman , is above the eyebrows , it is Purushottama, the supreme  indwelling spirit. The vital breath is sthira-prana , imperishable  , above eyebrows.
O mundo inquieto está abaixo das sobrancelhas. Akshara, o imperecível Brahman, está acima das sobrancelhas, é Purushottama, o espírito interno supremo. O sopro vital é sthira-prana, imperecível, acima das sobrancelhas .

No one can express God through words. God is transcendental. and omnipresente . The Lord is bindu, as small as an atom, and sindhu even greater than the ocean, he is all-pervading.
Ninguém pode expressar Deus através de palavras. Deus é transcendental. e omnipresente. O Senhor é o bindu, tão pequeno quanto um átomo, e Sindhu ainda maior do que o oceano, ele é todo-penetrante.

For to realize God, Self-realization :  you must introvert all the sense organs.
Sammabuddhi  dissolution of the mind and intelect, achieved by making the breath extremely feeble and tranquil.
Para realizar Deus, Auto-realização: você deve introverter todos os órgãos dos sentidos.
Sammabuddhi dissolução da mente e do intelecto, esta alcançada fazendo a respiração extremamente débil e tranquila.

Formless God is beyond the perceptions of the senses. Those who fix their attention in the ajna chackra, the center of soul consciousness  and above  , control the senses is free from the play of the mind, intellect and ego, body and world.
Deus sem forma está além da percepção dos sentidos. Aqueles que fixam sua atenção no chackra ajna, o centro da consciência da alma e acima, controlam  os sentidos estão livres do jogo da mente, inteligência e ego, do corpo e do mundo.

They surely attain Me, they become realized
Eles certamente atingem a Mim e, tornam-se realizados

You lick and swallow up all sides of the world with Your blazing mouth ( tongue) . O LOrd! Your terrible splendors are burning the entire universe, filling it with radiance ( 11:30)

Você lambe e engole todos os lados do mundo, com sua boca ardente (língua). Ó Senhor! Seus esplendores terríveis estão queimando todo o universo, preenchendo-o com brilho.(11:30)

kala is the all-galloping time, just like a blazing flame.

kala é o tempo todo-galopante, como uma chama ardente.

God is mahakala , the supreme knowledge, where ignorance cannot be sustained.

Deus é Mahakala, o conhecimento supremo, onde a ignorância não pode ser sustentada.

Due ignorance people do not perceive their divine nature.

With the light of knowledge, the darkness , the darkness of ignorance disappears , you achieve true spiritual enlightenment.

Pessoas devido a ignorância não percebem sua natureza divina.

Com a luz do conhecimento, a escuridão, a escuridão da ignorância desaparece, você atingir a iluminação espiritual verdadeira.

The mouth of God symbolizes kutastha , in pituitary.

A boca de Deus simboliza Kutastha, na pituitária

When you meditate deeply, you perceive brilliant light and divine illumination.

Through the practice and the perception  of divine light, you are freed from sin and suffering. Desires and passions are destroyed.

With Self-knowlwdge, the net of delusion disappears.

Com Auto-Conhecimento, a rede de ilusão desaparece.

In the sky of inner consciousness ( chidakasha), the seeker reaches this vision of divine illumination and anlightenment

No céu de consciência interior (chidakasha), o buscador chega a esta visão da iluminação divina e  se ilumina.

visanti nãsãya samrddhavengãh

tathai 'va nasãya visanti lokãs

tavã 'pi vaktrãni samrddhavegãh

As mouths rush to enter a blazing flame, only to reach their extinction: thus , people rush into Your mouth with greath speed for their destruction. ( 29)

Como bocas correm para se introduzir na chama ardente, apenas para chegar na sua extinção: assim, as pessoas correm  para dentro da Tua  boca com grande velocidade para a própria destruição.(29)

The river and the ocean are nothing but water.
O rio e do oceano não é nada além de água.


Human beings and God are not diferent
Seres humanos e Deus não são diferentes

Both are one but people who are extrovert and restless cannot realize this unity.
Ambos são um, mas as pessoas que estão extrovertidas e inquietas não podem realizar esta unidade.

Deluded people attached to the senses cannot judge  what is right and what is wrong
Pessoas iludidas ligadas aos sentidos não podem julgar o que é certo e o que é errado

In the Kutastha, in the flame of God consciousness and divine illumination , all the insects of restlessness are burned.
Em  Kutastha, na chama da consciência de Deus e iluminação divina, todos os insetos de agitação  são queimados.

 Meditation brings calm.
  A meditação traz calma.
