People of a sattvic disposition worship the gods. Those of rajasic temperament worship yakshas and rakhasas (  demigods), while those with a tamasic quality worship the spirits of the dead and ghosts. ( 17:04)

Pessoas com uma disposição sattivica adoraram os deuses. Aqueles com temperamento rajásico cultuam yakshas e rakhasas (semideuses) , enquanto que aqueles com uma qualidade tamasica adoram os espíritos dos mortos e as almas. (17:04)

In sanscrit "gods" is devas, which comes from the root div, with means ether, formless.

Em sanscrito "deuses"  são devas, que vem da raiz  div , que significa o meio éter, sem forma.

The five senses cannot perceive wisdom, the awareness , it can be perceived only by focusing the concentration in the fontanel.

Os cinco sentidos não podem perceber a sabedoria, a consciência, ela só pode ser percebida, focando-se a concentração na fontanela.

Fifty kinds of breath exist; forty-nine of these are extroverted and restless. The quite and tranquil introverted breath, udana vayu, is an extremely short breath.

Existem cinqüenta tipos de respiração ; quarenta e nove delas são extrovertidas e inquietas. A respiração bastante tranquila e introvertida, vayu udana, é uma extremamente respiração curta.

This is the state of extreme calm,(godlines) described in the scriptures.

Este é o estado de extrema calma, (godlines) descrita nas escrituras.

Nevertheless, some people worship gods ( not the one God, but many gods or deities).Those who worship these gods do so with forms and formalities, They do not know how to perceive the divine power in the whole body.They also worship demigods for material satisfaction.

No entanto, algumas pessoas adoram deuses (e não a um Deus, mas muitos deuses ou divindades) .Aqueles que adoram esses deuses o fazem com diferentes formas e formalidades, eles não sabem como perceber o poder divino em todo o corpo. Eles também adoram semideuses para a satisfação material.

Tamamasic people are always seeking personal gain without sincere effort. They have evil dispositions and have deviated from the truth.

Pessoas tamasicas estão sempre em busca de ganho pessoal sem esforço sincero. Eles têm má disposição e se desviaram da verdade.

The spiritual path is not an easy and comfortable path.

O caminho espiritual não é um caminho fácil e confortável.

The five levels of awareness of the five chakras have been surpassed. You are not in the ajna chakra anymore. You are in the atom point, in the fontanel. It is the state of alinga, or the state before creation.

Os cinco níveis de consciência dos cinco chakras foram superados. Você não está mais no ajna chakra. Você está no ponto átomo, na fontanela. Este é o estado de alinga, ou o estado antes da criação.

Chapter 14 Verse: 09 Gunatraya Vibhaga Yoga : The Yoga of discrimination of the Triple Qualities of Nature; O Yoga da Discriminação das triplas Qualidades da Natureza.

sattvam sukhe sanjayati

rajah karmani bhãratha

jnãnam ãvrtya tu tamah

pramãde sanjayaty uta

Sattva ( goodness) cause attachment to happiness, and rajas (passion) to action, O Bharata ( Arjuna) , but tamas ( dullness) cloudswisdom a nd knowledge, overpowering goodness and action. ( 14:09)

Sattva (bondade) causa apego à felicidade, e rajas (paixão) apego a ação, ó Bharata (Arjuna), mas tamas (aridez) nuvens sabedoria e conhecimento, bondade avassaladora e ação. (14:09)

Fifty kinds of prana ( vital air) manifest as different kinds of breath in human beings.

Cinqüenta tipos de prana (ar vital) manifestam-se como diferentes tipos de respiração em seres humanos.

Udana is a special breath taken with an extremely calm , short, and slow respiration.

Watch God in every breath.

Udana é uma respiração especial feita com uma respiração extremamente calma, curta e lenta.

Veja Deus em cada respiração ..

Your breath will change. Then, withoutany speech, any thoughts, any body sense, or worldly sense, feel God in the fontanel in the infinite.

Sua respiração vai mudar. Em seguida, sem falar, sem qualquer pensamento, sem qualquer 

sentido corporal, ou sentido mundano, sentir Deus  na  fontanela no infinito.

Where, the imperishable Almighty Father, formless abides.

Onde, o imperecível Pai Todo-Poderoso sem forma , habita .

You will experiences real calm, with is godly.

Você vai experimentar a  real calma, que  é piedosa.

This is the real su( completely beautiful) and kha( ether), also known as sukha ( happyness).

At this time , the breath flows through the sushumna.

Este é o verdadeiro su (completamente bonito) e kha (éter), também conhecido como sukha (Felicidade).Neste momento, o ar flui através do sushumnâ.

When the breath come also come through pingala channel, create extreme passion, desire, and restlessness . These quality is rajasic.

Quando a respiração flui também  através do canal pingala, cria extrema paixão, desejo e inquietação. Estas qualidades são rajásicas.

When the breath is in ida ,create sloth ,idleness , drowsiness and sleep.. People with nature are nervous, idle, fearful, and procrastinating.. They do not love God or any good qualities

Quando a respiração flui por  ida, cria preguiça, indolência, sonolência e sono . As pessoas com esta  natureza são nervosas, ociosas, medrosas, e procrastinadoras. Eles não amam a Deus ou quaisquer boas qualidades

Triveni the confluence of this three , The ajna( yukta triveni) and muladhara ( mukta triveni)are the two major placesIda (ganga, the left),(, pingala ( yamuna ,the right) sushumna( saraswati, central channel) are compared to the three holy rivers flowing inside the spine.

Triveni confluência destes três, o ajna (triveni yukta) e muladhara (mukta triveni) são os dois principais lugares

Ida (ganga, a esquerda )(, pingala (Yamuna, à direita)) sushumna  (Saraswati, canal central) são comparados com os três rios sagrados fluem dentro da coluna vertebral.

On the base of the spine, muladhara, is the playground of instincts and emotions. In the upper confluence to experience inner peace, bliss and joy.

Na base da coluna vertebral, muladhara, é o playground dos instintos e emoções. Na confluência superior a experimenta-se a paz interior, felicidade e alegria.

No (ajna chakra ), o aspirante espiritual é purificado e liberto do pecado dos sentidos.

Chapter 13:32 Kshetra Kshetrajna Vibhaga Yoga ;The Yoga of Knowledge of the Body Field and its Knower. ( O Yoga do conhecimento do Campo de Batalha, e seu Conhecedor.

yathã sarvagatam sauksmyãd

ãkãsam no 'palipyate

sarvatrã 'vasthito dehe

tathã 'tmã no palipyate

As all-pervading ether ( space) is not tained because of its subtlety, so the soul seated in the body is not tained by the qualities of the body. (13:32)

Assim como o éter ( espaço) que tudo permeia  não está contaminado por causa de sua sutileza, assim a alma assentada no corpo não está contaminada pelas qualidades do corpo. (13:32)

One cannot see space.

Não se pode ver o espaço (éter).

There are five gross elements: eter ,air, fire, water and earth.

Existem cinco elementos grosseiros: eter, ar, fogo, água e terra.

The air is formless; it permeates everywhere.

O ar é sem forma; ela permeia todos os lugares.

Fire exist in each human body in the seven centers.

Fogo existe em cada corpo humano nos sete centros.

Every living body is made of the five gross elements and twenty-four principle.

But every human body is full of the derived from the God fire, unknown and unseen, formless.

Cada corpo vivo é feito dos cinco elementos grosseiros e vinte e quatro princípios.

Mas cada corpo humano é cheio do  fogo derivado de Deus, desconhecido e invisível, sem forma.

Svadhisthana sacral region water

Manipura lumbar region fire

Anahata dorsal region air

Vishuddha cervical region eter

Ajna pituitary region ether

Sahasrara fontanel beyond elements ( mahat)

More and more I contemplate my smallness front of creation, the Absolute Divinity in action, and the changes we've gone through every second, and that are beyond the comprehension of the mind or the intellect.

I am grateful just want to learn to be at all times connected to this divine power, absolute and unimaginable, just watching and being driven beyond all appearance.

rudranãm samskaras cã 'smi

And of the Rudras , I am Shankara; among the Yakshas and Rakshas, I am Kubera; among Vasus , I am Pavaka; among the mountains , I am Meru. ( 10:23)

E dos Rudras, sou Shankara, entre os Yakshas e Rakshas, eu sou Kubera, entre Vasus, sou Pavaka; entre as montanhas, souMeru. (10:23)

There are eleven Rudras. Rudra means prana, the vital life force. Shankara means sham, all auspiousness, and kara, bestower. He who gives all auspiciousness, peace, bliss, and joy is Shankara.

Há onze Rudras. Rudra significa prana, a força vital. Shankarasignifica farsa, tudo auspiousness, e kara, doador. Aquele quedá a todos auspicioso, paz, felicidade e alegria é Shankara.

Vitesha is the Lord of wealth and prosperity. True wealth is inside the cranium. Kubera is the king of wealth, who lives on mount Kailash.. Yakshas and Rakshasas refer to the protectors of all properties.

Vitesha é o Senhor da riqueza e prosperidade. A verdadeira riqueza está dentro do crânio. Kubera é o rei da riqueza, que vive no Monte Kailash .Yakshas e Rakshasas referem-se aosprotetores de todas as propriedades.

Vasu means illumination. There are eight vasus according the scriptures : Bhava, Dhruva, Soma, Vishnu, Anala, Anila, Pratyusha and Derabhava.  Another name of for Anala is Pavaka. Pavaka is the purifying fire. When you remain constantly above the pituitary, you perceive the light of fire and you become truly pure.Meditation brings purity of body, mind and tought.

Vasu significa iluminação. Há oito Vasus de acordo com as escrituras: Bhava, Dhruva, Soma, Vishnu, Anala, Anila,Pratyusha e Derabhava. Outro nome para Anala é Pavaka. Pavaka é o fogo purificador. Quando você fica constantemente acima da  pituitária ,  percebe a luz do fogo e você se torna verdadeiramente puro. Meditação  traz pureza do corpo, mente e pensamentos.

The spine is called the axis of meru ( meru-danda). Meru is in the cranium and its summit is the sahasrara, the tousand -petaledlotus in the fontanel. When one keeps his attention on the top, one  perceives brilliant divine light projected from all around.

 A coluna é chamada de eixo de meru (meru-danda). Meru está no crânio e seu cume é o Sahasrara,  o lotus de mil pétalas  na fontanela. Quando se mantém a sua atenção no topo, se percebe a luz divina brilhante projetada por todos os lados.

Knowledge of the Movement of Stars

Conhecimento do Movimento  das Estrelas

dhruve tadgati-jnãnam{29}

Through the practice of samyama on Dhruva , one is endowed with the { knowledge of the } movement of stars, etc.{29}

Através da prática de Samyama em Dhruva, se é dotado {com o conhecimento do}  movimento das estrelas, etc{29}

Dhruva is the polestar, is a special star. Metaphorically , dhruva is also known as kutastha, the inner point of concentration in the ajna chakra, or the soul center.

Dhruva é a estrela polar, é uma estrela especial. Metaforicamente, Dhruva também é conhecida como Kutastha, o ponto interior de concentração no chakra ajna, ou centro da alma.

The polestar inside the body is the experience of inner light, like a star in kutastha, or the soul center.

A estrela polar no interior do corpo é a experiência da luz interior, como uma estrela em Kutastha, ou o centro  centro da alma.

As Dhruva the polestar is steady in comparison with others in the sky, by focusing attention on the polestar , one can know the moviment of other stars.

Como Dhruva a estrela polar é estável em comparação com os outros no céu, atraindo a atenção sobre a estrela polar, pode-se conhecer o Movimento de outras estrelas.

Metaphorically , it shows the play of consciousness in different chakras in relation to kutasha or dhruva, which is fixed or steady.

Metaforicamente, ela mostra o jogo da consciência nos  diferentes chakras em relação ao Kutasha ou Dhruva, que é fixa ou estável.

O Seeker ! Let your attention be completely fixed on the polestar of inner experience. It will grant you the experience of all happenings ( gati or moviment) within yourself.

Ó  buscador! Deixe a sua atenção ser completamente fixa na estrela polar  da experiência interior. Ela irá conceder-lhe a experiência de todos os acontecimentos (gati ou movimentos) dentro de si mesmo.

Bhagavad Gita 8:20 Akshara-Brahma Yoga; The yoga of the Imperihable Brahman , O Yoga do Imperecível Brahman

paras tasmãt tu bhãvo 'nyo

'vyakto 'vyakãt sanãtah

yah sa sarvesu bhutesu

nasyatu mna vinasati

Far beyond even the unmanifest , there is another unmanifest existence, which is a supreme divine person, who does not perish even though all beings ( elements) perish.(08:20)

Muito além até mesmo do não-manifesto, há uma outra não-manifesta existência, que é uma pessoa divina suprema, que não perece, embora todos os seres (elementos) pereçam (08:20).

Vyakta means the manifested , that is the ida and pingala.

Avyakta means the unmanifest , which is sushumna, are present inside the spine and pituitary.

Vyakta significa aquilo que é manifesto, que é ida e pingala.

Avyakta significa o imanifesto, que é sushumna , e está presente dentro da medula e pituitaria.

This is the , ham body,  kshara body, the perishable body.

Este é o corpo ham, o  corpo kshara , o corpo perecível.

Then near the ajna chakra ( soul center) there is akshara, the impereshable and unmanifest.  But beyond even this unmanifest avyakta, which is also the sushumna and feeble breath, there is the place of unmanifest existence- a supreme , divine person.

Chegando no chakra ajna ( centro da alma)    aí está o akshara, o imperecível e imafifesto. Mas além mesmo deste imanifésto avyakta, que também  é o shushumna e a respiração sutil, este é o lugar do imanifesto , a existência supreme, a pessoa divina.

This state is called Purushottama, the supreme self, or sanatana, the eternal.

Este estado é chamado Purushottama, o ser supremo, ou santana o eterno.

In the state of paravastha ,  one experience the eternal, where there is neither attachment nor detachment, but where there is supreme peace, bliss and joy

No estado de paravastha pode se experimentar o eterno, onde não existe apego nem desapego, onde existe a paz a bênção e o contentamento.

Puja is  a subtle and sublime spiritual phenomenon in which the worshipper, in the course of meditation, first dissolves his mundane body to create a divine body for himself, identical in nature with that of his deity, Spiritual Master or preceptor Guru .

 Puja é um sutil e sublime fenomeno espiritual, no curso da meditação, primeiro dissolve este corpo mundano e depois cria-se corpo divino por si mesmo, identico  em natureza com a deidade , Mestre Espiritual ou Guru preceptor.

Thereafter, visualising the tejas of the deity,  picture of Spiritual Masters and Guru preceptor  in his heart through concentrated meditation upon his/her form,  the divine effulgence into the image for the time being in order to achieve a subject-object relationship,  for making subjective with the deity Spiritual Master or Guru preceptor , who is identical with the Self, and starts communicating with God from the same elevated plane.

Depois disso, visualizando o tejas ( fogo divino) imagem do  Mestre espiritual e Guru preceptor no seu coração , através de concentrada meditação em direção á frma dele ou dela ,  a divina iluminação dentro da imagem ,  por enquanto a fim de alcançar a relação sujeito-objeto, para promover a subjetividade com a deidade , que é identica  ao Self, e se  estabelece  a cominicação com Deus no mesmo plano elevado.

Puja ritual of a deity  Spiritual Masters and Guru  preceptor not only sheds light on the primeval concept and the character of that deity, but also reflects changes, which he or she has undergone from time to time.

Puja , ritual para uma deidade, Mestre Espiritual  e guru preceptor não  apenas dá luz ao conceito primordial e ao  caráter da deidade, Mestre espiritual e Guru preceptor, mas também  revela as mudanças que ela ou ele  atravessa através do tempo.
