Bhagavad Gita Chapter :18:13 Moksha Sannyasa yoga: The Yoga for Liberation through Renunciation .Yoga da Libertação através da Renúncia.

pancaitãni mahãbãho

kãrãni  nibodha me

sãnkye krtãnte proktãni

siddhaye sarvakarmanãm

O Mighty-armed ( Arjuna) ! learn from Me the five factors for accomplishing all actions as declared in the principles of Samkhya and Vedanta (18:13)

Ó Armado poderoso (Arjuna)! Aprenda através  de Mim os cinco fatores para realizar todas as ações como é declarado nos princípios de Samkhya e Vedanta (18:13)

Samkhya is the knowledge that gives a person the power to carefully observe the truth in everything.
Samkhya é o conhecimento que dá a uma pessoa o poder de observar cuidadosamente a verdade em tudo.

Vedanta consists  of two words veda (knowledge) and anta (end); it is the end of all knowledge.
Vedanta consiste em duas palavras veda (conhecimento) e anta (fim); É o fim de todo conhecimento.

The ego is the cause of all play and suffering.

O ego é a causa de todo o jogo e sofrimento.

in paravastha (the  state of extreme tranquility) this is Vedanta

Em paravastha (o estado de extrema tranqüilidade) isto  é Vedanta

kriya is the study of the Vedas, attaining the paravastha is the realization of the Vedas ( Shri Yogiraj Lahyri Mahasaya)
Kriya é o estudo dos Vedas, atingir o paravastha é a realização dos Vedas (Shri Yogiraj
Lahyri Mahasaya)

A sincere seeker, whose ultimate goal is liberation, should try to be free from the clutches of vice and virtue.

Um candidato sincero, cujo objetivo final é a libertação, deve tentar libertar-se das garras do vício e da virtude.

Be careful and intelligent efforts the liberation can be achieved.
tenha cuidado e os esforços inteligentes, a liberação pode ser alcançada.

samadhi This is the state of perfection or the state of pure love.
Samadhi Este é o estado de perfeição ou o estado de puro amor.

In this state , there is experience of God in all and all in God
Neste estado, há experiência de Deus em todos e todos em Deus

Practice  the path of self-discipline with sincere prayer. You will behold this state of unity without fail.
Pratiquem o caminho da autodisciplina com uma oração sincera. Vocês verão este estado de unidade sem falhas.

Sraddhatraya Vibhaga Yoga:17:12 The Yoga Of Classification of the Threefold Faith: O Yoga da Classificação da Fé Tipla

abhisamdhãya tu phalam
dambhaãrtham api 'va yat
ijyate bharathasrestha
tam yajnam vidhi rãjasam

But the sacrifice that is offered in expectation of the fruit, form the sake of a show, with ego, O best of Bharatas ( Arjuna), is passionate ( rajasic) ( 17:12)

Mas o sacrifício que é oferecido na expectativa do usufruto, é uma forma de show emocional  para o ego, O !melhor de Bharatas (Arjuna), isso é passional (rajásico) (17:12)

 Worship and sacrifice for fulfillment of material desires and ambition with ego, which  far from love, purity, and self-development , is rajasic.

Adoração e sacrifício para a satisfação dos desejos materiais e da ambição , com  o ego, longe do amor, da pureza e do autodesenvolvimento, é rajásica.

Material possession do not make us happy. They provide comforts but not the true state of happiness

A posses materiais não nos faz felizes. Elas fornecem conforto, mas não o verdadeiro estado de felicidade.

The happynes present at the feet of guru preceptor ( living in his close proximity) cannot be foound elewhere-such truth is confired in Vedanta.

A felicidade presente aos pés do guru  preceptor (estando na  sua proximidade) não pode ser encontrada em qualquer lugar - tal verdade é confiada no Vedanta.

Pray to God and be content. Limit material ambitions because they cam be insatiable. If you  simplify your life, will be much easier.

Ore a Deus e esteja satisfeito. Limite as ambições materiais porque elas podem ser insaciáveis. Se você simplificar sua vida, será muito mais fácil.

Vedanta tell us that the mind is an object, and the soul the subject.

Vedanta nos diz que a mente é um objeto, e a alma o sujeito.

Chapter 15:15 Purushottama Yoga . The Yoga of the Supreme Self. O Yoga do Ser Supremo.

sarvasya cã 'ham hrdi sannivisto

mattah smrtir jnãnam apohanam ca

vedais ca sarvait aham eva vedyo

vedãntakrd vedavid eva cã 'ham

I have entered the hearts of all beings. From Me comes memory and knowledge, as well as their loss. I alone am that which is known in all the Vedas . I am the author of Vedanta and the knower of the Vedas. ( 15:15)

Eu entrei nos corações de todos os seres. De Mim  vem a memória e o conhecimento, bem como a sua perda. Só Eu sou Aquele que é conhecido em todos os Vedas. Eu sou o autor do Vedanta e o conhecedor dos Vedas. (15:15)

Now the Lord is talking about the heart center.

Agora o Senhor está falando do centro do coração.

In the heart center is where the people harbor much delusion, illusion , and error through attachment and infatuation.

No centro do coração é o lugar onde as pessoas abrigam muita desilusão, ilusão e erro, através do apego e paixão.

Because of matter and this memory, and the help of the five sense organs , people become victims of emotion and temptation.

Em função da dificuldade desta memória e a ajuda dos cinco órgãos dos sentidos, as pessoas se tornam vítimas da emoção e tentação.

If they practice meditation and come up to the fontanel, their negative memories can be diminished.

Se elas praticam meditação e vão para o alto, para a fontanela, suas memórias negativas podem ser reduzidas.

Unfortunately, people attached 

 with material knowledge are ignorant of God and live in a state of extroversion. 

Infelizmente pessoas apegadas ao conhecimento material ignoram a  Deus e vivem em um estado de extroversão.

Due to extremely extroverted and restless activity, they lose their memory of indwelling Self, and they cannot understand and realize God.

Devido à atividade extremamente extrovertida e inquieta, eles perdem a sua memória do Ser Interior e eles não podem entender ou realizar Deus.

The four Vedas ( Rig, Yajur, Sama and Atharva) are holy scriptures that teaches the essence of spiritual life.

Os quatro Vedas ( Rig, Yajur, Sama and Atharva)são escrituras sagradas que ensinam a essência da vida espiritual.

People with spiritual knowledge experience God's presence.

Pessoas com conhecimento espiritual experimentam a presença de Deus.

The subject and object relationship is the root cause of all misery.

A relação entre o sujeito e o objeto é a causa de toda miséria.

drashta ( the seer), the observer is the soul:the pure consciousness.

drastha ( quem vê) , o observador é a alma; a consciência pura.

drishya ( the seen) is everything that is visible, including the body and with the mind, intellect, ego, pain, and feelings

drishya (o visto) é tudo o que é visível, incluindo o corpo e com a mente, intelecto, ego, dor e sentimentos

"It is my body i am not this body"

"Este é o meu corpo eu não sou este corpó"

"My mind is restless and sad, not me"

Minha mente é agitada e triste, não eu."

To  know the Lord, people must receive the help, assistance and guidance of a realized master.

Para conhecer o Senhor, as pessoas devem receber a ajuda, assistência e orientação de um mestre realizado.

"One who knows Me constantly feels that I am in Him and he is in Me"

"Aquele que Me conhece,  constantemente sente que Eu estou nele e ele está em Mim"

" The Vedas are My breath"

Os Vedas são Minha respiração"

The cycle of birth and death moves in every breath.

O ciclo de nascimento e morte ocorre em cada respiração.

Trough this breath , God or Lord Jagannath is to be realized.

Através desta respiração Deus ou o Senhor Jagannath é realizado.

This is what it means to hold the feet of the Lord by watching and holding the breath.

Isso é o que significa tocar os pés do Senhor, observando e segurando a respiração.
