tac ca samsmrtya samsmrtya

rupam atadbbhutam hareh

Remembering also, again and again, this most wonderful form of Hari(Krishna), even greater is my wonder and I rejoice again and again.( 18:77)

Lembrando também, uma e outra vez, essa forma maravilhosa de Hari (Krishna), ainda maior é a minha maravilha e me alegro uma e outra vez. (18:77)

Hari is formless, the universal form of God
Hari é sem forma, a forma universal de Deus

His divine all-pervading formless form ( Hri's vishwarupa)

Sua forma divina totalmente impenetravel (Vishwarupa  Hari)

This vision is adbhuta, that cannot be seen in the five elements 
Essa visão é adbhuta, que não pode ser vista nos cinco elementos

by the power of meditation and grace of the sadguru devotee enters into the formless state
Pelo poder da meditação e da graça do sadguru, o devoto entra no estado sem forma


He is known as the sadguru, who , with the sword of compassion, severs the eight knots that bind the disciple, releasing the flow of bliss ( Shree Shree Guru Gita 129)
Ele é conhecido como o sadguru, que, com a espada de compaixão, corta os oito nós que unem o discípulo, liberando o fluxo da felicidade (Shree Shree Guru Gita 129)

There is no other propitious way than completely surrendering at His feet in order to please Him, the Lord of all the living beings of infinite universes ( Nadara Pancharatra - Bharadwaja Samhita 1:10)
Não há outro caminho propício para se entregar completamente aos Seus pés para agradar a Ele, o Senhor de todos os seres vivos de universos infinitos (Nadara Pancharatra - Bharadwaja Samhita 1:10)

Through sadhana, one transcends the lower chacras and eventually the door to the Brahman located in the sahasrara is opened.
Através da sadhana, se transcende os chakras inferiores e eventualmente a porta do Brahman localizado no sahasrara é aberta.

the unwavering firmness attained through the yoga of meditation by which man can control the functions (activities) of the mind, the vital breath, and the senses, that firmness, O Partha ( Arjuna) (18:33)

A firmeza inabalável alcançada através do yoga da meditação pelo qual o homem pode controlar as funções da mente, do sopro vital e dos sentidos, é essa firmeza, ó Partha (Arjuna) (18:33)

when knowledge manifests in a human life, it is revealed in two ways: the intellect and firmness.

Quando o conhecimento se manifesta numa vida humana, revela-se de duas maneiras: o intelecto e a firmeza.

the firmness is of three types , corresponding to the three qualities of nature.

A firmeza é de três tipos, correspondendo às três qualidades da natureza.

dhriti is sattvic, spiritual firmness

Dhriti é sattvic, firmeza espiritual

anybody who receives the company of a realized master and learns the yoga of meditation will develop discrimination and rationality.

Qualquer pessoa que receba a companhia de um mestre realizado e aprenda o yoga da meditação desenvolverá discriminação e racionalidade.

when the yoga of meditation is practiced regularly, the capacity to perceive the truth increases

Quando o yoga da meditação é praticado regularmente, a capacidade de perceber a verdade aumenta

we need sincere practice and the power of master

Precisamos de prática sincera e do poder do mestre

meditation brings balance in the body and mind

Meditação traz equilíbrio no corpo e na mente

one who beholds Hari in the herat, experiences continuous festivities and auspiciousness, as He is the personification of goodness ( Prapanna Gita 46)

Aquele que segura Hari  no coração, experimenta festividades contínuas e auspiciosidade, como Ele,  é a personificação da bondade ( Prapanna Gita 46)

the body of every human being is like a microcosm of the universe

O corpo de cada ser humano é como um microcosmo do universo

Some wise men declare that action is full of evil and must  be abandoned; others say that the acts of sacrifice, charity and austerity are not to be abandoned. (17:03)

Alguns homens sábios declaram que a ação está cheia de maldade e deve ser abandonada; Outros dizem que os atos de sacrifício, caridade e austeridade não devem ser abandonados. (17:03)

One who has controlled the mind ( manas) is manishi- learned, wise.

Aquele que controlou a mente, (manas) é manishi- conhecedor, sábio.

real work is any action performed as an oblation to God.

Trabalho real é qualquer ação realizada como uma oblação a Deus.

With every breath, you are united with the Almighty Father.

Com cada respiração, você está unido com o Pai Todo-Poderoso.

When taking care of family members, spiritual seekers must feel that they are serving the Lord.

Ao cuidar dos membros da família, os buscadores espirituais devem sentir que estão servindo ao Senhor.

Breath is life, only with breath can the  work be done.

Respiração é vida, só com a respiração pode o trabalho ser feito.

The breath flows because of the soul inside.

A respiração flui por causa da alma interior.

If you perceive the presence of God, the creator of life in the body, with every breath, every breath becomes a loving oblation to God.

Se você perceber a presença de Deus, o criador da vida no corpo, com cada respiração, cada respiração se torna uma oblação amorosa para Deus.

this is prana karma , the "action of prana, the true worship of God.

Isto é prana karma, a "ação do prana, a verdadeira adoração de Deus.

If yooou feel that you are serving God in every action. Service to human being is service to God.

Se você sente que está servindo a Deus em cada ação. O serviço ao ser humano é serviço a Deus.

Through breath consciousness you can rise to the state of soul consciousness in tapah loka - the plane of meditation and penance.

Através da consciência da respiração você pode subir para o estado de consciência da alma em tapah loka - o plano de meditação e penitência.

every work you worship you are giving your love and life in work- this is the real fire cerimony.

Cada serviço que você adora , você está dando seu amor e vida ao trabalho - este é a verdadeira cerimônia de fogo.

Guru Gita destroys all sins, anxieties, and eliminates all poverty. Untimely death is prevented and all troubles are overcome by it.

Guru Gita destrói todos os pecados, ansiedades, e elimina toda a pobreza. A morte prematura é impedida e todos os problemas são superados por ele.

the sadguru is who  knows the real from the unreal. Thus, he is the best among the knowers of Brahman. All the places that he has stayed are now sanctified .

O sadguru é quem distingue o real do irreal. Assim, ele é o melhor entre os conhecedores de Brahman. Todos os lugares onde ele permaneceu são agora santificados.

if your desire is great, you can change everything.

Se seu desejo é grande, você pode mudar tudo.

we can change our lives, change the kriyamana karma, and thus be divine like the realized ones.

Podemos mudar nossas vidas, mudar o kriyamana karma , e assim serem divinos como os realizados.

Chapter 15:10 Purushottama Yoga . The Yoga of the Supreme Self. O Yoga do Ser Supremo.

utkrãmantam sthitam vã ´pi

bhunjãnam vã gunãnvitam

vimhudhã nã ´nupasyanti

pasyanti jnãnacaksusah

When the soul departs,remains, or enjoys ( the sense objects) while accompanied by the qualities ( of nature), the deluded ( ignorant, fools) do not perceive Him. Those with the eye of knowledge are able to realize Him. ( 15:10)

Quando a alma parte,  ela continua a existir , ou goza (dos objetos dos sentidos), enquanto acompanhada pelas qualidades (da natureza), os iludidos (ignorantes), tolos não percebem a Ele . Aqueles com o olho do conhecimento são capazes de realizar Ele (15:10)

vimudhak people extremely dull, foolish, deluded, ignorant, materialistic, and spiritually blind.

Pessoas vimudhak extremamente maçantes, tolas, iludidas, ignorantes, materialistas, e espiritualmente cegas.

jnanachakshuhah, those with the eye of knowledge, who have the third eye open.

jnanachakshuhah, aqueles com o olho do conhecimento, que têm o terceiro olho aberto.

Man is engrossed in the five sense organs and the materialworld, constantly ignoring and forgetting God.

O homem está envolvido com os cinco órgãos dos sentidos e com o mundo  material constantemente, ignora e esquece de  Deus.

Man's body is the temple of god.

O corpo do homem é o templo de Deus.

Man is not a mere animal. Man is rational and potentially divine.

O homem não é um mero animal. O homem é racional e potencialmente divino.

Practicing Kriya yoga, the third eye will be open. With their spiritual eye they see, perceive. and realize the Self.

Praticando Kriya yoga, o terceiro olho será aberto. Com seu  olho espiritual que vêem, percebem. e realizam o Ser.

They are every conscious when the soul leaves the body.

Eles estão sempre conscientes quando a alma deixa o corpo.

This in their conscious samadhi , which is possible through the good company of the realized master, constant meditation, and a God-conscious life.

Este por seus  Samadhis conscientes, que são possíveis através da boa companhia do mestre realizado, meditação constante e uma vida consciente de Deus.

Sadhana is to be earnestly pursued only instruction from sadguru.

Sadhana deve ser seriamente perseguido única instrução de sadguru.

Sadhana is necessary to purifying the grand road from muladhara to sahasrara, whereing the darshan of Lord Jagannath becomes possible.

Sadhana é necessário purificar a grande estrada do muladhara para sahasrara, onde o darshan do Senhor Jagannath se torna possível.

With humble surrender to God in every thought and action , perfection dawns upon life.

Com humilde entrega a Deus em todos os pensamentos  e ações, amanhece perfeição na vida.

Never give up your state of calmness and concentration.Calmness is goodness.

Nunca desista do seu estado de calma e concentração. A calma é a bondade.

Be careful of too much distraction. You are in the state of balance, which is yoga.

Tenha cuidado com muita distração . Você está no estado de equilíbrio, que é yoga.

Chapter 13:34 Kshetra Kshetrajna Vibhaga Yoga ;The Yoga of Knowledge of the Body Field and its Knower. ( O Yoga do conhecimento do Campo de Batalha, e seu Conhecedor.

ksetraksetrajnayor evam

antaram jnãnacaksusã

bhutaprakrtimoksam ca

ye vidur yanti te param

Those who realize with their eye of wisdom the distinction between the field, the knower of the field, and the liberation of beings from nature ( prakriti) go to supreme.(13:34)

Aqueles que percebem com seu olho da sabedoria a distinção entre o campo, o conhecedor do campo, e a libertação dos seres da natureza (prakriti) vão ao Supremo. (13:34) 

Gross body is full of delusion,illusion and error. People with a restless body and mind can go beyond restlessness and enter into imperishable soul with the help of the realized master. 

O corpo grosseiro está cheio de desilusão, ilusão e erro. As pessoas com um corpo e mente inquietos pode ir além da inquietação e entrar na alma imperecível com a ajuda do mestre realizado.

The imperishable soul in the body is kshetrajna, , fix attention in the pituitary and with the power of the guru, they can attain the supreme state.,

A alma imperecível no corpo é kshetrajna,

fixar a atenção na pituitária e com o poder do guru, eles podem atingir o estado supremo..,

Gradually , they will merge with the Almighty Father and attain the pulseless stage, samadhi, the ultimate goal of human life.

Aos poucos, eles vão fundir-se com o Pai Todo-Poderoso e atingir o estado sem pulso, samadhi, o objetivo final da vida humana.

Focusing a either of the mind-point of eyebrows and the fontanel, helps dissolve restless propensities, such as anger, ego and vanity.

Concentrando-se entre o ponto médio das sobrancelhas e a fontanela, ajuda a dissolver propensões inquietas, como a raiva, ego e vaidade.

Yoga is that process which brings the state of inner silence and tranquility

Yoga é esse processo que traz o estado de silêncio interior e tranquilidade

Yoga is complete cessation of restlessness.

Yoga é a cessação completa da inquietação.

If you live with implicit faith in the words of the Master and the scriptures, you will be liberated while abiding in the physical body (jivanmukti)

Se você vive com fé implícita nas palavras do Mestre e as escrituras, você será libertado enquanto permanente no corpo físico (Jivanmukti)

The path of knowledge leads to the goal of liberation.

O caminho do conhecimento leva à meta da libertação.

He is the sadguru who knows what is real and unreal.He is the best among the knowers of Brahman. Every place he resides in sanctified; there is no doubt about it.

Ele é o sadguru quem sabe o que é real e irreal. Ele é o melhor entre os conhecedores de Brahman. Todo lugar que ele reside foi santificado; não há nenhuma dúvida sobre isso.

om tatsaditi srimadbhagavadgitasupanisasu brahmavidyãyam yogasãstre srikrsnãrjunasamvãde ksetraksetrajnavibhãgayogo nãma trayodaso 'dhyãyah

Om. That is the Truth. Thus ends the thirteenth chapter,  "The Yoga of the Body Field and Its Knower" , in the yogic scripture of the Bhagavad Gita, the essence of the Upanishads, the scripture on absolute knowledge, a dialog between Lord Krishna and Arjuna.

Om. Essa é a verdade. Assim termina o décimo terceiro capítulo, "O Yoga do campo de corpo e seu conhecedor", na escritura yogue do Bhagavad Gita, a essência dos Upanishads, a escritura em conhecimento absoluto, um diálogo entre o Senhor Krishna e Arjuna.
