ãruruksor muner yogam

karma kãranan ucyate

yogãrudhasaya tasay 'va

samah kãranam ucyate

For the muni ( person of meditation) wishing to attain yoga, work is said to be the means, but for the person who has attained yoga, total renunciation is said to be the means. (3)

Para a muni (pessoa da meditação) que deseja alcançar o Yoga, o trabalho é dito  ser o meio, mas para a pessoa que atingiu o Yoga, a renúncia total é dita ser o meio. (3)

Quando a Bíblia diz: "Deus é espírito ( João 4:24), ela realmente significa que Deus é um estado de " RespiraçãoTranquila ", desprovido de inquietação.

When the Bible says, "God is spirit (John 4:24), it really means that God is a state of" RespiraçãoTranquila "devoid of anxiety.

Na verdade, o estado de divindade é o estado de tranquilidade da respiração, quando torna-se inquieta, a Criação começa, isto é, quando se respira, começa a Criação. Se a pessoa atinge o "estado de tranquilidade da respiração",  atinge o "estado de divindade." 

In fact, the state of divinity is the state of calm breathing, when it becomes restless, Creation begins, ie when breathing begins toCreation. If the person hits the "state of calm breathing, " reachesthe "state of Divinity."

A resposta para tranqüilizante de uma respiração ( Prana ) é Pranayam (o estado de Unidade União, Yoga ). Conhecimento nasce da ignorância e destrói a ignorância. Aquele que despertou para a espiritualidade está livre de todo o medo e percebe  o Self.

The answer to a soothing breath (Prana) is Pranayam (the state ofUnion Unity, Yoga). Knowledge is born of ignorance and destroysignorance. One who has awakened to spirituality is free from allfear and realize the Self.

A jiva é o resultado da mente cheia de karmas acumulados que desencarna no ciclo de samsara . Atma é o Self, não reencarna é eterno e imanente e uno com Paramatman.

The jiva is the result of accumulated karma mind full of one's deathin the cycle of samsara. Atman is the Self, is eternal and notreincarnated immanent and one with Paramatman.

O Self ( Atma ) está fora dos sentidos. Atma é percebida quando a mente e os sentidos  submetem-se completamente no Atma , não é operacional em tudo.

The Self (Atma) is beyond the senses. Atma is perceived when themind and senses submit themselves completely in the Atma, is not operating at all.
