Ó Armado poderoso (Arjuna)! Aprenda através  de Mim os cinco fatores para realizar todas as ações como é declarado nos princípios de Samkhya e Vedanta (18:13)

Samkhya is the knowledge that gives a person the power to carefully observe the truth in everything.
Samkhya é o conhecimento que dá a uma pessoa o poder de observar cuidadosamente a verdade em tudo.

Vedanta consists  of two words veda (knowledge) and anta (end); it is the end of all knowledge.
Vedanta consiste em duas palavras veda (conhecimento) e anta (fim); É o fim de todo conhecimento.

The ego is the cause of all play and suffering.

O ego é a causa de todo o jogo e sofrimento.

in paravastha (the  state of extreme tranquility) this is Vedanta

kriya is the study of the Vedas, attaining the paravastha is the realization of the Vedas ( Shri Yogiraj Lahyri Mahasaya)

samadhi This is the state of perfection or the state of pure love.
Samadhi Este é o estado de perfeição ou o estado de puro amor.

In this state , there is experience of God in all and all in God
Neste estado, há experiência de Deus em todos e todos em Deus

Practice  the path of self-discipline with sincere prayer. You will behold this state of unity without fail.

Sraddhatraya Vibhaga Yoga:17:17 The Yoga Of Classification of the Threefold Faith: O Yoga da Classificação da Fé Tipla

sradhayã parayã taptam

tapas tat trividham naraih

aphalãkãnsibhir yuktaih

sãttvikam paricaksate

This threefold penance (of the body, speach and mind), practiced with the highest faith by yogis who expect no fruit in return, is sattvic (spiritual, good). (17:17)

Esta tríplice penitência (do corpo, da fala e da mente), praticada com a mais alta fé pelos yogis que não esperam o fruto dos resultados em troca, é sattvica (espiritual, boa). (17:17)

Meditate very deeply controlling the body, speech, and mind without expecting any fruit such a lower siddhis( material achivements)

Medite muito profundamente controlando o corpo, a fala e a mente sem esperar qualquer fruto tal siddhis inferior (material achivements)

Fix your attention in the fontanel while breathing the extreme slow breath.

Fixe sua atenção na fontanela enquanto respira a respiração extremamente lenta.

You will be free from all worldly restlessness and enter real spiritual -godhood.

Você estará livre de toda a inquietação mundana e entrará na verdadeira espiritualidade.

You will be free from forms and formalities.

Você estará livre de formas e formalidades.

you will remainnabsorved in the formless state.

Você permanecerá no estado sem forma.

This is real, selfless, and spiritual meditation (sattvic tapasya)

When one enters into real meditation, in the inner temple of silence, one hears a continuous Divine Sound.

A samniasi is one who always eager to gain knowledge.

Um samniasi é aquele que sempre ansioso para adquirir conhecimento.

This two syllable word gu-ru is the king of all mantras. It is the essence of the Vedas , the law books, and the Puranas.

Esta palavra de duas sílabas gu-ru é o rei de todos os mantras. É a essência dos Vedas, dos livros de lei e dos Puranas.

Our present lives are influenced by our past karma, and present karma influences our future lives.

Nossas vidas atuais são influenciadas por nosso krma passado, e o ckrma presente influencia nossas vidas futuras.

Meditating deeply  you can change your mind from negative , from restlessness to calmness.

Chapter 15:15 Purushottama Yoga . The Yoga of the Supreme Self. O Yoga do Ser Supremo.

sarvasya cã 'ham hrdi sannivisto

mattah smrtir jnãnam apohanam ca

vedais ca sarvait aham eva vedyo

vedãntakrd vedavid eva cã 'ham

I have entered the hearts of all beings. From Me comes memory and knowledge, as well as their loss. I alone am that which is known in all the Vedas . I am the author of Vedanta and the knower of the Vedas. ( 15:15)

Eu entrei nos corações de todos os seres. De Mim  vem a memória e o conhecimento, bem como a sua perda. Só Eu sou Aquele que é conhecido em todos os Vedas. Eu sou o autor do Vedanta e o conhecedor dos Vedas. (15:15)

Now the Lord is talking about the heart center.

Agora o Senhor está falando do centro do coração.

In the heart center is where the people harbor much delusion, illusion , and error through attachment and infatuation.

No centro do coração é o lugar onde as pessoas abrigam muita desilusão, ilusão e erro, através do apego e paixão.

Because of matter and this memory, and the help of the five sense organs , people become victims of emotion and temptation.

Em função da dificuldade desta memória e a ajuda dos cinco órgãos dos sentidos, as pessoas se tornam vítimas da emoção e tentação.

If they practice meditation and come up to the fontanel, their negative memories can be diminished.

Se elas praticam meditação e vão para o alto, para a fontanela, suas memórias negativas podem ser reduzidas.

Unfortunately, people attached 

 with material knowledge are ignorant of God and live in a state of extroversion. 

Infelizmente pessoas apegadas ao conhecimento material ignoram a  Deus e vivem em um estado de extroversão.

Due to extremely extroverted and restless activity, they lose their memory of indwelling Self, and they cannot understand and realize God.

Devido à atividade extremamente extrovertida e inquieta, eles perdem a sua memória do Ser Interior e eles não podem entender ou realizar Deus.

The four Vedas ( Rig, Yajur, Sama and Atharva) are holy scriptures that teaches the essence of spiritual life.

Os quatro Vedas ( Rig, Yajur, Sama and Atharva)são escrituras sagradas que ensinam a essência da vida espiritual.

People with spiritual knowledge experience God's presence.

Pessoas com conhecimento espiritual experimentam a presença de Deus.

The subject and object relationship is the root cause of all misery.

drashta ( the seer), the observer is the soul:the pure consciousness.

drastha ( quem vê) , o observador é a alma; a consciência pura.

drishya ( the seen) is everything that is visible, including the body and with the mind, intellect, ego, pain, and feelings

drishya (o visto) é tudo o que é visível, incluindo o corpo e com a mente, intelecto, ego, dor e sentimentos

"It is my body i am not this body"

"My mind is restless and sad, not me"

To  know the Lord, people must receive the help, assistance and guidance of a realized master.

Para conhecer o Senhor, as pessoas devem receber a ajuda, assistência e orientação de um mestre realizado.

"One who knows Me constantly feels that I am in Him and he is in Me"

The cycle of birth and death moves in every breath.

O ciclo de nascimento e morte ocorre em cada respiração.

Trough this breath , God or Lord Jagannath is to be realized.

Através desta respiração Deus ou o Senhor Jagannath é realizado.

This is what it means to hold the feet of the Lord by watching and holding the breath.

Isso é o que significa tocar os pés do Senhor, observando e segurando a respiração.

traividya mãm somapãh putapãpã

yajnair tvã svargatim prãrthayante

te punyam asãdya surendralokam

asnanti divyãn divi devabhogãm

With sacrifice , the knowers of the Vedas, the drinkers of soma juice, and pure beings free from all sins and evils seek the goal of heaven; they, the holy, reaching the holy world, enjoy the divine heaven ( the vacuum, ether), divine joy. ( 20)

Com sacrifício, os conhecedores dos Vedas, os bebedores de suco de soma, e os seres puros, livres de todos os pecados e males, buscam a meta do céu; eles  os santos, alcançam o mundo sagrado, desfrutam do paraíso divino (o vácuo, o éter) , da alegria divina.(20)

trai vydya means the three types of knowledge and also the three Vedas. The knowledge of creation, preservation and dissolution, the knowledge of function of the three nadisn in the spine is also trai vidya.

trai vydya, significa os três tipos de conhecimento e também oVedas três. O conhecimento de criação, preservação edissolução, do conhecimento da função dos três nadis na coluna vertebral é também trai vidya.

By the practice of Kriya yoga ida ( extreme slothfulness ) and pingala (extremely activity)  are separated, and the shushumna is opened.People whose vital breath enters this channel can achieve through control over their activities. This is the first step in spiritual practice.

Pela prática de Kriya yoga ida (preguiça extrema) e pingala( atividade extrema) são separados, e os shushumna é aberto. Pessoas cuja respiração vital  passa por  este canal pode consegue obter o controle sobre as suas atividades. Este é o primeiro passo prática espiritual.

somapa : soma means moon, the Lord of mind. Somapa means those who have thorough control over their minds through a self-disciplined yogic lifestyle. To drink the divine saliva ( soma) secreted frm the fontanel, brings extreme calm and inner soothing.

somapa: soma significa lua, o Senhor da mente. Somapa significa que aqueles que tem o controle completo sobre suas mentes por meio de um estilo de vida yogi auto-disciplinado.Para beber a saliva divina (soma) secretado da fontanela, extrema calma e  passividade interior.

puta papah; means freedom from all evil or perception of constant purity, wich is the next spirituasl stage. One who has through control over mind is truly pure.

puta papah; significa liberdade de todo o mal ou a percepçãode pureza constante, que é o próximo estágio espiritual. Aquele que através do controle da mente é verdadeiramente puro.

yajnaih: for the sacrifice of all their evils , they practice the technique of breath control.

ajnaih: para o sacrifício de todos os seus males, eles praticam a técnica do controle da respiração.

svargatim prasrthayante . Svar means the place of extreme happiness. Although spiritual aspirants meditate a lot, they still desire the state of extreme happiness.

svargatim prasrthayante. Svar significa o lugar de extrema felicidade.  Contudo os aspirantes espirituais meditam muito, eles  mantém o desejo do estado de felicidade extrema.

te punyam asadya: By virtue of meditation, they can easily reach this state. They can enter into the kingdom of heaven, which is within the cranium.

te punyam asadya: Por força da meditação, que podem facilmente chegar a este estado. Eles podem entrar no reino dos céus, que está dentro do crânio.

ashnanti divyan divi devabhogam: "They enjoy the divine bliss in heaven, in the vacuum ( ether)" Meditation causes all-around development, so many people practice it with some expectation.  Here the Lord is explaning the expectation and the achievement of people who meditate with desire.

ashnanti divyan divi devabhogam: "Eles desfrutarão da bênçãodivina no céu, no vácuo (o éter)" A meditação faz com que tudo ao redor se desenvolva, muitas pessoas praticam com alguma expectativa. Aqui o Senhor está explicando a expectativa e a realização das pessoas que meditam com vontade.

They are great vows not conditioned by class , place, time or circujmstances extending everywhere.

The practice of yoga is universal method and it should expand the life and heart, consciousness and love of the practioner. In this universal practices of yama, there can be exceptions that will not harm the vow.

A prática de yoga é o método universal e deve expandir a vida o coração, consciência e o amor do praticante. Neste prática universal de yama, pode haver exceções desde que não se  prejudiquem os valores.

I am the father , Mother , Sustainer , and Grandfather of the universe. I am the object of realization , the holy syllable aum. I am rik, sama , and yajur as well. (09:17)

Eu sou o pai, a mãe, Sustentador e avô do universo. Eu sou o objeto de realização, a  santo sílaba aum . Eu sou rik, sama,e yajur também. (09:17)

God is everything in this universe : jagat

Deus é tudo neste universo: jagat

Creation is in the womb of God. Constant copulation is going on inside the cranium in the form of ingoing and outgoing breath.

A criação  está  no útero de Deus. Cópula constante está acontecendo dentro do crânio na forma do ar entrando e saindo.

dhata :  God is the sustainer . God sustains the entire universe. He also sustains  every  human body in the form of breath.

dhata: Deus é o sustentador. Deus sustenta todo o universo. Ele também sustenta todo o corpo humano na forma da respiração.

pitamaha : God exist before creation, God is the absolute. God is the cause of creation of father ( soul) and mother ( body nature). God is the cause of all causes.

Deus existe antes da criação, Deus é o absoluto. Deus é a causa da criação de pai (alma) e mãe (natureza corporal).Deus é a causa de todas as causas.

vedyam: God is the knowable. God is the object of realization. God is present in everything you see, hear, smell, touch, or taste. God is to be know as the essence in all names and forms, in all beings and things.

vedyam: Deus é o cognoscível. Deus é o objeto da realização. Deus está presente em tudo que você vir, ouvir,cheirar, tocar ou  saborear. Deus é para ser conhecido como  a essência de todos os nomes e formas, em todos os seres e coisas.

pavitram : God is the holy. God is free from impurity. One who perceives or realizes  God becomes pure and holy.

pavitram: Deus é o santo. Deus é livre de impurezas. Aquele que percebe ou se realiza em Deus torna-se puro e santo.

aumkaram : God is aum. God is present in gross, astral, and causal. God is present in creation, preservation and dissolution. God is in the past, present and future. God is the eternal divine sound aum.

aumkaram: Deus é aum. Deus está presente  no plano  bruto, astral e causal. Deus está presente na criação, preservação e dissolução. Deus está no passado, presente e futuro. Deus é o aum,  o som eterno divino.

rik : God is the Rig Veda. Rig means that any words coming out of the mouth are hymns to the Almighty. 

rik: Deus é o Rig Veda. Rig significa que todas as palavrassaindo da boca são hinos ao Todo-Poderoso.

sama : God is also the Sama Veda . God is divine sound perceived through deep meditation.

sama: Deus é também o  Sama Veda . Deus é percebido por meio do som divino na meditação profunda.

yajur: God is Yajur Veda . God is divine ilumination. Vedais from the root word vid, to know. God is the knower as well as the knowable. God is the Vedas as well the autor the Vedas. God is divine wisdom manifested in the three steps jnana, vijnana and prajnana.

Yajur: Deus é Yajur Veda. Deus é a iluminação divina. Veda vem da palavra  raiz vid, conhecer. Deus é o conhecedor, bem como o cognoscível. Deus é os Vedas, bem como o autor dos Vedas. Deus é asabedoria divina manifestada nas três etapas  jnana,  vijnana  e prajnana.

vedesu yajnesu tapahsu cai'va

dãnesu yat punyaphalam pradista

yogi param sthãnam upati cã 'dyam

The yogi who realizes this profound Truth undoubtedly beyond the fruits of meritorious deeds as described in the scriptures, which come from the study of the Vedas , asacrifices, austerities, and charities, and ultimately attains the supreme state without beginning ( 28)

O yogi que percebe essa verdade profunda, sem dúvida, além dos frutos de atos meritórios, como descrito nas escrituras, que advêm do estudo dos Vedas,  sacrifícios, austeridades e caridade, ele , finalmente, atinge o estado supremo sem  início (28)

 Yajna ( sacrifices), tapas ( penance) and dana ( charity)

Yajna (sacrifícios), tapas (penitência) e Dana (caridade)

Many people practice techniques to achieve desired goals of enjoyment. People study the scriptures such as the  to know the Truth, but they may not be able to realize the Truth just by studying the scriptures.

Muitas pessoas praticam técnicas para atingir  os objetivos do  gozo dos desejos. Pessoas estudam as escrituras,  para conhecer a Verdade, mas elas  não são capazes de perceber a verdade só por estudar as escrituras.

The word veda come from the verb vid, which means to know , but it really means to know the indwelling  Self.

A palavra veda  vêm do verbo vid ,  que significa saber, mas o que realmente significa é  conhecer o Ser interior.

yajna:  ordinarily  yajna is a ritualistic fire ceremony where people offer oblation  to the  fire and chant mantras. It gives some results or benefits  , but these are eonly temporary. 

yajna: ordinariamente yajna é uma cerimônia ritual do fogo onde as pessoas oferecem oblação ao fogo e cantam mantras. Ele dá alguns resultados ou benefícios, mas estes são somente temporários.

Real yajna is perceiving the soul in every breath and touching the soul fire with each breath.

Yajna real é perceber a alma em cada respiração e tocar o fogo alma com cada respiração.

tapas means austerities. people undertake many forms of penance, fasting, and so forth , and even follow many painful practices, but the soul is ever present in all living beings.

tapas significa austeridades. as pessoas comprometem-se com  muitas formas de penitência, jejum, e assim por diante, e até mesmo seguem  muitas práticas dolorosas, mas a alma está sempre presente em todos os seres vivos.

 The soul is the sole doer. The soul is breathing. The soul maintains the body heat ( tapas). 

A alma é o único agente. A alma é a respiração. A alma mantém o calor do corpo (tapas).

If you watch the breath and love the soul in every breath, this is the true  tapas, the true austerity.

Se você  observar  e amar a alma a cada respiração, este é o tapas verdade, a austeridade verdade.

Dana  means charity . people donate money , food, medicine, and cloting to the needy, poor and sick.  This is virtuous , but true dana is having discrimination to correctly perceive spiritual knowledge.

Dana significa caridade. as pessoas doam dinheiro, alimentos, remédios, e cloting aos doentes necessitados, pobres e. Este é virtuoso, mas é verdade dana é ter a discriminação de perceber corretamente o conhecimento espiritual.

One who is established in Truth can truly help people.

When a seeker knows the true purpose  of yajna, tapas and dana, one will always remain on the top , in the state of continuous God awareness.

Aquele que é estabelecido em verdade pode realmente ajudar as pessoas.

Quando um candidato conhece o verdadeiro propósito da yajna, tapas e dana,  ele  estará sempre no topo, no estado de consciência contínua de Deus

Such a yogi, who is self-controlled and well disciplined , whose mind is not seeking temporary achievement , is able to reach the supreme goal of Self-realization.

Esse yogi, que é auto-controlado e bem disciplinado, cuja mente não está buscando realização temporária, é capaz de atingir o objetivo supremo da auto-realização.

Kriya Yoga is a marvelous technique. When a person follows this meditation technique as though by an able , realized master , the seeker will reach true knowledge, consciousness, superconsciousness, and cosmic consciousness.

Kriya Yoga é uma técnica maravilhosa. Quando uma pessoa segue esta tecnica meditação  por um habil, mestre realizado, o buscador atingirá o verdadeiro conhecimento, a consciência, a superconsciência, e consciência cósmica.

Ignorance will disappear. The aspirant will constantly perceive divine sound, light and sensation.

Ignorância desaparece. O aspirante  estará constantemente percebendo som , luz e sensação divina .

Through the imperishable power of the supreme Lord is perceived in the whole body.

When nirvakalpa samadhi is reached , it is the ultimate attainment of a yogi - the state of supreme bliss.

Através do poder imperecível do Senhor Supremo Ele  é percebido em todo o corpo.

Quando nirvakalpa samadhi é alcançado, é a realização final de um yogi -o estado de felicidade suprema.

om tatsaditi srimadbhagavagitasupanisatsu brahmavidyaãyam yogasastre srikrishnarjunasamvãde askarabhrahmayogo nãmãs tamo 'dhyãyah

Om That is the Truth. Thus ends the eighth chapter , " The yoga of the Imperishable Brahman" , in the yogic scripture of Bhagavad Gita, the essence of Upanishads, the scripture on absolute knowledge, a dialogue between Lord krishna and Arjuna.

Om Que é a Verdade. Assim termina o oitavo capítulo, "O yogado Brahman imperecível", na escritura yogi  Bhagavad Gita, a essência dos Upanishads, a escritura do conhecimento absoluto,um diálogo entre o Senhor Krishna e Arjuna.
