prayãnake manasã 'calena

bhaktyã yukto yogabalena cai 'va

bhuvor madghye prãnam ãvesya samkyak

sa tam param purusam upati divyam

He who practices with a calm mind, devotion, and the power of yoga ( meditation) and directs his life force in the center of the eyebrows , at the time of departure will attain this supreme, divine, indwelling Self ( purusha). (10)

Aquele que pratica com a mente calma, a devoção, e o poder do yoga (meditação) e direciona sua força de vida no centro das sobrancelhas, no momento da partida vai atingir este supremo, divino, Self  interior(purusha). (10)

manter a profundidade do amor divino. : bakta yukta

Practice  Kriya Yoga with love and devotion

perception of constant unity : yoga yukta

perceber  contínuamente  a unidade : yoga yukta


Yoga is not an exercise, rather is the constinuous and constant perception of unity with the Supreme.
Yoga não é um exercício,  antes é a percepção contínua e constante da unidade com o Supremo.

direcionar a força da vida para o centro das sobrancelhas: bhruvor madhye pranam aveshya samkya

The midpoint between the two eyebrowns, three to four inches inside the brain, near the pituitary.
O ponto médio entre as duas sobrancelhas, três a quatro centímetros no interior do cérebro, perto da pituitária.

While escaping from the clutches of body consciousness, one merges with the supreme indwelling Self ( param-purusha) who is divya, with means vaccum and illuminating.
Enquanto foge-se das garras da consciência do corpo,  funde-se com o Eu interior supremo (param-purusha), que é divya,  significa  vácuo (elemento  eter, espaço) e iluminação.

This is the state of liberation , yogabala , the strenght of meditation
Este é o  estado de libertação, yogabala, a força da meditação

This is the state of formless perception and emancipation
Este é o estado de percepção sem forma e emancipação

When the extrovert prana is churned by the  kriya pranayama one gets superconsciousness and cosmic consciousness
Quando o prana extrovertido é agitado pela kriya  pranayama , atinge-se a   superconsciência e consciência cósmica.

This is no death; it is freedom  from death.
Isso não é morte, é a libertação  da morte.
