Chapter 15:12 Purushottama Yoga . The Yoga of the Supreme Self. O Yoga do Ser Supremo.

yad ãdityagatam tejo

jagad bhãsayate ´khilam

yac candramasi yac cã ´gnou

tat tejo viddi mãmakam

The brilliance that resides in the sun and illumines the entire universe, that which swhine s in the moon as well as in the fire, know that to be Mine.(15:12)

O brilho que reside no sol e ilumina o universo inteiro, que brilha na lua, bem como no fogo, saiba que é Meu. (15,12)

The sun shines in the sky.

O sol brilha no céu.

The light of the moon is nothing but the reflection of the sun's light.

A luz da lua nada mais é do que o reflexo da luz da lua.

Millions of stars cannot equal to the light of the moon. 

Milhões de estrelas não podem sem iguais à luz da lua.

A flame and the brilliance of fire also manifast the same principle of the sun.

A chama e o brilho do fogo também manifestam o mesmo princípio do sol.

God is the light of lights.

Deus é a luz das luzes

Open your eyes. See the whole world. Its nothing but the manifestation of the glory of God.

Abra seus olhos . Veja todo o mundo. Ele não é nada mais do que a glória de Deus.

One who perceives God, loves God's glory and depends on the Almighty Father is empowered by Him to perceive everything as God.

Aquele que percebe Deus, ama a glória de Deus e depende do Pai Onipotente é autorizado por Ele a perceber que tudo como Deus,

This is attainable through faith,deep meditation and devotion.

Isso é obtido através da fé, meditação profunda e devoção.

The Mundaka Upanishad (2:2:10) describes:

A Mundaka Upanishad (2;2:10) descreve:

tameva bhãntam anubhãti sarvam

" You are luminous  and illumine everything"

"Voce é luminoso e ilumina tudo"

Bound together, the Lord and the devote are in mutual relationship of seeing; a relationship that is known as darshan.

Unidos o Senhor e o devoto têm uma relação mutua  tendo a mesma visão.; uma relação que é conhecida como darshan .

Be still. Avoid temper, falsehood, and greed. Cultivate humility and love. At the end of practice offer a prayer , and pray for all.

Fique calmo, Evite o mal humor, a falsidade e ganância. Cultive a humildade e o amor.. No final da prática ofereça uma prece e ore por tudo.

Chapter 15:11 Purushottama Yoga . The Yoga of the Supreme Self. O Yoga do Ser Supremo.

yatanto yoginas cai ´nam

pasyanty ãtmany avasthitam

yatanto ´py akrtãtmãno

nai ´nam pasyanty acetasah

The yogis who strive ( meditate) will realize that He is established in the Self. But the ignorant, whose inner being is not disciplined, strives, but cannot perceive Him. ( 15:11)

Os yogis que se esforçam (meditam) vão perceber que Ele está estabelecido no Self. Mas o ignorante, cujo interior não é ser disciplinado, se esforça, mas não pode percebê-Lo. (15:11)

Those who try sincerely - by thoroughly controlling their inner life and avoiding evil and bad qualities- proceed upward.

Aqueles que tentam sinceramente - através de um profundo controle da sua vida interior , evitando o mal e más qualidades - procedem para o alto.

They follow the master sincerely and practicing Kriya Yoga , with implicit faith, love, and loyalty, they become free from all restlessness.

Eles seguem o mestre com sinceridade e praticam  Kriya Yoga, com implícita fé, amor e lealdade, tornam-se livre de toda inquietação

By controlling their breath, they get through control of their inner Self.

Ao controlar a respiração, que eles recebem o controle do seu Eu interior.

Once someone enjoys the state of bliss , he sincerely seeks to merge in divinity.

Uma vez que alguém goza o estado de bem-aventurança, ele sinceramente procura mergulhar na divindade.

But the sincere seeker is not attracted by these yogic npowers ( siddhis). He is free  and only wants truth.

Mas o aspirante  sincero não é atraído por esses poderes iogues (siddhis). Ele é livre e só quer a verdade.

When a sincere seeker practices ishwara pranidhana ( surrender to God) , then slowly the memories of mundane experiences get purified and the real memory of one´s true nature is reflected.

Quando um sincero aspirante prática  ishvara pranidhana (entrega a Deus), então lentamente as memórias de experiências mundanas são purificadas e a memória real e sua  verdadeira natureza é refletida.

The One, the Eternal Self, beyond the reach of the senses, can only be realized through deep meditation.

A Unidade, o  Eterno Self , fora do alcance dos sentidos, só pode ser realizado através da meditação profunda.

His life becomes the divine life. If he can proceed sincerely and steadily, he attain samadhi.

Sua vida se torna a vida divina. Se ele pode prosseguir com sinceridade, e de forma constante, ele alcança o  samadhi.

God is present in every individual, only through the path of self-discipline and meditation can inner Truth become manifest.

Deus está presente em cada indivíduo, apenas através do caminho da auto-disciplina e meditação a Verdade interior  pode se manifestar.

Chapter 15:10 Purushottama Yoga . The Yoga of the Supreme Self. O Yoga do Ser Supremo.

utkrãmantam sthitam vã ´pi

bhunjãnam vã gunãnvitam

vimhudhã nã ´nupasyanti

pasyanti jnãnacaksusah

When the soul departs,remains, or enjoys ( the sense objects) while accompanied by the qualities ( of nature), the deluded ( ignorant, fools) do not perceive Him. Those with the eye of knowledge are able to realize Him. ( 15:10)

Quando a alma parte,  ela continua a existir , ou goza (dos objetos dos sentidos), enquanto acompanhada pelas qualidades (da natureza), os iludidos (ignorantes), tolos não percebem a Ele . Aqueles com o olho do conhecimento são capazes de realizar Ele (15:10)

vimudhak people extremely dull, foolish, deluded, ignorant, materialistic, and spiritually blind.

Pessoas vimudhak extremamente maçantes, tolas, iludidas, ignorantes, materialistas, e espiritualmente cegas.

jnanachakshuhah, those with the eye of knowledge, who have the third eye open.

jnanachakshuhah, aqueles com o olho do conhecimento, que têm o terceiro olho aberto.

Man is engrossed in the five sense organs and the materialworld, constantly ignoring and forgetting God.

O homem está envolvido com os cinco órgãos dos sentidos e com o mundo  material constantemente, ignora e esquece de  Deus.

Man's body is the temple of god.

O corpo do homem é o templo de Deus.

Man is not a mere animal. Man is rational and potentially divine.

O homem não é um mero animal. O homem é racional e potencialmente divino.

Practicing Kriya yoga, the third eye will be open. With their spiritual eye they see, perceive. and realize the Self.

Praticando Kriya yoga, o terceiro olho será aberto. Com seu  olho espiritual que vêem, percebem. e realizam o Ser.

They are every conscious when the soul leaves the body.

Eles estão sempre conscientes quando a alma deixa o corpo.

This in their conscious samadhi , which is possible through the good company of the realized master, constant meditation, and a God-conscious life.

Este por seus  Samadhis conscientes, que são possíveis através da boa companhia do mestre realizado, meditação constante e uma vida consciente de Deus.

Sadhana is to be earnestly pursued only instruction from sadguru.

Sadhana deve ser seriamente perseguido única instrução de sadguru.

Sadhana is necessary to purifying the grand road from muladhara to sahasrara, whereing the darshan of Lord Jagannath becomes possible.

Sadhana é necessário purificar a grande estrada do muladhara para sahasrara, onde o darshan do Senhor Jagannath se torna possível.

With humble surrender to God in every thought and action , perfection dawns upon life.

Com humilde entrega a Deus em todos os pensamentos  e ações, amanhece perfeição na vida.

Never give up your state of calmness and concentration.Calmness is goodness.

Nunca desista do seu estado de calma e concentração. A calma é a bondade.

Be careful of too much distraction. You are in the state of balance, which is yoga.

Tenha cuidado com muita distração . Você está no estado de equilíbrio, que é yoga.

Chapter 15:09 Purushottama Yoga . The Yoga of the Supreme Self. O Yoga do Ser Supremo.

srotram caksuh sparsanam ca

rasanam ghrãnam eva ca

adhisthãya manas cã ýam

visayãn upasevate

Presiding over hearing, sight, touch, taste, and smell, as well as the mind, he ( the fragment of the Lord, the indwelling Self) enjoys the objects of senses( 15:09)

Presidindo a audição, visão, tato, paladar e olfato, assim como a mente, ele (o fragmento do Senhor, o ser interior) goza dos objetos dos sentidos. ( 15:19)

If God does not breathe  the body cannot do anything.

Se Deus não respirar o corpo não pode fazer nada.

Every human body is hamsa ham ( body) and sa ( soul) together.

Cada corpo humano é  hamsa  ham (corpo) e sa (alma) juntos.

The soul in the body makes every enjoyment possible, but the soul is compassionately detached.

A alma no corpo faz com que cada apreciação seja possível, mas a alma é compassivamente desapegada.

Although God is present in every individual, only through the path of self discipline and meditation can inner Truth become manifested.

Embora Deus esteja presente em cada indivíduo, apenas através do caminho de auto-disciplina e meditação a verdade interior torna-se manifesta.

In sanscrit the body is called deha which consists of two parts de and ha; the union of "the formless" with 'form".

Em sanscrito o corpo é chamado deha, que consiste em duas partes de e ha; a união de "do sem forma" com ha  a"forma".

The body of every human being is subject to change and delusion.

O corpo de cada ser humano está sujeito a alterações e ilusões.

It is said that the human body is prey to six kinds of modifications(shadvikara): birth (jayate), existence (sthiyate) , growth (vardhate) maturity (viparinamate), decay or disease (apakshiate)and death (vinashyate).

Diz-se que o corpo humano é vítima de seis tipos de modificações (shadvikara): nascimento (jayate), existência (sthiyate), o crescimento (vardhate) maturidade (viparinamate), decadência ou doença (apakshiate) e morte (vinashyate).

The soul is ever present as prana or life energy.

A alma está sempre presente como prana ou energia vital.

Deva or God is the source of life, knowledge, and illumination.

Deva ou Deus é a fonte da vida, conhecimento e iluminação.

Through strong determination the company the sages and saints. and sadhana , every moment can be made God conscious.

Através de forte determinação a empresa os sábios e santos. e sadhana, a cada momento pode ser feita consciente de Deus.

In every work, Lord Jagannath, the soler doer, can be realized.

Em cada atividade, Senhor Jagannath, o fazedor  exclusivo, pode ser realizado.

Chapter 15:08 Purushottama Yoga . The Yoga of the Supreme Self. O Yoga do Ser Supremo.

sariram yad avãpnoti

yac cã ´py utkrãmati ´svarah

grhitvai ´tãni samyãti

vãyur gandhãn ivã ´sayãt

When the Lord acquires a body and when He departs from it, He takes them along ( the senses and mind) like the blowing wind carries scents from their sources.(15:08)

Quando o Senhor conquista um corpo e quando Ele o afasta, Ele o leva  ao longo (dos sentidos e da mente) como o vento sopra e traz aromas de suas fontes.( 15:08)

The human body is beautiful because He, the formless power, entered into every human body and breathes from above from birth.

O corpo humano é belo porque Ele, o poder sem forma, entrou em cada corpo humano e respira a partir de cima, desde o nascimento.

The imperishable power of God exist in every human body.

O imperecível  poder de Deus existe em cada ser humano.

We must strive for God realization.

Devemos nos esforçar para a realização em Deus.

Human being are born only for God-realization.

Seres humanos nascem apenas para a realização em Deus.

We come alone and we must depart alone.

Nós viemos sozinhos e temos que partir sozinhos.

All the work we perform determines our destiny.

Todo o esforço que cumprimos determina o nosso destino.

A spiritual person with sattivic qualities does noble things.

Uma pessoa espiritual com qualidades sattivicas  faz coisas nobres.

The effects of spiritual actions are stored in the midbrain , constantly accumulating.

Os efeitos das ações espirituais são armazenados no mesencéfalo, sendo acumulandos constantemente.

These qualities go with the soul when it leaves the body.

Estas qualidades vão com a alma quando ela deixa o corpo.

Negative work will create a negative result in your destiny.

Atividades negativas vão criar um resultado negativo no seu destino.

Everyone creates his own destiny.

Cada um cria seu próprio destino.

By sincere effort, you can become realized and free from your destiny.

Através de um esforço sincero você pode vir a ser realizado e livre do seu destino.

A person who is constantly connected with God is fortunate.

A pessoa que está conectada constantemente com Deus é afortunada.

Human being can change their lives by perceiving and realizing His presence and experiencing that.

O ser humano pode mudar suas vidas por perceber e realizar a Sua presença e vivenciar isso.

Such a realization is the real result of the darshan ( vision) of Lord Jagannath.

Essa realização é o resultado real do darshan (visão) do senhor Jagannath.

Chapter 15:07 Purushottama Yoga . The Yoga of the Supreme Self. O Yoga do Ser Supremo.

mamai ´vã ´mso jivaloke

jivabhutah sanãtansh

manah sasthãni ´ndriyãni

prakrtisthãni karsati

The eternal soul in the body, in the worldly life, is a fragment of Myself. That alone draws to itself the five senses and the sixth sense, the mind, that exist in material nature (prakriti) (15:07)

A alma eterna no corpo, na vida mundana, é um fragmento de Mim mesmo. Isso  por si só atrai os cinco sentidos e o sexto sentido, a mente, que existe na natureza material (prakriti) ( 15:07)

God is infinite and formless.His invisible counterpart resides in every living body.

Deus é infinito e sem forma.Sua contraparte invisível reside em cada corpo vivo.

All human beings are God in human form.
Todos os seres humanos são Deus na forma humana

O Lord splendid is Your cosmic play.To realize You is beyond the comprehension of the human mind.You are the supreme being.
Oh Senhor  esplêndido é o seu jogo cósmico.Realizar Você está além da compreensão da mente .Você é o Ser Supremo.

Maya ( delusion) consist of the three qualities of nature (gunamayi)sattva, rajas and tamas.This entire creation is compose with these three qualities of nature.
Maya (ilusão) consistem nas três qualidades da natureza (gunamayi) sattva, rajas e tamas. Toda esta  criação é composta destas três qualidades da natureza.

This universe is davi (divine) because it is a creation of God.
Este universo é davi (divino), porque é uma criação de Deus.

It is extremely difficult for the seeker to overcome the play of maya.
É extremamente difícil para o  seguidor vencer o jogo de maya.

       Unswerving  attention on Him and taking refuge in Him will enable one to cross the ocean of maya (delusion)
Uma inabalável atenção Nele e se refugiar Nele permitirá a pessoa a cruzar o oceano de Maya (ilusão)

Breath is life. That breath in yogic language is called hamsa, the feet of Lord
A respiração é vida. Essa respiração em linguagem yogi é chamada hamsa, os pés de Deus..

Chapter 15:06 Purushottama Yoga . The Yoga of the Supreme Self. O Yoga do Ser Supremo.

na tad bhãsayate suryo

na sasñko na pãvakah

yad gatvã na nivartante

tad dhãma paraman mama

Neither the sun, nor the moon, nor even fire can illumine that Supreme Self-effulgent state, attaining to which you never return to this world. That is My supreme abode. ( 15:06)

Nem o sol, nem a lua, nem mesmo fogo, que pode iluminar o estado de  Supremo Ser-refulgente, este sendo atingido você nunca mais volta a este mundo. Esta é a Minha suprema morada. (15:06)

The supreme One , You illumine everuthing. I bow to Thee
Oh Ser supremo , Você ilumina tudo. Eu reverencio a Ti

The gayatri mantra describes seven lokas and seven suns, but the Almigthy Father gives light to everything.
O mantra Gayatri descreve sete lokas e sete sóis, mas o Pai Todo poderoso ,  dá luz a tudo.

Agni e Svaha

The seven fires inside the body are follows;
Money center: dakshina agni ( fire remaining in the south)
Os sete fogos dentro do corpo são segue;

Centro Dinheiro: agni dakshina (fogo remanecente no sul)

Family center ; grihapati agni ( fire used in household activities)
Centro da Família; agni grihapati (fogo utilizado em atividades domésticas)

Food center; vaishvanara agni ( fire of digestion)
Centro dos Alimentos; Vaishvanara agni (fogo da digestão)

Heart center:ahavaniya agni ( fire of welcoming good and evil)
Centro do coração: ahavaniya agni (fogo do bem-vindo bem ou o mal)

Neck center; samidbhavama agni ( fire of religious ceremony)
Centro pescoço; samidbhavama agni (fogo da cerimônia religiosa)

Pituitary: brahma agni ( fire of the soul)
Pituitária: brahma agni (fogo da alma)

Fontanel; vishwarupa maha agni ( fire of the cosmic form)
Fontanel; vishwarupa maha agni (fogo da forma cósmica)

Uner the direction of supreme almighty ( bhargah, as written in the gayatri), all the fires, the seven suns, radiate light in the body universe.
Sob a direção do Supremo Todo-Poderoso (bhargah, como está escrito no gayatri), todos os fogos, os sete sóis, irradiar luz no universo corpo.

Brahama Gayatri mantra ( Rig Veda 3:62:10 )

Om bhūr bhuva svar
tat savitur varenyam
bhargo devasya dhīmahi
dhiyo yo nah prachodayāt


We meditate on the Self-effulgent Being of the seven planes ( like bhurloka, bhuvaloka, svarloka etc. ) who provides light to the sun; may He enlighten our intellect to reach the divine goal.
Meditamos sobre o Ser Auto-refulgente dos sete planos (como Bhuloka, Bhuvarloka, swarloka etc.) que fornece luz para o sol; Ele pode iluminar o nosso intelecto para atingir a meta divina.

God is the real sun.He illuminates everything.
Deus é o verdadeiro sol .Ele ilumina tudo.

By meditating deeply with love and devotion, we can merge in the - bhargo- The Almighty Father, the true sun of the universe.
Ao meditar profundamente com amor e devoção, podemos  nos mesclar em- bhargo- O Pai Todo-Poderoso, o verdadeiro sol do universo.
