bhaktyã tv ananyayã sakya

aham evamvidho 'rjuna

jnãtum drastum ca tattvena

praves tum ca parantapa

Trough single-minded devotion alone, I can be known and seen truly in this form , and can even be entered into, O Arjuna, O parantapa. (11:54)

Apenas através da devoção sincera , Eu posso ser conhecido e visto verdadeiramente nesta forma, e posso até mesmo ser celebrado, ó Arjuna, ó Parantapa. (11:54)

Meaning of Parantapa:subdues the enemies ( the internal enemies are the sense organs, anger, ego, pride, vanity and others)

Significado da Parantapa: subjuga os inimigos (os inimigos internos são os órgãos dos sentidos, a raiva, ego, orgulho, vaidade e outros)

Those who practice Kriya regulary are no longer troubled by these enemies. They becomes Parantapa

Aqueles que praticam Kriya regularmente já não são perturbados por esses inimigos. Eles se torna Parantapa

Those who are pure , they can practice meditation and know the triple qualities.

Aqueles que são puros, eles podem praticar a meditação e conhecer as qualidades triplas .

Bakti is an essential part of spiritual practice. Bakti is implicit faith, love, and loyalty to God. Bakti or devotion must be God-oriented

Pure devotion is the primary quality necessary for God-realization.

When deeply devoted and practicing Kriya, you can develop extreme calm and godliness.

Quando profundamente devotado ao praticar Kriya, você pode desenvolver extrema calma e piedade.

The science of spirituality is taught directly by the realized master to his disciples. He will lead the student to progress in the path of divinity.

Real bakti or devotion dawns in the samadhi stage, the state of liberation.

Neither through the study of the Vedas, nor by penance , nor through charity, and not even  through ritualistic sacrifices can I be seen in form that you have seen Me.( C:11:v 53 )

Nem através do estudo dos Vedas, nem por penitência , nem pela caridade, e nem mesmo através de sacrifícios rituais Eu posso ser visto na forma que você Me viu.. (C:11:v 53 )

For divine experience and God-realization, you must practice with sincerity. In every step of life, in every breath, and in every endeavor, you must maintain inner quality.

Por experiência divina e realização em Deus, você deve praticar com sinceridade. Em cada etapa da vida, em cada respiração, e em cada empreendimento, é preciso manter a qualidade interna.

Quality is not attained by listening

to intellectual interpretations of the holy scriptures, or by memorizing the verses of sacred texts  .

A qualidade não é atingida pela escuta

das interpretações intelectuais das Sagradas Escrituras, ou por meio da memorização dos versos de textos sagrados.

You may gain some spiritual strength by developing the fire of discrimination, coming up from the lower centers to pituitary and above, not by burning external fires.

Você pode ganhar um pouco de força espiritual, desenvolvendo o fogo da discriminação, aproximando-se dos centros inferiores até a pituitária e,  não necessáriamente pela queima de fogos externos.

Negative qualities will disappear. The flame of divine illumination will be perceived.

Qualidades negativas desaparecerão. A chama da iluminação divina será percebida.

Following the instruction of the realized master, is able to have divine experiences like Arjuna.

Seguindo as instruções do mestre realizado, é capaz de ter experiências divinas como Arjuna.

In this state of divine manifestation, there is freedom from fear, doubt, and confusion.

Neste estado de manifestação divina, não  há medo, dúvida ou confusão.

The Lord said:

This form of mine that you have just seen is extremely difficult to perceive, Even   the gods are constantly eager to behold that form.(c11:v52)

O Senhor disse:

Esta Minha forma que você acabou de ver, é extremamente difícil de perceber, Até os seres divinos estão constantemente ansiosos para ver essa forma. (c11:v52)

We cannot see the Lord's beautiful form with the gross eyes; you must introvert the mind extremely to see Him.

Nós não podemos ver bela forma do Senhor com os olhos brutos, você deve introverter a mente extremamente para Vê-lo.

When all the sense organs are focused inward and the mind becomes quiet using meditation and breath control, you achieve the extremely beautiful vision. This form is sudurdarsham rupam.

Quando todos os órgãos dos sentidos estão focados para dentro e para a mente se torna meditação usando calma e controle da respiração, você alcança a belíssima visão. Este Forma é  a sudurdarsham rupam.

Everyone must try sincerely to be successful  in life and become Self-realized.

Todos devem tentar sinceramente ser bem sucedido na vida e se tornar auto-realizado.


Deva means people with divine qualities, good, and character,

Deva significa  pessoas com qualidades divinas,  e de bom caráter,


Accepting a realized master as guide, practice meditation sincerely.
Aceite um mestre realizado como guia, a prátique  meditação com sinceridade.

Arjuna said:

Seeing Your pleasant, human form, O Janardana( Krishna) , I have gained composure and my mind is restores to my normal nature. ( C 11:v51)

Arjuna disse:

Vendo sua, forma humana agradável, ó Janardana (Krishna), eu ganhei compostura e minha mente está  restaurada para minha natureza normal.( C 11:v51)

O Jardana! You are the creator of everything, the entire universe.

O Jardana! Você é o criador de tudo, do universo inteiro.

By Your grace, I was able to have spiritual experiences.

Por Tua graça, eu  fui capaz de ter experiências espirituais.

Everyone likes to see beauty, but I became frightened when when I had the vision of Your divine manifestation in the form of of the destroyer .

Todo mundo gosta de ver a beleza, mas fiquei assustado quando, quando eu tive a visão de sua manifestação divina na forma de  destruidor.

Now I am seeing Your natural form.

Agora eu estou vendo sua forma natural.

I am free. I come to know that. I come to know that You are omnipresent, omnipotent, and omniscient.

Having spokeb, thus to Arjuna  , Vasudeva ( Krishna) revealed to him His own form again.Having resumed His  gentle, wonderful appearance, the  great soul consoled the frightened Arjuna. ( 11: 50)

Sanjaya falou: 

Tendo falado, assim, para Arjuna, Vasudeva (Krishna) revelou-lhe a sua própria forma novamente. Tendo retomada sua suave, aparência maravilhosa, a grande alma consolou 

 o assustado  Arjuna,(11:50)

Vasudeva  have the quality of radiating light, but which are converted

vasudeva is the brilliant divine illumination that remains covered or hidden

Vasudeva tem a qualidade de radiação de luz, mas que são convertidos

Vasudeva é a brilhante iluminação divina que permanece coberta ou escondido

The disciple becomes intersted in perveivig divinity and in having spiritual experience.

When the Master through    his grace, helps him to have such visions , the disciple became frightened

Quando o Mestre através de sua graça, ajuda-o a ter essas visões, o discípulo fica assustado

Slowly proceeding forward by practicing meditation you become fearless and achieve inner strength for higher spiritual attainment.

Lentamente prosseguir adiante praticando a meditação você se torna destemido e alcançar a força interior para a realização espiritual mais elevada.

Ao ver essa  Minha forma terrível , não tenha medo tão pouco confusão. Seja novamente livre do medo e seja alegre no coração. Eis Minha forma anterior.c11:v49


After having divine experiences in the kutastha or after perceiving the brilliant illumination, the mind may not remain in equipoise.
Depois de ter experiências divinas em Kutastha ou depois de perceber a iluminação brilhante, a mente não pode permanecer em equilíbrio.

You must overcome fear and confusion; they are obstacles in the path of higher spiritual attainment.
Você tem que superar o medo e confusão, pois eles são obstáculos no caminho da realização espiritual mais elevada.

You should be free from doubt, confusion and fear in order to reach a state of peace and love in your heart.
Você deve estar isento de dúvidas, confusão e medo, a fim de atingir um estado de paz e amor em seu coração.

God Has no form. Every form is the form of God.
Deus não tem forma. Toda forma é a forma de Deus.

Oh Best of Kurus ( Arjuna)! Neither by de Vedas nor by sacrifice, nor by the study of scriptures, nor by charity , nor by rituals, nor by austere penance , can I be seen in such a form  this mortal world by any person other than you ( C11: v48)

Oh Maior dos Kurus (Arjuna)! Nem pelos Vedas, nem por meio de sacrifícios, nem pelo estudo das escrituras, nem pela caridade, nem por rituais, nem pela penitência austera, posso ser visto de tal forma neste mundo mortal por qualquer pessoa que não seja você. ( C11:v48)

kurupravira: one meaning of kuru is action or kriya, and pravira means perfect, efficient, the best.

kurupravira: um significado de kuru é a ação ou kriya, e pravira significa perfeito, eficiente, o melhor.

When you merge in the atom point, you become free from mind, thought, intellect, ego, body sense, and world sense.

Quando você imergir no ponto átomo, você se tornará livre da mente, pensamento, intelecto, ego, sensação do corpo, e sentido do mundo.

This is the state of spiritual attainment.

Este é o estado de realização espiritual.

Whit meditation and constant absorption in the state of paravastha will you be blessed with the divine state and the vision of God's supreme manifestation.

 Com a meditação e a absorção constante no estado de paravastha você vai ser abençoado com o estado divino e com a visão da suprema manifestação de Deus.

Oh seeker! your goal is to attain that highest state of bliss. Keep your mind on that. Keep yourself free from all ordinary temptation and pleasure; otherwise you will experience a downfall. Be content. Be cheerful . Follow the master and his instruction. Sucess and failure are nothing if you walk steadily on the path. You will reach the goal, there is no doubt about it. ( page 235)

Oh buscador! o seu objetivo é  atingir esse mais elevado estado de bem-aventurança. Mantenha sua mente nisso. Mantenha-se livre de toda tentação comum e prazeres, caso contrário, você vai experimentar uma queda. Seja contente. Seja alegre. Siga o mestre e sua instrução. Sucesso e fracasso não são nada se você andar constantemente no caminho. Você vai alcançar a meta, não há nenhuma dúvida sobre isso. ( página 235)

The Lord said:

Arjuna! Pleased with you, I have shown you My supreme form through My own power of yoga. My splendid, universal, infinite and primal form has never been seen before by anyone other than you. (11:47)

O Senhor disse:

Arjuna! Satisfeito com você, eu lhe mostrei minha forma suprema através de meu próprio poder de yoga. Minha esplêndida forma, universal, infinito e primal nunca foi visto antes por ninguém além de você.(11:47)

To see the Lord in His divine form is possible through Atma Yoga , the constant union ( yoga)  of the body and soul  (atma) , wich ordinary people are not able to realize . Atma  Yoga  is the foundation of Kriya practice.

Ver o Senhor, na Sua forma divina é possível através de Atma Yoga, a constante união (yoga) do corpo e da alma (atma), os quais as pessoas normalmente  são capazes de perceber. Atma Yoga é o fundamento da prática de Kriya.

Regular practice frees us from ego and vanity, enables you to rise above the human state and be merged in the divine state.

A prática regular nos liberta do ego e vaidade, permite elevar-se acima do estado humano e ser fundidos no estado divino.

When you practice Kriya with sincerity, fixing your atention in the pituitary and fontanel, you are able to achiev such vision. In this state , there is no trace of I and mine ego-consciousness.

Quando você pratica Kriya com sinceridade, fixando sua atencao na pituitária e fontanela , você atinge esta visão . Neste estado, não há qualquer vestígio de  "eu" e minha "ego-consciência."

I want to see You wearing  a crown, armed with the mace and discus in Your two hands as before. Become that four-armed one, O Lord with a thousand arms ! O Universal form! 11:46
Eu quero ver Você usando uma coroa, armado com a maça eo disco em suas duas mãos, como antes. Torne-se aquele  armado com quatro armas, ó Senhor, com mil braços! O Forma Universal! 11:46

This is the divine perception in the kutastha, during deep meditation . Narayana is the Lord Who is the cause of all life. In its mythological aspect. Narayana has four hands holding a conch, a discus, a mace, and a lotus.

Esta é a percepção divina no Kutastha, durante a meditação profunda. Narayana é o Senhor, que é a causa de toda a vida. Em seu aspecto mitológico. Narayana tem quatro mãos segurando uma concha, um disco, uma maça, e uma flor de lótus.

The name of the conch in Narayana's hand is Panchajanya . The conch  is the symbol of the divine sound. The aggregate sounds, coming up from the five centers(from the botom to the throat) pancha chacras, are called panchajanya. At that time you are extremely calm and quiet.

O nome da concha na mão de Narayana é Panchajanya. A concha é o símbolo do som divino. Os sons agregados, vindos das cinco centros (botom até a garganta) pancha chacras, são chamados Panchajanya. Naquela época, você é extremamente calmo e tranquilo.

Shankha means that by coming up to the vacuum ( throat center ) through self-control.

Shankha significa que, chegando à vácuo (centro da garganta) através do auto-controle.

In Pituitary , is the circular golden-colored ring, the divine ilumination. The kala chacra. 

Na pituitária, está o anel circular de cor dourada, a Iluminação divina. O kala chacra.

The lotus , on the top is the indicator of pace. Through meditation, you exoerience eternal peace, bliss, and joy

O lótus, no topo é o indicador de ritmo. Através da meditação, você exoerience paz eterna, felicidade e alegria.

The crown represents multicolored divine illumination, which is perceived in regular meditation, concentrating on the crown of the head.

A coroa representa a iluminação divina multicolorida, que é percebida na meditação regular, concentrando-se no topo da cabeça.

Having four arms symbolizes thorough control, total freedom from all fear and tremors.

Os quatro braços simbolizam o controle completo, total liberdade de todo o medo e tremores.

Having seen that which has never been seen before, I fell transported with joy. At the same time , my mind trembles with fear. Please reveal to me O God, that divine form in which You originally appeared. Have mercy, O Lord of gods the abode of the universe (11:45)

Depois de ter visto o que nunca havia sido visto antes, eu caí transportado pela alegria. Ao mesmo tempo, minha mente treme de medo. Por favor, revela-me ó Deus, a forma divina em que você apareceu originalmente. Tem misericórdia, Senhor,  morada dos deuses do universo, ( 11:45)

Devas means divine qualities, The Lord of the devas  ( gods) is the ocean of divine qualities

Devas significa qualidades divinas, o Senhor dos devas (deuses) é o oceano de qualidades divinas

Through the grace of God and gurus, you can perceive that which has not been seen before.

Através da graça de Deus e gurus, você pode perceber o que nunca foi visto antes.

God perception is the cause of inner satisfaction.

A Percepção de Deus é a causa da satisfação interior.

O Lord you are sat existence, cit the continuous meditator, consciousness, and ananda bliss.

O Senhor você é sat existência, cit a meditação contínua, consciência e Ananda felicidade

tasmãt pranamya pranidhãya kayãm

prasadayetvãm aham isam idyam

pite'vaputrasya sakhe 'va sakhyyuh

priyah priyãyã 'rhasi deva sodhum

Therefore, prostrating my body at  Your feet and bowing low, I ask Your forgiveness, O Lord , as a father to a son, a friend to a friend, a lover to a beloved. Please, O God be merciful. (11:44)

Portanto, prostrando meu corpo aos Teus pés e curvando-me em reverência, peço seu perdão, Senhor, como um pai para um filho, um amigo para um amigo, um amante para a amada. Por favor, ó Deus, tenha misericórdia. (11:44)

Devotion starts with self-surrender.

Devoção começa com a  rendição do ser

Devotion comes out of knowledge.

Devoção vem do conhecimento.

Arjuna realizing the greatness of God, surrenders himself at the feet of the Lord.

Arjuna percebe a grandeza de Deus, e rende-se aos pés do Senhor.

Pranidhaya means not only to bow, but also to bend the spine in the egoless state

Pranidhaya significa não só a arco, mas também  dobrar a espinha no estado sem ego.

pitã 'si lokasya carãcarasya

tvam asya pujyas ca gurur gariyãn

na tvatsamo 'sty abdyadhikah kuto 'nyo

lokatraye 'py apratimaprabhava

You are the father of the world, of all things, moving and immovable. You are worthy of adoration by the world. You are the most venerable guru. Nothing like you exist in these three worlds. How can there be anything else or another greater than You. O You of incomparable glory? ( 11:43)

Você é o pai do mundo, de todas as coisas, móveis e imóveis. Você é digno de adoração pelo mundo. Você é o guru mais venerável . Nada como você existe nestes três mundos. Como pode haver mais alguma coisa ou  outra maior do que você. Ó Você é a  glória incomparável? (11:43)

Now Arjuna realizes his folly. With the eye of meditation, yoga  chakshu he perceives that that he is not his body and that God is unlimited.

Agora Arjuna percebe sua loucura. Com o olho de meditação, yoga chakshu percebe que  ele não é o seu corpo e que Deus é ilimitado.

God alone is guru. God manifests  His divine power through realized masters, but in essence no human being is a guru.

Só Deus é guru. Deus manifesta o Seu poder divino através de mestres realizados, mas, na essência, nenhum ser humano é um guru.

God is one absolute and non-dual in these three worlds, heaven, earth and hell..

Deus é um absoluto e não-dual nestes três mundos, céu, a terra e o inferno ..

 The soul is the supreme presence of God in every human being,

A alma é a presença suprema de Deus em cada ser humano,

Lord i bow to you again and again

Senhor Eu me curvo a você de novo e de novo.

yac cã 'vahãsãrtham asatkrto 'si

vihãrasayyãsanabhojanesu

eko 'thavã 'py acyuta tatsamaksam 

tat ksãmaye tvãm aham aprameyam

And with humorous purpose, You were treated with disrespect, 

while playing, resting, seated, or dining , when alone or in the presence of another, O Avhyuta! ( unshaken one) for that I ask Your forgiveness, O immeasurable One!( 42)

E com o propósito de fazer humor,  Você foi tratado com desrespeito,

enquanto atuando, em  repouso, sentado, no jantar , estando sozinho ou na presença dos outros, ó Avhyuta! ( O Inabalável )  por isso  eu peço o Seu perdão, ó Incomensurável! (42)

Through  meditation and the spiritual life, your outlook, understanding, and perception will change.

Através da meditação e da vida espiritual, a sua visão,  compreensão e percepção e vai mudar.

So Arjuna realizes his past mistakes. He sees that God is all-pervating, beyond deviation, inseparable.

Então Arjuna percebe seus erros passados. Ele vê que Deus é todo-aquele que permeia , além de desvio, inseparáveis

He sees that God is  the eternal companion, helping in every situation that He is the Lord of whole universe.

Ele vê que Deus é o eterno companheiro, ajudando em todas as situações que Ele é o Senhor do universo inteiro.

There is only Achyuta  , God is everywhere.

Há apenas Achyuta, Deus está em toda parte.

"O Lord you are formless and changeless. You have no deviation Whatever name I call You, You are the supreme. Please forgive me all my ignorant behavior. O God You are beyond everything. You are immensurable. You are great

"O Senhor Voce é sem forma e imutável. Você não tem desvio, não importa o nome que eu chamo você, você é o supremo.  Por favor, perdoe-me todos os meus comportamentos  ignorantes. Ó Deus Você está além de tudo. Você é  imensurável. Você é grande"
