C 12 : V 12 Bhakti Yoga , The Yoga of Divine Love, Yoga do Amor Divino

sreyo hi jnanam abhyãsãj

janãnãd dyãnam visisyate

dhyãnãt 'karmaphalatyãgas

tyãgãc chantir anantaram

Knowledge is better than practice. Meditation on God is superior to knowledge. Renuciation of the fruits of one's actions is even superior to ( also to result of) meditation, for peace immediately results from renunciation. ( 12:12)

O conhecimento é melhor do que a prática. A meditação em Deus é superior ao conhecimento. A renúncia dos frutos de suas ações é ainda superior ele  (também resulta em) meditação, a paz imediatamente resulta da renúncia. (12:12)

Abhyasa, repeated practice is the first step. This is karma ( action) in God consciousness. The repetition of action , gives rise to jnana ( knowledge).

Abhyasa , a prática repetida é o primeiro passo . Este é o karma (ação) na consciência de Deus. A repetição de ação, dá origem a jnana (conhecimento).

Jnana, knowledge, is the second step, and therefore a higher level. To live in the presence of God is jnana. This knowledge must be assimilated and directly perceived.

Jnâna , conhecimento , é a segunda etapa , e , por conseguinte, um nível mais elevado . Para viver na presença de Deus é jnana . Este conhecimento deve ser assimilado e diretamente percebido.

Dhyana, meditation, is the result of jnana of knowledge . What you read in scriptures or hear from the mouth of the realized master must be directly perceived. It is possible through meditation, the complete dissolution of the mind .

Dhyana , meditação, é o resultado de jnana , do conhecimento. O que você lê nas Escrituras ou ouve da boca do mestre realizado deve ser percebido diretamente . Isso é possível através da meditação , a dissolução completa da mente.

Tyaga , renunciation, is the fourth step. It refers to renunciation of all action. Inner detachment is possible only when you are meditating sincerely and surrendering completely to the will of God.

Tyaga , renunciation , é a quarta etapa . Refere-se a renúncia de todas ações . Desapego interior só é possível quando você está meditando sinceramente e  se entrega completamente à vontade de Deus.

Shanti, peace, is the highest step of  spiritual attainment. Peace, bliss, and joy are nature of God Himself. When you are merged in God consciousness, you perceive inner peace, the greatest spiritual wealth. Shantiand samadhi, the supreme divine commuion, are one.

Shanti , paz, é o mais alto estágio da realização espiritual . Paz , felicidade e alegria são a natureza do próprio Deus. Quando você está imerso na consciência de Deus , você percebe a paz interior , a maior riqueza espiritual. Shanti e Samadhi , o commuion divino supremo, somos um.

athai 'tad apy asakto 'si

kartum madyogam asritah

sarvakarmaphalatyãgam

'atah kuru yatãtmavãn

Or, if you are unable to do even this, take recourse to the yoga of realization ( disciplined action) ; renounce the fruits of the actions out of self-restraint. ( 12:11)

Ou, se você é incapaz de fazer mesmo isso, recorra ao Yoga da realização (ação disciplinada); renuncie aos frutos das ações fora da  auto-contenção. (12:11)

Abhyasa is repeated practice of meditation and a spiritual lifestyle.

Abhyasa é repetida prática da meditação e um estilo de vida espiritual.

Vairagya  is detachment

Vairagya é o desapego 

The body and the soul can only work in the world when they are united.

O corpo e a alma só podem trabalhar no mundo quando eles estão unidos. 

You become detached from the fruits of actions, through meditation, living a spiritual life, perceiving the presence of the soul, and by realizing kri and ya during every action

Você se desapega dos frutos das ações, através da meditação, vivendo uma vida espiritual, percebendo a presença da alma, e por perceber kri e ya durante todas as ações.

abhyãse 'py asamartho 'si

matakarmaparamo bhava

madhartham api karmãni

kurvan siddhim avãpsyasi

If you are unable to maintain surch a practice, be intent on My work, you will attain perfection even by performing actions for Me  ( c 12: v:10 )

Se você é incapaz de manter tal prática, concentre-se em ser o  Meu trabalho, você vai alcançar a perfeição, mesmo através da realização de ações para Mim (c 12: v: 10)

Some people may find it difficult to reach the state of perfection thorough practice.

Algumas pessoas podem achar que é difícil atingir o estado  da perfeição através da prática minuciosa . 

Breath is the easiest work we do; it is the work of God.

A respiração é o trabalho agradável que fazemos; é o trabalho de Deus.

Love God during every breath.

Ame a Deus durante cada respiração. 

Try to make a habit of not missing one breath without loving indwelling Self and inwardly offering gratitude.

Tente adquirir o hábito de não perder uma só respiração,  amando o Self que habita em nós e oferecendo interiormente gratidão. 

Do every action for the satisfaction of the Lord.

Fazer cada ação para a satisfação do Senhor. 

Work is worship.Work with love, not with tension or stress.

O trabalho é adoração . Trabalhe  com amor, não com  tensão ou estresse. 

This is kri and ya, perceiving God in every action.

Isto é kri e ya, perceber Deus em cada ação.

atha cittam samãdhãtum

na saknosimyisthitam

abhyãsayogena tato

mãm icchã ptum dhanjaya

Or, if you are not  to keep your mind steadily on Me, then seek to attain. Me trough the yoga of repeated practice ( Abhyasa Yoga) , O Arjuna. ( c:12v9 )

Ou, se você não mantém sua mente constantemente em Mim, durante esse tempo então , procure alcançar a  Mim através do yoga,  da prática repetida (Abhyasa Yoga), ó Arjuna. (C: 12v9)

To enter into unmanifested Brahman, avyakta, you need to practice Kriya pranakarma, which is avyakta sadhana.
Para entrar em Brahman não manifesto, avyakta, você precisa praticar Kriya pranakarma, que é avyakta sadhana.

While practicing Kriya, keep the attention on the top.
Ao praticar Kriya, manter a atenção no topo.

Abhyasa means repeated practice. In spirituality  practice is essential.
Abhyasa significa a prática repetida. Na prática espiritual isso é essencial.

Regular practice of Kriya and meditation as taught and directed by the master will enable the restless mind to be absorbed in God consciousness.
A prática regular de Kriya e meditação, como ensinada e dirigida pelo Mestre possibilitará a mente inquieta  ser absorvida na consciência de Deus.

Search and seek the presence of God in every thought, word, and action.
Pesquisar e buscar a presença de Deus em cada pensamento, palavra e ação.

Let every breath be offered to the soul fire in the cave of cranium. This is the easiest practice, abhyasa. 
Que cada respiração seja oferecida ao fogo alma na caverna de crânio. Este é a mais acessível prática, abhyasa.

C 12 : V 08 Bhakti Yoga , The Yoga of Divine Love, Yoga do Amor Divino

mayy eva mana ãdhatsava

mayi buddhim nivesaya

nivasiyasi mayy eva

ata urdhvam na samsayah

Therefore, fix your mind on Me , establish your intelect on Me alone. Thus, you shall dwell in Me thereafter.There is no doubt about it. ( C 12: 08)

Portanto, fixe sua mente em Mim, estabeleça o seu intelecto em Mim apenas . Assim, você viverá em Mim consequentemente. Não há nenhuma dúvida sobre isso. (C12:08)

A mind desire is gross and God is extremely subtle. To be united with God , the mind must become very refined and subtle.

O desejo da mente é grotesco e Deus é extremamente sutil. Para estar unida a Deus, a mente deve tornar-se muito refinada e sutil. 

The breath and the mind are causally connected. When the mind is restless, the breath is restless.

A respiração e a mente estão causalmente conectadas. Quando a mente está inquieta, a respiração é inquieta. 

When the minds absorbed in divinity, it is extremely pure , filled with only divine spiritual thoughts.

Quando a mente está absorvida na divindade, é extremamente pura,  só cheia de pensamentos espirituais  divinos.

The mind is the doubting faculty and intellect is the deciding faculty.

A mente é a faculdade de duvidar e intelecto é a faculdade de decidir. 

During meditation , there is no play of the mind or intellect.

Durante a meditação, não há jogo da mente ou intelecto. 

Meditation is the state of complete freedom from mind, thought, intelect and ego.

A meditação é o estado de total libertação do, pensamento, intelecto e ego.

tesam aham samuddhartã

mrtyusamsãrasãgarãt

bhavãmi macirãt pãrtha

mayy ãvesitacetasãm

I will deliver from the ocean of death and the world those world those whose mind are fixed on Me, O Partha ( Arjuna) ( c12:v7)

Vou entregar a partir do oceano da morte e do mundo aqueles cuja mente está fixa em Mim, ó Partha (Arjuna) (C12: v7)

To see the world as the world is death;to see the world as the manifestation of God is immortality.

Ver o mundo como o mundo é  a morte,  ver o mundo como a manifestação de Deus é a imortalidade. 

We face death because we think we are the body and cannot perceive that we are the indwelling Self.

Nós enfrentamos a morte, porque pensamos que somos o corpo e não podemos perceber que somos o Ser Interior

God in the form of the guru is the sailor, the Guide who helps the lifeboat of each person across the world ocean.

Deus na forma do guru é o marinheiro, o Guia, que ajuda o barco salva-vidas de cada pessoa em todo o  oceano do mundo. 

Breath  control is the fundation of spiritual life.

O controle da respiração é a Fundação da vida espiritual.

When you approach the realized master with a strong desire, and you practice the techniques according to the master's direction, realization is possible.

Quando você se aproxima do Mestre realizado com um forte desejo, e você praticar as técnicas de acordo com a direção do Mestre, a realização é possível.
