nabhahsprsam diptam anekavarnam

vyãttãnam diptavisãlanetram

dhrtim na vindãmi samam ca visno

Having seen You touching the sky, effulgent, multicolored, Your mouth wide open and Your large eyes glowing, M innermost soul trembles in fear. I find neither self-control nor peace, O Vishnu!(11:24)

Depois de ter visto você tocar o céu, refulgente, multicolorido, com sua boca aberta e os seus olhos grandes brilhando, minha alma treme mais intimamente com medo. Eu não encontro nem auto-controle, nem paz, ó Vishnu!(11:24)

Visnu is another name of God. One who penetrates everywhere is Vishnu.

Vishnu é outro nome de Deus. Aquele que penetra em todos os lugares é Vishnu.

 Lord Vishnu is present everywhere in creation.

Senhor Vishnu está presente em toda parte na criação.

When Arjuna  penetrates in chidakasha he is able to perceive the infinite form of the Lord

Quando Arjuna penetra em chidakasha ele é capaz de perceber a forma infinita do Senhor

Looking at such a great form of the Lord - creator ( Brahma), the maintainer ( Vishnu), and the destroyer ( Shiva) -going to the state of timeless, Arjuna becomes fearful and trembles from his innermost being.

Olhando para  tal forma grande do Senhor - criador (Brahma, )o mantenedor (Vishnu), e o destroyer (Shiva), indo para o estado de atemporal, Arjuna fica com medo e treme todo o seu ser mais profundo.

Arjuna is not able to experience inner calm and peace because he cannot comprehend all these visions.

Arjuna não é capaz de experimentar a calma e paz interior, porque ele não pode compreender todas essas visões.

rupam mahat te bahuvaktranetram

mahãbãho bahubãhurupãdam

bahudaram bahudamstrãkarãlam

drstvã lokãh pravyahitãs tathã 'ham

Having seen Your great form, with many mouths and eyes, O mighty-armed Mahabahu ( Lord) , Your many ,arms thighs , and feet, Your many Bellies and dreadful teeth, the worlds tremble and so do I.(23)

Depois de ter visto sua grande forma, com muitas bocas e olhos, braços poderosos O Mahabahu (Senhor), seus muitos braços, coxas e pés, suas muitas  barrigas  e dentes terríveis, o mundo  tremeu e Eu também.(23)

Vishnu is another name for God, meaning all-pervading one. Vishnati pravishyati iti : One who penetrates everywhere is Vishnu.

Vishnu é outro nome para Deus, ou seja, aquele que tudo permeia . Vishnati pravishyati iti: Aquele que penetra em todos os lugares é Vishnu.

Vishnu is the lord who maintains and sustains creation.

Vishnu é o senhor que mantém e sustenta a criação.

When Arjuna penetrates in chidakasha he is able to perceive the infinite form of the Lord.

Quando Arjuna penetra em chidakasha ele é capaz de perceber a forma infinita do Senhor.

 In the sky of inner awareness, Arjuna perceives the all-pervading form. Lord Vishnu. He is perceiving colorful effulgence in the sky.

No céu  da consciência interior, Arjuna percebe a forma  que tudo permeia., o Senhor Vishnu. Ele é esplendor colorido percebido no céu.

God is the creator, sustainer , and destroyer. He is Hari as well as Hara. Looking at such a great form of the Lord- creator-(Brahma) , the maintainer ( Vishnu), and the destroyer ( Shiva) going to state of timelessness.

Deus é o criador, sustentador e destruidor. Ele é Hari, bem como Hara. Olhando para  tal forma grande do Senhor-criador (Brahma), o mantenedor (Vishnu), e destruidor (Shiva) , vai para o estado de atemporalidade.

Arjuna becomes fearful and trembles from his innermost being. 

Arjuna torna-se medroso e treme frente ao seu ser mais profundo.
                                                                       

He is not able to experience inner calm and peace because he cannot comprehend all these visions.

rudrãditya vasavo ye sãdhyã

visves 'svinau marutas co 'smapãs ca

gandharvayaksãsurasiddhasanghã

viksante tvãm vismitãs cai 'va sarve

The Rudras, the Adityas, The Vasus, the Sandhyas,  the Vishwa Devas, the twin Ashwins , the Marutas, The Usmapas, the multitude of Gandarvas, Yakshas, Asuras and Sdhhas all look at You with awe. ( 22)

Os Rudras, os Adityas, os Vasus, os Sandhyas, os Devas Vishwa, os Ashwins gêmeos, o Marutas, Os Usmapas, a multidão de Gandarvas, Yakshas, ​​Asuras e Sdhhas todos o olham com admiração.(22)

In the human body these are in the form of vital sirs, divine qualities and good disposition. During meditation, they help you proceed  inward .

No corpo humano, estes são na forma de senhores vitais , qualidades divinas e boa disposição. Durante a meditação, nos eles ajudam a avançar para dentro, para o interior.

When you concentrate deeply in the ajna and sahasrara chackas, you receive these good qualities, which regard the divine glory of God with awe.

Quando você se concentrar profundamente nos chakras ajna e sahasrara, você recebe essas boas qualidades, que dizem respeito a Glória divina de Deus com reverência

In this state of deep concentracention, the seer, thee seen and the seeing ( drastha, drishya, and darshan) become one.

Neste estado de profunda concentração , o vidente, aquele que te viu e tornou a ver (drastha, drishya, e darshan) são um.

The breath becomes very tranquil; the gaze is transfixed. You slowly becomes free from external awareness and body consciousness.

A respiração torna-se muito tranquila, o olhar é paralisado. Você lentamente se torna livre da consciência exterior e consciência corporal.

ami hi tvãm surasanghã visanti

kacid bhitãh prãnjalayo grnanti

svasti 'ty uktavã maharsiddhasanghãh

stuvanti tvãm stutibhih puskalãbhih

Indeed, a host of gods into You. In fear and with reverence some see You and praise You with folded hands. A multitude of maharshis ( great seers) , siddhas (perfected ones) say, Let there be peace. " They adore You with hymns and abundant praise ( 11:21)

Na verdade, uma série de divindades em você. Com medo e com reverência alguns vêem Você e Te louvam com as mãos postas. Uma multidão de maharshis (grandes videntes), siddhas (os aperfeiçoados) dizem: Haja paz. "Eles adoram Você com hinos e louvores abundantes" (11:21)

The power of God activates every human body , every part os the body:

O poder de Deus ativa todo o corpo humano, cada parte do corpo humano:

The moon and the sun in the eyes

A lua e o sol aos olhos

Indra in the hands

Indra nas mãos

Shiva in the years

Shiva nos ouvidos

Vishnu in the skin

Vishnu na pele

Ganesha in the nose

Ganesha no nariz

The sense organ are introverted during meditation, and you proceed into the cave of the cranium.

O órgão do sentidos são  introvertidos durante a meditação, e para  prosseguir na caverna do crânio.

When you meditate sincerely, you offer all your activity to the fontanel with every breath.When you ear the aum sound, the eternal, divine sound, in meditation, it is a prayer to God.

Quando você medita, sinceramente, você oferecer todas as suas atividades para a fontanela com cada respiração. Quando você ouve o som aum, o som eterno, divino, na meditação, é uma oração a Deus.

Maharshi are great seers. When you rise up to the fontanel and become established there you become a mararshi.

Maharshi são grandes videntes. Quando você sobe para a fontanela e estabelece-se lá , tornar um mararshi.

Siddhis are perfected ones. Siddhis are supernatural and spiritual powers. Ultimately , siddhis means perfection, namely, attaining the state of nirvakalpa samadhi, and thereby being merged in God.

Siddhis são aquelas perfeições. Siddhis são poderes sobrenaturais e espirituais. Em última análise, siddhis significam perfeição, ou seja, atingir o estado de nirvakalpa samadhi, e, assim ser  fundido em Deus.

People want peace. To achieve it, peace invocation are chanted. Peace cannot be achieved by prayer sung by the mouth alone:rather it is achieved by sincere spiritual practice and meditation.

As pessoas querem a paz. Para alcançá-la, a invocação da paz  é cantada. A paz não pode ser alcançada por meio da oração cantada só  pela boca : ao contrário, é alcançada pela prática espiritual sincera e meditação.

vyãptam tvai 'kena didas disas ca sarvãh

drstvã 'dbhutam rupam ugram tave 1dam

lokatrayam pravythitam mahãtman

The space between haven and earth is pervaded by You alone in every direction . Seeing this marvelous and dreadful form of Yours, O supreme soul the three worlds tremble. (20)

O espaço entre paraíso e terra é permeado por Você apenas em cada direção. Vendo esta forma maravilhosa e terrível Tua,  A suprema a alma tremula nos três mundos.(20)

God pervades the entire universe as well as the entire human body is the   micro-universe.

Deus permeia todo o universo, assim como todo o corpo humano é o micro universo.

The universe is the  macrocosm  and the entire body is the microcosm.

O universo é o macrocosmo e o corpo é o microcosmo.

Heaven is actually inside the body. From the muladhara up to sahasrara, the seven lokas ( bhuh, bhuvah, svah  , mahah, janah,tapah, and satyam . Through meditation you can perceive God  present in the  lokas and that He activates centers.

O Céu está realmente dentro do corpo. Desde o muladhara até sahasrara, nas sete lokas (bhuh, bhuvah, svah, maha, janah, tapah, e satyam. Através da meditação você pode perceber Deus presente na lokas e que é  Ele quem  ativa os centros.

When you have the regular guidance of the guru preceptor, the fear in meditation disapears. In meditation you do not lose anything, rather , you gain the marvelous power of God.

Quando você tem a orientação regular do guru  preceptor , o medo desaparece na meditação. Na meditação você não perde nada, pelo contrário, você ganha o poder maravilhoso de Deus.

anãndimadhyãntam  anantavtryam

anantabhãhum sasisuryanetram

pasyãmi tvãm dipyahutasavaktram

svatejasã visvam idam tapantam

With infinite power, without beginning, middle, or end, with numberless arms, the moon and the sun as Your eyes, I see You, the blazing fire as Your mouth, scorching this universe with Your radiance.( 11:19)

Com o poder infinito, sem começo, meio ou fim, com os braços inumeráveis​​, a lua e o sol como seus olhos, eu vejo você, o fogo ardente como sua boca, queimando esse universo com o seu brilho.(11:19)

God is infinite, formess beyond all human meassurement and approach.

Deus é infinito, sem forma além de toda a medida  e abordagem humanas.

God can be perceived  only  in the transcendental state because the glory, the beauty, strength, and vitality of God are unlimited and infinite.

Deus pode ser percebido somente no estado transcendental, porque a glória, a beleza, a força e a vitalidade de Deus são ilimitados e infinitos

God through the breath is carrying the load of body and mind. If there is no breath, there is no life.

Deus através da respiração conquista a carga do corpo e da mente. Se não houver respiração , não há vida.

Light is the medium of perception. Light is also knowledge and strength. When you practice Kriya and introvert.

A luz é o meio de percepção. A luz também é conhecimento e força. Quando você pratica Kriya  fica introvertido

tvam aksaram paramam veditavyam

tvam asya visvasya param nidhãnam

tvam avayah sãsvatadharmagoptã

sanãtanas tvam puruso mato me

You are imperishable, the supreme, to be realized. You are the ultimate refuge of the universe. You are the protector, the imperishable, eternal dharma. You are eternal Spirit. I realize it. ( 18)

Você é imperecível, o supremo, o ser realizado. Você é o último refúgio do universo. Você é o protetor, o imperecível, o dharma eterno. É o Espírito eterno. Eu percebo isso. ( 18)

The imperishable soul resides in the perishable body , in the ajna chakra

A alma imperecível reside no corpo perecível, no chakra ajna

If you fix your attention in the cranium and watch the imperishable soul breaths in and out.

Se você fixar a sua atenção no crânio e perceber a alma imperecível a respiração entrar e sair.

God is the refuge for everything. A seeker , through prayer and meditation seeks refuge in God.

Deus é o refúgio para tudo. Um buscador, através da oração e da meditação busca refúgio em Deus.

Dharma is ordinarily translate is religion, but  dharma  is breath

Dharma é normalmente é traduzido como religião, mas dharma é a respiração

You must love and watch God in every breath.

Você deve amar e ver Deus em cada respiração.

To perceives Him is self-discovery. God is eternal. He is purusha,the soul  the Father,  the body is called  prakriti, Mother Nature

Perceber a Ele é auto-descoberta. Deus é eterno. Ele é purusha a alma, o Pai, o corpo é chamado Prakriti, a Mãe Natureza

Creation is possible due to contact between purusha and prakriti.

A criação é possível devido ao contato entre Purusha e Prakriti.
