But that knowledge by wich man cognizes many existences of various kinds as separated from one another, know that knowledge to be rajasic (passionate and material) ( 18:21)

Mas esse conhecimento pelo qual o homem conhece de muitas existências, de vários tipos e separados uns dos outros, sabe se que este conhecimento é rajásico (apaixonado e material) (18:21)

rajasic people cannot perceive theall-pervading God. spiritual person sees the threead it causes the unity.

As pessoas rajásicas não podem perceber o Deus que tudo permeia. A pessoa espiritual vê o fio que causa a unidade.

rajasic people have knowledge of external activitie and material world.

As pessoas rajásicas têm conhecimento da atividade externa e do mundo material.

every human body is a bead in which the theread of the breath ( prana, soul) is hiding.

Todo corpo humano é uma esfera em que o fio da respiração (prana, alma) está se escondendo.

ignorant of their inner Self , they cannot maintain peace of mind

Ignorantes de seu Ser interior, não podem manter a paz de espírito

knowledge of duality cannot produce liberation, this is the cause of bondage and suffering

Do not pollute your mind with day-to-day, insignificant happenings. It is contagious disease, one that not only pollutes your mind, but also contaminates others.

Even people who have  gained the mastery of logic, Vedic meter, and astrology, and those proficient in rituals and wordly sciences, do not know the prinviple of the guru in its entirety

But the sacrifice that is offered in expectation of the fruit, form the sake of a show, with ego, O best of Bharatas ( Arjuna), is passionate ( rajasic) ( 17:12)

Mas o sacrifício que é oferecido na expectativa do usufruto, é uma forma de show emocional  para o ego, O !melhor de Bharatas (Arjuna), isso é passional (rajásico) (17:12)

 Worship and sacrifice for fulfillment of material desires and ambition with ego, which  far from love, purity, and self-development , is rajasic.

Adoração e sacrifício para a satisfação dos desejos materiais e da ambição , com  o ego, longe do amor, da pureza e do autodesenvolvimento, é rajásica.

Material possession do not make us happy. They provide comforts but not the true state of happiness

A posses materiais não nos faz felizes. Elas fornecem conforto, mas não o verdadeiro estado de felicidade.

The happynes present at the feet of guru preceptor ( living in his close proximity) cannot be foound elewhere-such truth is confired in Vedanta.

A felicidade presente aos pés do guru  preceptor (estando na  sua proximidade) não pode ser encontrada em qualquer lugar - tal verdade é confiada no Vedanta.

Pray to God and be content. Limit material ambitions because they cam be insatiable. If you  simplify your life, will be much easier.

Ore a Deus e esteja satisfeito. Limite as ambições materiais porque elas podem ser insaciáveis. Se você simplificar sua vida, será muito mais fácil.

Vedanta tell us that the mind is an object, and the soul the subject.

Vedanta nos diz que a mente é um objeto, e a alma o sujeito.

The Lord answered:

The faith of embodied beings is three kinds, born of a person's innate nature. Itis sattivic (good), rajasic(passionate), and tamasic (dull). Her of it from me.(17:02)

O Senhor respondeu:

A fé dos seres encarnados é de três tipos, nascidas da natureza inata de uma pessoa. É sattvic (bondosa), rajas (apaixonada), e tamasic (sem brilho). Ela ou isso de mim. (17:02)

Faith (shradha) is to live life in Truth.

Fé (Shradha) é viver a vida na Verdade.

Depending upon destiny and past actions, different dispositions arise in human beings.

Dependendo destino e ações passadas, diferentes disposições surgem nos seres humanos.

shraddha can be: sattvic spiritual faith,rajasic  faith in egocentric activities; tamasic a little faith due to idleness, sloth and inertia.

shraddha pode ser: a fé espiritual sattvic, fé rajasic em atividades egocêntricas; tamasic pouca  fé devido à ociosidade, preguiça e inércia.

The triple qualities of nature (maya) guide every human activity.

As qualidades triplas da natureza (maya) orientam todas as atividades humanas.

Past impressions (sanscara) or impression is a mask. It is in the form of smirt ( memory or remembering once) .and vipaka (fruition or result). Memory or impression is the seed form of mysery or pleasure.

impressões passadas (sanskara) ou impressão é uma máscara. É sob a forma de smirt (memória ou recordar uma vez) .e vipaka (desfrute ou resultado). Memória ou impressão é a forma de semente de miséria ou prazer.

The spiritual mind is calm, sattivic, the state o sattivicf complete calmness and bliss.

Achieving this sattivic state of mind will bring success in life.

A mente espiritual é calma  sattivica, o estado o sattivico é de  calma completa e bem-aventurança.

Atingir este estado de espírito sattivic trará sucesso na vida.

So practice the instructions of the guru preceptor with love and faith. It helps to be steadier in your evolution.

Então pratique as instruções do preceptor guru com amor e fé. Ele ajuda a ser mais estável em sua evolução.

Cherishing insatiable desires, full of hypocrisy, arrogance,and pride,having accepted false notions through delusion, they act with tainted resolve. (16:10)

Acalentando desejos insaciáveis, cheios de hipocrisia, arrogância e orgulho, tendo aceitado falsos conceitos por meio da ilusão, eles agem com determinação contaminada.(16:10)

Ambition and desires are unlimited and insatiable, especially  when it comes to material things.

Ambição e desejos são ilimitados e insaciáveis, especialmente quando se trata de coisas materiais.

Satisfying  desire is like pouring fuel onto a fire.

 Satisfazer o  desejo  é como derramar combustível em um incêndio.

People with demoniac habits devote their strength, energy and their whole lives to fulfilling evil desires that are barriers on the path of soul culture and spiritual progress.

Pessoas com hábitos demoníacos dedicam a sua força, energia e toda a sua vida para satisfazer maus desejos que são barreiras no caminho da cultura da  alma e progresso espiritual.

Their lives are undisciplined and impure.

Suas vidas são indisciplinadas e impuras.

Their rajasic and tamasic foods, activities, and temperaments lead them in a downward spiral towards destruction, decay, disease, and death.

Suas rajasicas e tamasicas alimentações, atividades e temperamentos vai levá-los em uma espiral descendente para a destruição, degradação, doença e morte.

Spiritual practices is the journey into the inner universe.

Práticas espirituais são a viagem para o universo interior.

The indwelling Self, reside in this body: purusha.

O Ser interior, reside neste corpo: purusha.

purusha means "sleeping in the body palace"

purusha significa "dormir no palácio corpo"

The senses, the mind, and every limb are active and doing their respective work only because of the soul's presence.

Os sentidos, a mente, e todos as partes do corpo são ativos e fazem seus respectivos trabalhos somente por causa da presença da alma.

The body of senses and the mind are prakriti, or nature.

O corpo dos sentidos e da mente são prakriti, ou a natureza.

Nature (prakriti) is threefold: tamasic (inertia, idleness, loss of spirit, or sleepiness), rajasic ( activity, restlessness, ego, and temptation), and sattvic ( purity, calmness, love, and simplicity)

Natureza (prakriti) é tripla: tamasic (inércia, preguiça, perda do espírito, ou sonolência), rajas (atividade, inquietação, ego, e a tentação) e sattvic (pureza, calma, amor e simplicidade)

The nature of the individual is shaped by inherent tendencies and experiences of the past.

Follow the guidelines given by your guru, the divine teacher, the scriptures, and your pure conscioussness.

Siga as orientações dadas pelo seu guru, o professor divino, as escrituras e a sua consciência pura.

Through meditation and yogic lifestyle, realize the oneness of all things in every breath and in every moment. Then you will attain liberation.

Através meditatção e estilo de vida yogue, perceba a unidade de todas as coisas em cada respiração e a cada momento. Então você vai alcançar a liberação.

Chapter 15:16 Purushottama Yoga . The Yoga of the Supreme Self. O Yoga do Ser Supremo.

ksarah sarvãni bhutãni

kutastho 'ksara ucyate

There are two purushas in this world, the perishable and the imperishable. All beings are perishable, but kutastha ( the unchanging) is the imperishable. ( 15:16)

Existem dois Purushas neste mundo, o perecível e o imperecível. Todos os seres são perecíveis, mas kutastha (o imutável) é o imperecível. (15:16)

Whatever is visible is perishable.

Tudo o que é visível é perescível.

Behind all these perishable objects and beings is the imperishable power of God.

Além de todos objetos e seres perescíveis está a imperescível força de Deus.

This applies to every human being.

Isto se aplica a todos os seres humanos.

The ten stages of human life, are called kshara sharira. This is ham, kshetra, the perishable body.

Os dez estágios da vida humana são chamados kshara sharira. Isto é ham, ksetra, o corpo perescível.

The gross body of human beings is perishable,the body nature,it causes delusion illusion and error.

O corpo humano grosseiro é perescível, o corpo natural, ele causa desilusão, ilusão e erro.

akshara sharira , the imperishable one, also resides in every human being

akshara sharira, o Ser  imperescível, também reside em cada ser humano.

The imperishable being is sa, kshetrajna-the director,conductor, evolver, and protector of the body.

O ser imperescível é sa, kshetrajna, o diretor, o condutor o envolventee protetor do corpo.

The imperishable being kutastha is located behind the midpoint of eyebrows.

O ser imperescível kutastha é localizado acima do ponto médio das sombrancelhas.

Compare the body to wood, and realize that the body is like a inverted tree with the roots at the top.

Compare o corpo a um tronco, e perceba que o corpo é uma árvore invertida com as raízes no topo.

The physical body will wear out and one day will perish

O corpo humano irá se desgastar e um dia perecerá.

The company is important to awareness, There are three types of company according to the three qualities of people: spiritual company ( sattvic), materialistic company ( rajasic) and iddle and evil company ( tamasic).

A companhia é importante para a consciência. Existem tres tipos de companhia de acordo com as tres qualidades de pessoas: companhia espiritual( sattvic) companhia materialista ( rajasic) e desocupada e má ( tamasic)

For soul perception, you first need extreme desire for inner transformation, and second good company.

Para a percepção alma, você precisa primeiro desejo extremo de transformação interior, e segundo boa companhia.

Taking refuge in Shri Jagannath will make life intoxicated with love for Lord Jagannath, He is seen in everything.

Refugiando-se em Shri Jagannath vai tornar a vida intoxicada com amor por Lord Jagannath, Ele é visto em tudo.

Love all as the power of God. Serve all as the power of God. See all as children of God. This is the path of goodness.
