satatam kirtayanto mãm
yatantas ca drdhavratãh
namasyantas ca mãm bhaktyã
nityayuktã upãsate
They meditate constantly remembering Me , striving with strong determination ( vows) , and honoring ( bowing to) Me with devotion; they are ever united with me. (14)
Eles meditam constantemente lembrando a Mim , esforçando-se com forte determinação (votos), e honrando ( reverenciando) a Mim com devoção, pois eles estão sempre unidos comigo.(14)
In fact , action, knowledge and love for God are inseparable.
Na verdade, conhecimento, ação e amor a Deus são inseparáveis.
" O Arjuna ! when you meditate and bow to Me, sitting in the cranium, you are really practicing jnana, yajna"
"O Arjuna! Quando você medita e se curva para Mim,sentado no crânio, você está realmente praticando jnana,yajna"
yajna means oblation in fire.
yajna significa oblação no fogo.
Everyone should sacrifice ego in the fire of yoga. When the ego is burned , constant unity with the indwelling Self is perceived; One becomes well established in knowledge.
Todos devem sacrificar ego no fogo do yoga. Quando o ego é queimado, a unidade constante com o ser interior é percebida; Uma pessoa se torna bem estabelecida no conhecimento.
This knowledge is not acquired by reading the scriptures or hearing explanations of the holy books.
Este conhecimento não é adquirido através da leitura das escrituras ou ouvindo as explicações dos livros sagrados.
This is not theoretical knowledge. it is direct perception of the truth- the breath becomes extremely fine , not coming out of the nostrils, the divine ilumination, the flame of knowledge , is extremely bright, one hears the continuous and spontaneous divine sound.
Este não é o conhecimento teórico. é uma percepção direta da verdade-a respiração torna-se extremamente fina, não saindo através das narinas, a iluminação divina, a chama do conhecimento, é extremamente brilhante, se ouve o som divino continua e espontaneamente.
Open the eyes after meditation , the divine presence is perceived everywhere- a state of unity like the waves with the ocean- unity in diversity and diversity in unity.
Abrindo os olhos após a meditação, a presença divina é percebida em todos os lugares - é um estado de unidade como das ondas com o mar- unidade na diversidade e diversidade na unidade.
One who closes all the doors of the body, who comes up from the lower centers and sits in the fontanel and offers the whole mind , thought, intellect, ego, body , sense, and worldly sense to the fire of knowledge , is practicing jnana yajna, another name for paravastha.
Aquele que fecha todas as portas do corpo, que vem para o alto a partir dos centros inferiores e senta-se na fontanela e oferece toda a mente, pensamento, intelecto, ego, corpo, os sentidos ,e o sentidos mundanos para o fogo do conhecimento, está praticando jnana yajna, um outro nome para paravastha.
