svadhyaya means study of the Vedic scriptures and chanting mantras. Another definition is the study of oneself. One should study one's own life through self-analisis and self-introspection.
svadhyaya significa o estudo das escrituras Védicas emantras. Outra definição é o estudo de si mesmo. Deve-se estudar a própria vida através da auto analise e auto-introspecção.
How does one practice svadhyaya ? In tapa loka, in the plane of the ajna chakra, in soul consciousness, one should practice svadhyaya. The effort to know oneself is the real study; otherwise scriptural studies are only theoretical understanding. Remaining in tapa loka and having self-inquire is real svadhyaya.
Como é que se pratica svadhyaya? No tapa loka, no plano do chakra ajna, na consciência da alma, deve-se praticar svadhyaya. O esforço para conhecer a si mesmo é o estudo real; outros estudos em forma escritural são apenas a compreensão teórica. Remanescente em tapa loka se auto-questionando este é svadhyaya real.
