The lord said:
The absolute Brahman is the imperishable ( akshara) and the supreme . The essential nature of one's Self is called adhyatma or soul. The birth and growth of living beings, as well as their death, is karma or action. (08:03)
O senhor disse:
O Brahman absoluto é o imperecível (akshara) e o supremo. A natureza essencial de um Self é chamado adhyatma ou alma. O nascimento e o crescimento dos seres vivos, bem como a sua morte, é karma ou ação. (08:03)
One can perceive this state by constantly remaining in the pituitary, the atom point of deep concentration.
