yatanto yoginas cai ´nam
pasyanty ãtmany avasthitam
yatanto ´py akrtãtmãno
nai ´nam pasyanty acetasah
The yogis who strive ( meditate) will realize that He is established in the Self. But the ignorant, whose inner being is not disciplined, strives, but cannot perceive Him. ( 15:11)
Os yogis que se esforçam (meditam) vão perceber que Ele está estabelecido no Self. Mas o ignorante, cujo interior não é ser disciplinado, se esforça, mas não pode percebê-Lo. (15:11)
Those who try sincerely - by thoroughly controlling their inner life and avoiding evil and bad qualities- proceed upward.
Aqueles que tentam sinceramente - através de um profundo controle da sua vida interior , evitando o mal e más qualidades - procedem para o alto.
They follow the master sincerely and practicing Kriya Yoga , with implicit faith, love, and loyalty, they become free from all restlessness.
