tesam satatayuktãnãm

bhajatãm pritipurvakam

dadãmi buddhiyogam tam

yena mãm upayãnti te

To the who are constantly united with Me, who worship Me with love, I give the yoga of discrimination , by which they come to Me.

Para os que estão constantemente unidos a Mim, que Me adoram com amor, Eu dou o yoga da discriminação, pela qual eles vêm a Mim.

Spiritual practice is not a temporary, leisurely, or part-time effort. It requires continuous self effort and self-inquiry.

A prática espiritual não é temporária, lazer ou trabalho em tempo parcial. Ela exige um esforço contínuo de auto esforço e auto-investigação.

satata youktanam means to be constantly and consciously united with the indwelling Self during every breath and activity.

satata youktanam significa estar constantemente consciente e unido com o Ser interior durante cada respiração e atividade.

The Lord is describing worship with love. It is the manifestation of divine love during every action..

O Senhor está descrevendo adoração com amor. É a manifestação do amor divino durante cada ação .

Spiritual persons keep their intellect constantly alert with love for God so they can be free from negative qualities.

Pessoas espirituais mantêm seu intelecto constantemente alerta com amor a Deus para que eles possam ficar livres de qualidades negativas.

This divine quality  enables these persons to live in the world  with a sense of discrimination and detachment.

Esta qualidade divina faz com que estas pessoas no mundo com um sentimento de discriminação e desapego.

darsayãm ãsaa pãrthãya

paramam rupam aisvaram

Sanjaya said:

" O King ( Dhritarashtra)! Thus having spoken, Hari, the great master of yoga, revealed to th son of Pritha ( Arjuna), His majestic , supreme form. ( 11:9)

Sanjaya disse:

"O Rei (Dhritarashtra)! Assim tendo falado, Hari, o grande mestre da yoga, foi revelado ao filho  de Pritha (Arjuna),  na Sua majestosa, forma suprema"(11:9)

Sanjaya means one who has through control of all the senses, the mind , and restlessness. In this state one has the power of distant vision and hearing.

Sanjaya significa aquele que tem através do controle de todos os sentidos, da inquietação e da a mente . Neste estado a pessoa tem o poder da visão  e audição á distância.

The blind king is the mind, which has dominance over body and life of each person.

O rei cego é a mente, que tem domínio sobre o corpo e a vida de cada pessoa.

Sanjaya describes to Dhritashtra the vishwarupa, the universal form, the extraordinary glory and beauty of the Lord.

Sanjaya descreve a Dhritashtra o vishwarupa, a forma universal, a glória e a beleza extraordinária do Senhor.

With the the power  of discrimination, a blind person ( materialistic whit spiritual blindnes) can have spiritual vision.

Com o poder de discriminação, uma pessoa cega (materialista  com cegueira espiritual ) pode ter a visão espiritual.

The Lord is not a ordinary person, He is not Lord Krishna but Mahayogeswara Hari- Hari the great master of yoga.

O Senhor não é uma pessoa comum, ele não é o Senhor Krishna, mas Mahayogeswara Hari-Hari o grande  mestre do yoga .

Hari , in sanscrit means  He who dispels the darkness of ignorance. Hari is the is the formless God.

Hari, em sânscrito significa Aquele que dissipa as trevas da ignorância. Hari é o é o Deus sem forma.

God alone is the remover of darkness .

Só Deus é o removedor das trevas.

God in the form of guru, guides the disciple from darkness to light, from ignorance to knowledge, from falsehood to truth , from death to immortality.

Deus na forma do guru, orienta o discípulo da escuridão para a luz, da ignorância para o conhecimento, da falsidade para a verdade, da morte para a imortalidade.

The Lord revealed His majestic power to Partha. This is the a spiritual revelation received during meditation. This state can only be achieved by sincere practice of meditation with love and loyalty to God and guru.

O Senhor revelou Seu poder majestoso  pára Partha. Esta é a revelação espiritual recebida durante a meditação. Este estado só pode ser alcançado pela prática sincera de meditação com amor e lealdade a Deus e guru

na tu mãm sakyase drastum

anenai 'va svacaksusã

divyam dadãmi te caksuh

pasya me yogam aisvaram

Surely, you cannot behold Me, with these , your own eys. I give you divine vision. Behold My majestic power. ( 11:8)

Certamente, você não pode contemplar-me, com estes, seus próprios olhos. Eu  vou dar-lhe a visão divina. Eis o Meu poder majestoso.(11: 8)

Our two eyes are the doors of delusion. 

Nossos dois olhos são as portas da ilusão.

We must live the introvert life.

Devemos viver a vida interior.

In meditation, we must close all the doors of restlessness.

Na meditação, precisamos fechar todas as portas de inquietação.

When the gross eyes are controlled, the real eye , the third , opens.

Quando os olhos grosseiros são controlados, o olho real, o terceiro  olho , se abre.

The third eye is the spiritual eye. It is the eye of divine illumination and intuition

O terceiro olho é o olho espiritual. É o olho da iluminação divina e intuição.

The realized master , during the iniciation and body purification, helps the disciple perceive the opening of the third eye. The disciple perceives multicolored stars and different iluminations. 

O mestre realizado, durante a iniciação e a   purificação do corpo, ajuda o discípulo perceber a abertura da terceiro  olho. O discípulo  percebe estrelas multicoloridas e diferentes iluminações.

ihai 'kastham jagat krtsnam

pasyã 'dya sacarãcaram

mama dehe gudãkesa

yac cã 'nyad drastum icchasi

Behold now, the entire universe, standing together , movable and immovable, in Me within the body, O conqueror of sleep ( Arjuna) ! And whatever else you want to see. ( 11: 7 )

Eis que agora, todo o universo está com os  pés juntos, móveis e imóveis, em Mim dentro do corpo, ó conquistador do sono (Arjuna)! E o que mais você quiser ver.( 11:7)

Arjuna is free from all slothfulness, drowsiness and sleep.

Arjuna é livre de toda a preguiça, sonolência e sono.

The real meaning of sleep is forget the indwelling Self.

O verdadeiro significado do sono é esquecer o Eu interior.

The entire universe is jagat, that change continuously  . This is the external jagat . Every human body is also jagat.

O universo inteiro é jagat, que muda continuamente. Este é o jagat externo. Cada corpo humano é também jagat.

Through meditation , you reach the state of perceiving the entire universe as the form of God. In every object and living being you can feel the presence of the almighty.

Através da meditação, você alcança o estado de percepção do universo inteiro como forma de Deus. Em cada objeto e ser vivo você também pode sentir a presença do Todo-Poderoso.

To progress in meditation, you must cast aside all idleness, lethargy, procrastination  and even sleep to a minimum extent.

Para progredir na meditação, você deve deixar de lado toda preguiça, letargia, procrastinação, e até mesmo dormir o menos possível.

pasya 'ditayãn vasun rudrãn

asvinau marutas tathã

bahuny adrstapurvãni

pasya 'scaryãni bharati

Behold the sons of Aditi, the Vasus, the Rudras, the twin Aswins and the Marutas, many wonderful forms, unseen before. Behold O Bharata ( Arjuna) (11:6)

Eis  os filhos de Aditi, os Vasus, os Rudras, os Aswins individuais e os Marutas, muitas formas maravilhosas, nunca vistas antes. Eis Ó Bharata (Arjuna) (11:6)

When you close the nine doors of the senses and introvert your sense organs and penetrate into fontanel , you may have many divine visions, illumination and perceptions.At this stage, mind thouoght, aintelect, and ego dissolve.

Quando você fechar as nove portas dos sentidos e introverter seus órgãos sensoriais e penetrar na fontanela, você pode ter muitas visões divinas, iluminação e  percepções . E nesta fase, a mente  pensamentos,  intelecto  e ego se dissolvem.

 You can perceive the twelve sons are the diferent colors of light seen during meditation.

  Você pode perceber os doze filhos são as diferentes cores de luz visto durante a meditação.

When the sense of duality disappears,  spiritual experience begins.

Quando o sentido da dualidade desaparece, experiencias  espirituais começam.

The vasus mean wealth, which are eight in number, referring to the eightfold qualities of nature , astha prakriti, which include the five gross elements, the pancha mahabhutas : bhumi ( earth) , apa( water)  anala ( fire), vayu ( air) kham ( ether) , and the intenal instruments  mana ( mind) buddhi ( intellect), and ahamkara ( ego).

Os Vasus significa riqueza, que são em número de oito, referindo-se às qualidades óctuplas da natureza, Astha Prakriti, que incluem os cinco elementos, o mahabhutas pancha: Bhumi (terra), apa (água) anala (fogo), Vayu (ar ) Kham (éter), e os  instrumentos interiores mana (mente) buddhi (intelecto), e ahamkara (ego).

Rudra is associate with Shiva , but according to th yogic scriptures  ye rudrah te khalu pranah - The rudras are none but the pranas. Eleven kinds of vital breath in hte eleven sense organs.which are the five organs of action, the five organ of perception, and the mind. All these vital ( prana) breath are activated from the top.

Rudra é associado com Shiva, mas de acordo com as escrituras yogis  "vos rudrah te khalu pranah" - Os Rudras nada mais são ,  do que  o prana. Onze tipos de respiração vital nos orgãos dos  sentidos . Que são os   cinco órgãos da ação, os cinco  órgão  de percepção, e a mente. Todas estas respirações (prana) vitais são ativadas a partir do topo.

Ashwins : the twins , refers to the qualities in the money and sex centers. In the Mahabharatha  Nakula and Sahadeva are belived to be born of the ahwinikumara dvaya ( the celestial twins, the divine physicians). All the propensities in hte lower centers come from the top center.

Ashwins: os gêmeos, se referem às qualidades do dinheiro e aos centros sexuais. No Mahabharatha Nakula e Sahadeva acreditam terem nascido do dvaya ahwinikumara (os gêmeos celestiais  twins , os   medicos  divinos). Todas as tendências em dos centros inferiores vêm do centro da parte superior.

Marutas means breath or air. Fifty types of  air are present in the universe and in the human body. One experiences all this meditation. The Lord is saying . " Ó Bharatha ! You are "bha", divine ilumination, and "rata", engrossed. Your mind is always engrossed in God consciousness, and supernatural power. You are worthy of divine experiences. Please see the divine manifestation in the body as well as in the universe. It has not been seen before. You are fortunate to have such a vision.

Marutas significa respiração  ou ar. Cinquenta tipos de ar estão presentes no universo e no corpo humano. Se experimenta todos  na meditação. O Senhor está dizendo. "Ó Bharata!  Você é "bha", iluminação divina, e "rata", absorto. Sua mente está sempre absorta na consciência de Deus, e o poder sobrenatural. Tu és digno de experiências divinas. Por favor veja a manifestação divina no corpo, bem como no universo  . Isso não foi visto antes. Você é  feliz por ter essa visão.

The Lord said:

Behold, O son of Pritha ( Arjuna) My divine form, a hundredfold, rather than a thousandfold, varied, divine, and od various colors and shapes. ( 11:05)

Olha, ó filho de Pritha (Arjuna) Minha forma divina, cem por um, ao invés de  mil por um , variada, divina, e de várias cores e formas.(11:05)

Pritha is another name of Kunti.

Pritha é outro nome de Kunti.

Spiritual life starts by breaking the boundary of ego, aham , and going to state of sa, whith combination creates hamsa and soham.

A vida espiritual começa por quebrar o limite do ego, aham, e indo para o estado de sa, com a combinação cria hamsa e soham.

As the lamp in aroom illuminates all objects similarly, by the regular practice of Kriya Yoga with love , the inner instruments of mind, thought, and ego become pure and englightened.

Assim como a lâmpada em um quarto ilumina todos os objetos,  da mesma forma, pela prática regular do Yoga Kriya com amor, os instrumentos internos da mente, pensamento e ego se tornam puros e iluminados.

"Son of Prith" means have the poer of distinction and discrimination, implicit faith, love and loyalty in your master.

"Filho de Prith" significa ter o poer de  distinção e discriminação, a fé implícita, amor e lealdade ao seu mestre.

In the pituitary and fontanel, there is akasha, the sky. As the sky is full of you will see.

Na pituitaria e fontanela, há akasha, o céu. Como o céu está cheio  assim  você vai ver.

When you meditate and practice Kriya, staying in fontanel, you see many colors and have many spiritual experiences.

Quando você meditar e praticar Kriya, permanecendo na fontanela, você vê muitas cores e têm muitas experiências espirituais.

 mayase yadi tac chakyam

mayã drastum iti prabho

yogesvara tato me tvam

darsayã tmãnam avyayam

If you think it is possible for me to see this, O Lord! O master of yoga, show me Your imperishable soul. ( 11:04)

Se você acha que é possível para mim ver isso, ó Senhor! Ó mestre de yoga, mostre-me Sua alma imperecível. (11:04)

Yoga is the path of meditation and Self_realization. THrough yoga , the sense organs are purified and you can go beyond the domain of mind and intellect.

Yoga é o caminho da meditação e realização do Self. Através do yoga, os órgãos dos sentidos são purificados e você pode ir além do domínio da mente e do intelecto.

Yoga transforms life and reveals inner beauty.

Yoga transforma a vida e revela a beleza interior.

God is real master of yoga.

Deus é o verdadeiro mestre de yoga.

This verse is an expression of self surrender by the disciple to the guru preceptor.

Este verso é uma expressão de auto rendição pelo discípulo ao preceptor guru.

Every disciple, in order to have spiritual realization,must approach the guru with humility.

Cada discípulo, a fim de ter a realização espiritual, deve aproximar-se o guru com humildade.

Every human being has a perishable body and an imperishable soul. This is the desire for Self realization.

Todo ser humano tem um corpo perecível e uma alma imperecível. Este é o desejo de auto-realização.

Strong yearning for soul culture with devotion and dedication to the master is essential.

Forte anseio pela cultura da alma, com devoção e dedicação ao mestre é essencial.
