In sanskrit "god" is deva , wich means the state of vacuum , divine light , and divine qualities. When people come up to the ajna chakra , the pituitary , they reach the state of the devas, the gods. But Self realization is beyond this. Danavas means the demons , those who are always engrossed in the lower centers, sense gratification, and restlessness. They are unable to know the glory of God.
Em sânscrito "deus" é deva, o que significa o estado de vácuo, divina luz e qualidades divinas. Quando as pessoas vêm até o chakra ajna, a pituitária, eles atinjam o estado dos devas, os deuses. Mas auto-realização está além disso. Danavas significa os demônios,aqueles que estão sempre absortos nos centros inferiores, na gratificação dos sentidos, e na inquietação. In mythology it is said that these danavas meditate at times to gain more strength of body and more power to enjoy. They do not seek truth or God through meditation.

For their removal or elimination and prevention of them ( obstacles), (one should) follow intense practice of the one truth or principle. {32}
