How much easier it is for the pure and spiritual ( the brahmins), and even for the devoted royal seers ( the rishis). Having come to this impermanent and unhappy world , meditate upon Me , devote yourself to Me.( 33)

The states of triple qualities of nature are particular or universal, with a mark, or without a mark{19}

Sun and sunlight can be a simple example of guni ( endowed with qualities or merit) and guna ( excellence)

They are always together and inseparable. In the same manner , purusha and prakriti are essentially one, but they play different roles in appearance.

Purusha is one, but prakruti assumes many forms for the joy and glory of purusha ( sva-svami)

The sage divides prakriti into four different groups:

1- Alinga: the unmanifested primordial nature. Without a mark.

2- Linga. Linga is that distinguishable state through wich there is understanding or recognition of the Self. It is also known as mahat tattwa, the grat principle, when the three qualities remain in harmony. It represents collective or individual chitta ( memory).
2 - Linga. Linga é o estado distinguível através do qual há entendimento ou reconhecimento do Self. É também conhecido como mahat Tattwa, o grande princípio, quando as três qualidades permanecem em harmonia. Ela representa chitta (memória) coletiva ou individual .
3- Avishasha- prakriti non specific, universal , the five senses and the ego. It is total six in number.
3 - Avishasha prakriti não-específica, universal, os cinco sentidos e o ego. É um total de seis.
4- Vivesha- particular , specific. . It is sixteen constituints , including the five gross elements, the five organs of action, the five organs of perception, and the mind.

One prakruti appears as visible objects, phenomenal existence with its twenty-four aspects in four different stages, but purusha remains with prakruti yet is invisible. Whitout the presence of purusha prakriti cannot operate.
Um Prakruti aparece como objetos visíveis , como existência fenomenal nos seus 24 aspectos em quatro fases diferentes, mas purusha permanece com prakruti , ainda que seja invisível. Sem a presença de purusha prakriti não pode operar.
Brahmana is not a person of the highest caste; it is the state of spiritual attainment. Spiritual thuth is never a monopoly of a particular class or section of the society; it is equally avaible for all.
Brahmana não é uma pessoa da mais alta casta, é o estado de realização espiritual. A Verdade espiritual nunca é um monopólio de uma determinada classe ou seção da sociedade, é igualmente possível para todos.
Raja is the king, born into the royal family, a brave warrior. A a warrior is one who is constantly fighting to overcome negative qualities and inner enemies: anger , ego, passion, pride, and so forth.
Raja é o rei, nascido na família real, um bravo guerreiro. Umguerreiro é alguém que está constantemente lutando para superar as qualidades negativas e inimigos internos: raiva, ego,paixão, orgulho, e assim por diante.
By regular practice of Kriya Yoga , you can burn the negative qualities and become a rishi.This person's vision is purified and divine if he is seeking truth during every moment of life.thus he has extreme love form God. He is the real devotee.
Pela prática regular de Kriya Yoga, você pode queimar as qualidades negativas e tornar-se um rishi. Esta pessoa de visão é purificada e divina, se ela está buscando a verdade, durante todos os momentos da vida . Assim ela tem por Deus a forma extrema do amor. Ela é a verdadeira devota.
Everything separate from God is temporary and changeable, anitya. Everything in the world is full of pain, asukham. Asuka means not in the vacuum or eter.
Tudo separado de Deus é temporário e mutável ( anitya ). Tudo no mundo está cheio de dor, ( asukham). Asuka significa, não estar no vácuo ou eter .
Only God is eternal, nitya. Only God is the source of peace, bliss, and joy

Those who remain in the lower centers experience constant discomfort and difficulties. So do not go below, come up to the ajna chakra, the pituitary. Meditate and be realized. Meditation will make you divine. Meditation will enable you to perceive your indwelling Self.
Aqueles que permanecem nos centros mais baixos experienciam desconforto e dificuldades constantes . Então não desça , venha até o chakra ajna, a a pituitaria . Medite e seja realizado. A meditação fará você divino. Meditação irá permitir-lhe perceber o seu Eu interior.
Those who practice the scientific Kriya Yoga daily, regularly, and sincerely cross all the stages of spiritual evolution and ultimately merge in God.
Aqueles que praticam o Yoga Kriya científica diária, regular,e sinceramente atravessam todos os estágios de evolução espiritual e, finalmente, se fundem em Deus.
O Seeker ! Misterious is the creation. The visible world is the celebration of the joy of purusha and prakriti. In reality , it is one divinity, but in appearence there is multiplicity in unity. You have to behold unity in diversity and diversity in unity; this is practical spirituality, bhoga and aparvaga ( enjoyment and emancipation)
Oh buscador ! Misteriosa é a criação. O mundo visível é a celebração da alegria de purusha e prakriti. Na realidade, é uma divindade, mas na aparência há multiplicidade na unidade.
