The Yogi can introvert the mind, pulling it away from external (sense) objects, and can sit in the soul with the experience of fullness. By doing this, the yogi realizes divine bliss. Because yogis are engaged in the meditation of Brahman, they enjoy perennial bliss that is not dependent on anithing. (05:21)
Paramahamsa Hariharananda wrote in his book Kriya Yoga
When we are under the influence of biological force and ignorance, we feel, "I am the monarch or master of all my entire being". But the real I is our soul.
But when people get Self realization, they perceive that there are two bodies. One is the ignorant body, which is Ï am". The other is the real body, "He", who is our indwelling Self, and the sole doer of all activities of the gross body!
