Salutations to You from the front from the back. Salutations to You from all sides. O Everything ! You are of infinite glory and boundless strength. You are all-pervading, therefore, You are everything. (11:40)

Saudações a Você de frente por trás. Saudações a você de todos os lados. Ó Tudo! Você é glória infinita e força ilimitada. Você  tudo permeia, portanto, Você é todas as caoisas. (11:40)

Arjuna perceives this truth: the soul is all-pervading, inside and out, everywhere.

People search for You everywhere, but You can be realized everywhere.

Arjuna percebe esta verdade: a alma é tudo permeia, dentro e fora, em toda parte.
As pessoas  buscam  Você em todos os lugares, mas Você pode ser realizado em todos os lugares.

With  eyes open, in the practice of shambhavi mudra ( a meditation technique learned from the master, I perceive only you, everywhere , in the front, back, right , left, above and below, even inside and outside. There is no discrimination or differentiation.

Com os olhos abertos, na prática da shambhavi mudra (uma técnica de meditação aprendida com o mestre, eu percebo  você, em todos os  lugares, na frente, atrás, direita, esquerda, acima e abaixo, também dentro e fora. Não há discriminação ou diferenciação.

tvãyur yamo 'gnir varunah sasãnkah

prajãpati tvam prapitãmahas ca

namo namaste 'stu sahasrakrvah

punas ca bhuyo 'pi namo namas te

You are Vayu ( breath) ,Yama ( death), Agni ( fire), Varuna (water), the moon, the Lord of

 creatures, and the greater, grandfather! Salutations to You a thousand times! ( 11:39)

Você é Vayu (ar), Yama (morte), Agni (o fogo), Varuna (água), a lua, o Senhor das

  criaturas,  o  maior e o avô! Saudações a você mil vezes! (11:39)

Arjuna is saying :

Arjuna está dizendo:

Oh Lord you are the Yama, the lord of death. Yama means through control.

Oh Senhor você é o Yama, o senhor da morte. Yama significa através do controle.


Those who lead lives of self control perceive constant immortality, peace, bliss and joy.

Aqueles que levam uma vida de auto-controle constantemente percebem imortalidade, paz, felicidade e alegria.

Oh Lord You are Agni, the lord of fire. Fire gives off heat, light and energy., fire is the navel center

Oh Senhor Você é Agni, o Senhor do Fogo. Fogo emite luz, calor e energia., O fogo é o centro do umbigo

O Lord you are Varuna the lord of water , Varuna is the second center.
O Lord you are Shastahanka , the moon, the lord of mind, in the Vaccum center. The Lord is in pituitary.

O Senhor Você é  Varuna o senhor da água, Varuna é o segundo centro.
O Senhor está  em Shastahanka, na lua, é o senhor da mente, no centro do vácuo. O Senhor está no pituitária.


O Lord ! You are Prapitamahas , the great-grandfather, You are the root of creation, present in the sahrasrara, the formless one.
Ó Senhor! Você é Prapitamahas, o bisavô, Você é a raiz da criação, presente no sahrasrara, sem forma.

O Lord ! You are present in the whole universe. You are the entire body. I bow to you again and again.
Ó Senhor! Você está  presente em todo o universo. Está todo o corpo. Eu me curvo a você mais e mais.

When you practice Kriya and experience extreme tranquility, this is also bowing to God. To bow means to be without ego and be one with the Lord.
Quando você pratica Kriya e experimenta a tranquilidade  extrema, está também curvando-se para Deus. Curvar significa  ser sem ego e ser um com o Senhor.

tvam adidevah purusah puranas

tvam asya visvasya nidhãnam

vettã 'si vedyam ca param ca dhãma

tvayã tatam visvam anantarupa

You are the first of the gods, the ancient Spirit. You are the ultimate abode of this universe. You are both knower and knowable, and the supreme goal . This entire universe is pervaded by You, O Vishwarupa! ( 11:38)

Você é o primeiro dos deuses, o Espírito antigo. Você é a morada final deste universo. É tanto conhecedor como  cognoscível, e a meta suprema. Este universo inteiro é permeado por Você  , O Vishwarupa! (11:38)


Because of You and through Your breath the gods exist in parts of the body, in diferent sense organs, and in all the chakras.
Por causa de Você e através de Sua respiração os deuses existem em algumas partes do corpo, nos diferentes órgãos dos sentidos , e em todos os chakras.

As the soul lives in this body, You live in the entire universe.
Como a alma vive neste corpo, Você vive em todo o universo.

Though Your infinite love, people can have a little perception of Your divine nature.
Através do Seu amor infinito, as pessoas podem ter uma pequena  percepção de Sua natureza divina.

No one can know You without Your grace.
Ninguém pode conhecer Você sem a Sua graça.


O God You are Viushwarupa , the infinite, formless form. You manifest and permeate every where.
Ó Deus Você é Viushwarupa, a forma infinita , sem forma. Você manifesta e permeia todos os lugares.
