sargãnam ãdir antas ca

madhyam cai vã 'ham arjuna

adhyãtmavidyaã vaidyãnãm

vãdah pravadatãm aham

Of creation , I am begining , the end and the middle. O Arjuna! Of all knowledge , I am the knowledge of the supreme Self. I am the right type of reasoning in debaters. ( 32)

Da criação, Eu  sou   o começo , o meio e o fim ,  Ó Arjuna! De todo o conhecimento, Eu sou o conhecimento do Ser supremo. Eu sou o tipo certo de raciocínio  dentre os  debatedores. (32)

shrusti tattva , the process of creation ,  the breath ( soul) in the beginning , in the middle , and at end .

shrusti tattva: o processo da criação , a respiração ( alma) no inicio , no meio e no fim. 

Bliss or divine joy is the beginning, the middle , and the end of creation 

Bem-aventurança ou alegria divina é o começo, o meio e o fim da criação

 When the child  is born God remains in the body and the breath  

  Quando a criança nasce, Deus permanece no corpo e na respiração

 Taittiriya Upanishad  ( 3: 6:1)

 ãnandam   prayanti abhisamvisanti 

Beings , are born from bliss , survive and live by bliss, and return back to bliss again. 

Os seres nascem da bem-aventurança, sobrevivem e vivem através da bem-aventurança e voltam para a bem-aventurança. 

By knowing the Self , you know the entire divine manifestation. This is  Self-knowledge 

Ao conhecer o Self , você conhece toda a manifestação divina, este é o conhecimento do Self. 

The Lord talks about  using the intellect and discriminative faculty to see the difference between the real and the unreal. Only the Self is real ,  everything is unreal and temporary.

O Senhor fala do uso do intelecto e da faculdade discriminativa de distinguir o real do irreal. Apenas o Self é real, tudo o mais é irreal.

Of the purifiers, I am the wind. Of the warriors , I am Rama. Among the fishes , I am the alligator. Of the rivers , I am the Ganga. ( 09:31)

Dos purificadores, eu sou o vento. Dos guerreiros, sou Rama. Entre os peixes ( seres aquáticos) , eu sou o jacaré. Dos rios, eu sou o Ganges. (09:31)

People wash their body and put on freshly cleaned clothes. Very few know that inner purity is more important than other purity.

Pessoas lavam o corpo e vestem roupas recém-lavadas. Muito poucos sabem que a pureza interior é  mais importante do que  outra pureza .

Inner purity implies purity in thought, propensities, and state of mind. 
Pureza interior  implica na pureza do  pensamento, propensões, e estado de espírito. 

This purity can be obtained by controlling breathing.
Esta pureza pode ser conseguida através do controle da respiração.

 Winds implies pranayama By the easy process of breath control, the practice of Kriya , you can be free from emotion , worry, anxiety, and restlessness. You can reach perfection, constant inner purity.

  Ventos implicam em  pranayama .Pelo processo fácil do controle da respiração, a prática de Kriya, você pode ficar livre das emoções, preocupações, ansiedade e agitação. Você pode ganhar perfeição e constante pureza interior. 

Rama always holds a bow and arrow. The spine is the bow and the breath is the arrow. One who can hold the bow of the spine in the hand , who has thruogh  control of all five inner spinal centers, and  who has regulated breath, the arrow , is atmarama, merged in soul consciousness.

Rama sempre tem um arco e flecha. A coluna vertebral é o arco e a respiração é a flecha . Aquele que pode segurar o arco da coluna na mão, que tem através dele o controle de todas as cinco centros internos da coluna vertebral,  que tem  a respiração regulada , a  flecha , é atmarama, fundiu-se  na consciência da alma.

Every human body is dasha ( ten doors) and ratha ( chariot) , the chariot  of the ten doors  of the sense organs.

Cada corpo humano é dasha (dez portas) e ratha (carro), o carro dos dez portas dos órgãos dos sentidos.

The restlessness of the blood circulation is symbolically represented by fish ( matsya).  The inner meaning of this is to perceive that everything is comming from God and avoid bad things using breath control.

A inquietude da circulação sanguínea é simbolicamente representado por peixes (matsya). O significado interno disto é perceber que tudo está vindo de Deus e evitar as coisas más usando o controle da respiração .

Makara means ma ( time) and kara ( action) - action in proper time. Right action at the right time is makara

Makara significa ma (tempo) e kara (action) - ação em tempo adequado. Ação  correta no momento certo  é makara.

The Ganga is the holy river , which symbolizes the river of knowledge, jnana ganga, flowing from the Himalayas down to the earth.

Divine knowledge flows from the top of the head , which is the mountain peak, and purifies the entire body.

O Ganges é o rio sagrado, que simboliza o rio de jnanaconhecimento, ganga, fluindo a partir do Himalaia até a terra.
Conhecimento divino flui a partir do topo da cabeça, que é o pico de montanha, e purifica todo o corpo.

kãlah kalayatãm aham

vainateyas ca paksinãm

I am Prahlada of Titans ; of calculators , I am time, of the beasts , the king of beasts ( the lion) ; ogf the birds , I am Garuda, the son of Vinita. ( 30)

Eu sou Prahlada  dos Titans; daqueles que calculam , Eu sou o tempo; dos animais, Eu sou o rei dos animais (o leão); das aves, Eu sou Garuda, filho de Vinita. (30)

daitya ordinarily means demons or titans. daitya also means inner propensities or thoughts, full of aggression and cruelty. These thoughts , are mostly dualistics.

daitya normalmente significa demônios ou titãs. daityasignifica também tendências internas ou pensamentos, cheios de agressão e crueldade. Estes pensamentos, são na sua maioria dualistas.

The Lord is saying I am Prahlada , pra means perfect hlada means joy , so prahlada means perfect joy . After practicing Kriya , a person enters into the state of paravastha. In this state , there is no restlessness of mind. The mind is absorbed in God consciousness. This state can also be called prahlada- the state of perfect joy.

O Senhor está dizendo que eu sou Prahlada, pra alegria significa meio perfeito hlada, assim Prahlada significa a perfeita alegria. Depois de praticar Kriya, uma pessoa entra no estado de paravastha. Neste estado, não há inquietaçãode espírito. A mente é absorvida na consciência de Deus.Este estado também pode ser chamado Prahlada, o estado de perfeita alegria.

The Lord said " I am the time of all calculators".  Human life cannot be mesured with days, months, and years ; rather it is mesured with the breath.

O Senhor disse: "Eu sou o tempo de todas os calculadores".A vida humana não pode ser aferida com dias, meses e anos, mas sim  aferida com a respiração.

Every breath is precious. This is ajapa-japa, the breath that is constantly going in and out. 

If you are truly conscious of the indwelling Self with every breath , you can be free from kala and realize mahakala, the supreme time, God Himself.

Cada respiração é preciosa. Esta é Ajapa-japa, a respiração que está constantemente entrando e saindo.

Se você estiver realmente consciente do Ser que habita em cada respiração, você pode ser livre de kala e perceber Mahakala, o tempo supremo, o próprio Deus.

Every human being has animal qualities such as anger , pride, ego, in flutuation, and many more. These animal qualities make you extremely disturbed, restless , and extrovert.

The lion is the king of animals who controls, regulates and can even kill all animals.

Todo ser humano tem qualidades animais, tais como orgulho, raiva, ego,  instabilidade, e muito mais. Estas qualidades animais tornam-o extremamente perturbado, inquieto e extrovertido.

O leão é o rei dos animais, que controla, regula e pode até matar todos os animais.

To meditate, one needs determination.

Para meditar, é preciso determinação.

Garuda means one who can eat and digest even poison. Vinita means humility. With humility  and freedom from ego , you can be free from the downward movement of poisonous qualities and fly to reach the state of God consciousness.

Garuda significa aquele que pode comer e digerir mesmo o veneno. Vinita significa humildade. Com humildade e liberdade do ego, você pode ser livre de o movimento descendente das qualidades venenosas e voar para alcançar o estado de consciência de Deus.

Of the snakes ( nagas ) I am Ananta, I am Varuna among the aquatic creatures. Of the ancestors, I am Aryama. I am Yama of those who maintain discipline. ( 29)

Das serpentes (Nagas) Eu sou Ananta, eu sou Varuna entre as criaturas aquáticas. Dos antepassados​​, sou Aryama. Eu sou Yama daqueles que mantém a disciplina. (29)

The snakes in the body, the serpent movement of prana, the life energy, are experienced through breathing and respiration. 

As cobras no corpo, ou  o movimento de serpente do prana, a energia da vida, são experimentados através da aspiração e da respiração.

Fifty tipes of vayu, vital airs , reside in the human body.

Cinquenta tipos de Vayu, ares vitais, residem no corpo humano.

Among them is the udana vayu, also called ananta. Ananta means infinite.

Entre eles está o vayu udana, também chamado Ananta. Ananta significa infinito.

When you can reach the udana state of breath in meditation , you achieve extreme calm.

Quando você pode atingir o estado udana de respiração na meditação, é possível obter a calma extrema.

Ananta , in Indian mythology , is a serpent coiled in the ocean of milk on which Vishnu takes rest. It symbolizes the divine illumination in the pituitary, white , golden, and blue in color.

Ananta, na mitologia  da India , é uma serpente enrolada no oceanode leite  no qual  Vishnu   descansa. Simboliza a iluminação divina na pituitária , nas cores  branca, dourada e azul .

Varuna is rasa tattva, the water principle. In every human body rasa tattva, water exist. 

Varuna é tattva rasa, o  princípio água. Em cada  corpo humano,  rasa tattva , a água existe.

 pita is one who mantains , the vital breath is pita, the ancestors.

pita é aquele que mantém, o sopro vital é pita, os ancestrais.

Yama is the god of death. Yama also means the art of self discipline The Lord is saying , " I am the self-discipline ( yama) of all those who try to be disciplined"

Yama é o deus da morte. Yama também significa a arte da auto-disciplina O Senhor está dizendo: "Eu sou a auto-disciplina (yama)de todos aqueles que tentam ser disciplinados"

dharana ( concentration), dhyana ( meditation) and samadhi ( realization ) together, this is samyama ( discipline) 

dharana (concentração), Dhyana (meditação) e samadhi(realização), em conjunto, isto é Samyama (disciplina)

O seeker! Blessed is one who has the knowledge of death beforehand. Prepare yourself, so that even at the time of death you have the body in a state of deep love, prayer, and complete God consciousness.

Ó buscador! Bem-aventurado é aquele que tem o conhecimento da morte  antecipadamente. Prepare-se, de modo que mesmo no momento da morte, você tenha o corpo em um estado de profundo amor, oração e completa consciência de Deus .
