dronam ca bhismam ca jayadratham ca

karmam tathã 'nyãn api yodhavirãn

mayã hatãms tvam jahi mã vathisthã

yudhyasva jetãsi rane  sapatnãn

Drona, Bhishma, Jayandratha, and Karna as well as other warriors and heroes have already been killed by Me. Do not  exitate! Kill! Flight! You shall conquer the enemy in the battle. ( 11:34)

Drona, Bhishma, Jayandratha, e Karna, bem como outros guerreiros e heróis já foram mortos por mim. Não hesite, Destrua ! Lute! Você deve conquistar o inimigo na batalha .(11: 34)

The Lord is saying " Arjuna! practice kriya sincerely, Kriya is the key to success and the path of perfection.

O Senhor está dizendo " Arjuna! pratique Kriya com sinceridade. Kriya é a chave para o sucesso  e o caminho para a perfeição.

The Lord is saying   " Arjuna! You are strong Be apprehension of the strength. I am with you, giving you immense strength. Drona is restlessness, Bhisma, the ego, and the others are   the obstacles on hte path of your path of your apiritual progress.
O Senhor está dizendo: "Arjuna! Você é forte , Seja  a apreensão da força. Estou com você, dando-lhe força imensa. Drona é inquietação, Bhisma, o ego, e os outros são os obstáculos no caminho , no  seu caminho de sua progresso espiritual .

Through the practice of Kriya you will be realized . In the battle of spiritual life regular , and sincere , and devoted practice is essencial

Através da prática de Kriya você vai ser realizado. Na batalha da vida espiritual  pratique  regular, e sinceramente, a pratica devotada é essencial.

Arjuna do not feel  fear or pain upon killing them .  Kill them , I assure you victory is at your hand. Do nor think of the outcome . Do not think of the outcome. You are going to be crowned  with victory .

Arjuna não sente medo ou dor ao matá-los.  Mate-os, eu garanto a vitória está nas suas mãos. Faça  sem  nem pensar no resultado. Não pense o resultado. Você vai ser coroado com a vitória.

tasmãt tvam uttistha yaso labhasva

jitva satrun bhunksva rajyam samrdham

mayai 'vai 'te nihatãh purvãm eva

nimittamãtram bhava savyasãcin

 Therefore, stand up attain glory ! Having conquered the enemies, enjoy the affluent kingdom. These warriors  standing here  have already been  slain by Me. O Arjuna ( Savyasachi)! Be only an instrument. (11:33)

Portanto, levante-se alcance a glória! Depois de conquistar os inimigos, desfrutar do reino afluente. Estes guerreiros que estão aqui já foram mortos por mim  Ó Arjuna (Savyasachi)! Seja apenas um instrumento.(11:33)

 Get up from sleep to be awakened

 Levantar-se do sono para ser despertado

Stand firm on the path os spirituality

Fique firme no caminho da espiritualidade

During meditation , keeping the spine straight is also uttishtha

Durante a meditação, manter a coluna reta é também uttishtha

Wake up,  stand firm, keep the spine straight, remain on top,uttishtha

Acordar, se manter firme, com coluna ereta, permanecendo no topo, uttishtha

Your true enemies are not outside, but inside : ( kama ( passion) , krodha ( anger) , lobha ( greed), moha ( infatuation) , mada( vanity) and ahamkara( ego) are called the sixfold enemies.

Seus verdadeiros inimigos não estão fora, mas por dentro: (kama (paixão), krodha (raiva), lobha (cobiça), Moha (afeto), Mada (vaidade) e ahamkara (ego) estes  são chamados os seis  inimigos

Doubts are also the enemy.

Dúvidas também são os inimigos.

Savyasachi means great warrior. You know the art of breath control , the left ( ida) , and right  ( pingala) spinal channels you are Savyasachi 

Savyasachi significa grande guerreiro. Você conhece a arte do controle da respiração, a esquerda (ida), e à direita (pingala) canais espinhais você é Savyasachi

I am working through you.You and I are one inseparable soul.

Eu estou trabalhando com você. Você e eu somos uma só alma inseparável.

sribhagavãn uvaca

kãlo 'smi lokaksayalrt pravrddho

lokãn samãhartum iha pravrttah

rte 'pi tvam na bhavisyanti sarve

ye 'vasthitãh pratyantkesu yodhãh

The Lord said:

I am Kala, The eternal time spirit, the mighty cause of world's destruction. I am out to annihilate the different worlds. Even without any action of yours, all the warriors arrayed in the enemy's camp, or in both camps, shall cease to exist. ( 11:32)

O Senhor disse:

Eu sou  Kala, O eterno  espírito do  tempo , a causa poderosa da destruição  do mundo. Eu estou fora para aniquilar  os diferentes  mundos . Mesmo sem qualquer ação de vocês, todos os guerreiros vestidos no campo do inimigo, ou nos dois campos, deixará de existir.(11:32)

The one soul plays the dual role of the disciple and master, the guru preceptor . Each individual seeks spiritual development. The soul is the master who helps the seecker progress.

Uma  alma  desempenha o duplo papel de discípulo e  o mestre, o guru preceptor   .Cada indivíduo busca o desenvolvimento espiritual. A alma é o mestre que ajuda o progresso do buscador.

When the seecker trough   meditation, comes up to pituitary, he has different spiritual experiences.

Quando o buscador ,  através da meditação , vem até pituitária, ele tem diferentes experiências espirituais.

There  are seven lokas in the centers : bhu, bhuvah ,svah ,mahah, janah, tapash and satyam .These  seven likas lose their separate existence and become one through meditation , and the person free from the sense of body  and world.

Há sete lokas nos centros:. bhu, bhuvah, svah, 

mahah  , Janah, tapash e satyam Estes sete Lokas perdem sua existência separada e tornam-se um através da meditação e da pessoa livre dos sentidos do corpo e mundo.

I breathe  through your nostril because you are my follower. I mantain good qualities  in you and destroy the bad qualities.

Eu respiro pela sua  narina porque você é meu seguidor. Eu mantenho  boas qualidades em você e destruo as más qualidades.

When your consciousness is in pituitary and in fontanel, you are free  from good and bad. You are stablished in truth, in your real Self.

Quando sua consciência está na pituitaria e na fontanela, você está livre do bem e do mal. Você está estabelecido na verdade, no seu verdadeiro Eu.
