Lançado  dos tres  portões da escuridão. O filho de Kunti (Arjuna), um homem faz o que é melhor para si mesmo e então prossegue em direção a meta mais elevada (Deus) (16:22)

You try your best to be completely free from ambition, anger, and greed. 

Tentte o seu melhor para ser completamente livre de ambição, raiva e ganância.

You are constantly searching for the indwelling Self.

Você está constantemente à procura de o ser interior.

The lord is now describing the path of spirituality- meditation. The goal is the fontanel, and meditation is the way to get there.

O senhor está agora a descrever o caminho da espiritualidade- meditação. O objetivo é a fontanela, e a meditação é o caminho para chegar lá.

If you practice going beyond the senses by perceiving the triple divine qualities of light, vibration, and sound within the whole body, you can transcend the body sense and the world sense.

Se você pratica indo além dos sentidos percebendo as três qualidades divinas da luz, vibração e som dentro de todo o corpo, você pode transcender os sentidos do corpo e os sentidos do mundo.

Entering into the atom point of all-pervading consciousness  in the fontanel is to perceive samadhi- the pulseless and breathless state.

Entrando no ponto átomo , a consciência que tudo permeia na fontanela  isto é perceber o samadhi- o estado sem pulso e sem respiração.

Samadhi is a state of inner calmness, born out sincere practice,
Samadhi é um estado de calma interior, nascida prática sincera,

Then samadhi, realization, emancipation, and Self-knowledge are always in your grasp. You will be successful.
Então, samadhi, realização, emancipação e auto-conhecimento estão sempre no seu alcance. Você será bem sucedido.

Once you have knocked on the  door, with patience, try to stay there.
Depois de ter atravessado a porta, com paciência, tente ficar lá.
