Bhagavad Gita 02:23-27 The Yoga of inner Awareness ( Yoga da Consciência do eu Interior)

nai'nam chindani sastrãni

nai 'nam dahati pãvakah

na cai 'nam kledayanty ãpo

na sosayati mãrutah

Weapons cannot cut the soul; it can neither be burned by the fire, nor drenched by the water, nor dried by the wind. (23)

As armas não podem cortar a alma, que não pode ser queimada pelo fogo, nem encharcada pela água, nem seca pelo vento. (23)

acchedyo 'yam adãhyo 'yam

akledyo 'sosya eva ca

nityah sarvagatah stãnur

acalo 'yam sanãtanah

The individual soul is unbreakable and insoluble and cannot be burned or dried. It is immovable, omnipresent, unchangeable, and everlasting. (24)

A alma individual é inquebrável e insolúveil e não pode ser queimada ou seca. Ela é imóvel, onipresente, imutável e eterna. (24)

avyakto 'yam acintyo 'yam

avikãryo 'yam ucyate

tasmãd evam viditvai 'nam

nã 'nusocitum arhasi

This soul is unmanifest, unthinkable, and imutable. Therefore, knowing it as such, you should not grieve. (25)

Essa alma é imanifesta, inconcebível e imutável. Portanto, sabendo que, como tal, não deve sofrer. (25)

atha cai 'nam nityajãtam

nityam vã manyase mrtam

tathã 'pi tvam mahabãho

nai 'vam socitum arhasi

Oh Mighty-armed (Arjuna) ! Even if you think the soul will constantly have birth and death , you still should not lament! (26)

Oh Poderoso armado (Arjuna)! Mesmo se você pensar que a alma terá constantemente nascimentos e mortes, você ainda não deve se lamentar! (26)

jãtasya 'hi dhurvo mrtyr

dhruvam janma mrtasya ca

tasmãd aparihãrye 'rthe

na tvam socitum arhasi

It is certain that after birth, death is inevitable, and after death, birth is bound to occur. You should not lament over the inevitable. (27)

É certo que após o nascimento, a morte é inevitável, e após a morte, o nascimento está fadado a ocorrer. Você não deve lamentar sobre o inevitável. (27)

Quantas vezes nos lamentamos por nós e pelos demais à partir do nosso limitado discernimento. Meu Deus me ajude a perceber que sem humildade e coragem paciência é impossível evoluir.

How many times do we weep for ourselves and for others to from our limited understanding. My God help me to realize that without humility, patience and courage it is impossible to evolve.

A aceitação da nossa condição humana e a aceitação da dor e alegria, doença e saúde, vida e morte como parte natural de um ciclo de existência material, é a chave para a revelação da verdade, da separação do que pode ser evitado e do que é inevitável.

The acceptance of our human condition and acceptance of pain and joy, sickness and health, life and death as a natural part of a cycle of material existence, is the key to the revelation of truth, the separation can be avoided and what is inevitable.

Meu Amado Gurudev! Mostre para mim a verdade enquanto estou cega para a Luz Eterna , com seu Amor um dia conhecerei a Verdade Absoluta e ficarei livre dos ciclos de nascimento e morte!

Just as a man puts on new garments, leaving old ones; similary the embodied soul takes one new physical bodies, giving up old unless ones. (22)

Assim como um homem coloca uma nova roupa, deixando as antigas, do mesmo modo a alma encarnada tem um novo corpo físico, deixando os mais antigos. (22)

A cada vida, a cada ciclo de vida , a cada dia , a cada respiração deixamos nosso velho corpo e nos purificamos com a união com Krishna, a alma imortal, e assim nosso corpo se renova!

Every life, every life cycle, every day, every breath we let our old body and wash away with the union with Krishna, the immortal soul, and so our body is renewed!

É um processo de vida e morte, a cada respiração morremos ao expirar e renascemos ao inspirar.Se somos conduzidos por Deus e entregamos nossa vida à Ele , nosso corpo de luz vai  transmutando este corpo material sem vida em um corpo divino!

It is a process of life and death, every breath you exhale die and are reborn to inspire. If we are led by God and give our life to Him, our light body that will transmute material lifeless body in a heavenly body!

Baghavad Gita 02:21 The Yoga of Inner Awareness Yoga da Consciência Interior

vedã 'vinãsinam nityam

ya enam ajam avyayam

katham sa purusah pãrtha

kam ghãtayati hanti kam

Oh Partha, how can a person who knows that the soul is imperishable, unborn, eternal, unchangeable kill anyone or cause anyone to kill? (02:21)

Oh Partha, como pode uma pessoa que sabe que a alma é imortal, não nascida, eterna, imutável, matar alguém ou provocar alguém a matar? (02:21)

Partha ( "son of Prithi, "Prithi being the former name of Queen Kunti : a Name of Arjuna. Its name comes from the  root verb prath, which means to be renowned through one's effort.

Partha ("filho de Prithi", Prithi ser o antigo nome da rainha Kunti: um nome de Arjuna. Seu nome vem do verbo raiz  prath, o que significa ser reconhecido através de um esforço.

Oh Senhor do Universo , permita-me conhecê-lo assim como Arjuna, através da disciplina da pratica da Kriya Yoga, durante as preces, estudo, reflexão, técnicas de meditação, em todas as atividades do meu dia a dia sempre com auto-análise !

Kunti mother of the five Pandava brothers and of Karna. The power inside the pituitary is called kun (dhatu) ti , kun means atom - the finest atom point in the soul.

Kunti mãe dos cinco irmãos Pandavas e Karna. O poder dentro da hipófise é chamado kun (dhatu) ti, kun significa átomo - o mais fino ponto atomico da alma.

Oh Gurudev  mostre pra mim as qualidades dos Pandavas em cada um dos chakras durante a purificação e energização dos mesmos nas técnicas de meditação. Ensine pra mim como manter minha concentração e o significado das luzes, sons e vibrações em cada um deles.

Oh Gurudev show me the qualities of the Pandavas in each of the chakras during the cleansing and energizing the same techniques of meditation. Teach me how to keep my concentration and the significance of lights, sounds and vibrations in each.

Sahadeva: the eart,  all material wealth and resources needed for survival .

Sahadeva : a terra , toda a riqueza material e os recursos necessários para a sobrevivência

Nakula The sexual waters of life give birth to all physical life.

Nakula As águas da vida sexual que dá à luz toda a vida física.

Arjuna The fire element creates digestive power and appetite for life.The fire nourrishes the brain and creates the power of the fine conception. Arjuna by the twenty-four gross elements, with the soul's ( Lord Krishna), have the hability to acquire self-control. 

O elemento fogo cria poder digestivo e apetite para a vida. O fogo nutre o cérebro e cria o poder da concepção do bem á partir dos 24 elementos grosseiros,  com a condução da alma  ( O Senhor Krishna) adquire habilidade para o auto-controle.

Bhima : Air, breath control . The air nourishes and controls all life.

Bhima : Ar, controle da respiração. Controle da respiração é o controle da vida.

Yudhishthira . Very calmly fights over evil , This forçe is the manifestation of wisdom power 

Yudhishthira. Muito calmamente luta contra o mal, esta força é a manifestação do poder da sabedoria

Karna means ears. Our ears want to hear melodious songs, sweet words.praise, flattery, and soothing talk.The most powerfull warrior among all the armies of both the kauravas and the pandavas.

 Karna significa orelhas. Nossos ouvidos querem ouvir canções melodiosas, palavras doces, elogios, bajulação e conversa reconfortante.O mais poderoso guerreiro dos Kauravas e Pandavas.

Oh Senhor do Universo, Senhor Jagannath , permita que eu seja desapegada das ofensas e dos elogios e consiga sempre ouvir sua melodia, a sua voz e a voz do meu Mestre.

Oh Lord of the Universe, Lord Jagannath, allow me to be detached from insults and compliments, and can always hear your music, your voice and the voice of my Master.

Se estivermos unidos à Deus , ouviremos os sons divino e nada mais importará.Veremos as diferentes luzes divinas em cada um dos chakras e seremos movidos por suas vibrações energéticas benéficas.

If we are united to God, we hear divine sounds and nothing else will matter. We will see the different lights divine in each of the chakras and be moved by their energetic vibrations beneficial.

Dhatu "constituent" : the power inside the pituitary; metal; vital energy; semem root; firmness.

Dhatu  "componente ": o poder dentro da pituitária, o metal, a energia vital; raiz do semem; firmeza.

Oh Gurudev nos ensine a meditar, a praticar as técnicas e a viver com amor . Revele a  nós essência da Kriya o poder que nos estabelece em permanente união divina,  nos chackas acima do pescoço e que nos permite a comunicação direta com a Verdade  livres do tempo e do espaço!

Oh Gurudev teach us to meditate, practice the techniques and live with love. Reveal to us the essence of Kriya power that lays in a permanent union with God in chack above the neck and that allows us direct communication with the Truth of free time and space!
