Greed activity, undertaking of action, restlessness, and desires are born when rajas is dominant, O best of the Bharata dynasty ( Arjuna)! ( 14:12)

Atividades gananciosas,  execução de atividades, inquietação e desejos nascem quando rajas é dominante, ó melhor da dinastia Bharata (Arjuna)! (14:12)

The lord is describing the qualities of rajasic people, their habits and endeavors.

O senhor está descrevendo as qualidades das pessoas rajásicas, seus hábitos e empenhos

Desire has no end.

O desejo não tem fim.

Temptation is the greatest enemy for every human being.

A tentação é o maior inimigo para todo ser humano.

Money,sex, food and restlessness. Is dominantsthe life of many people, they have many desires and temptations,, They are extremely attached.

Dinheiro , sexo, comida e inquietação.Isto é dominante na vida de muitas pessoas, elas têm muitos desejos e tentações . Eles estão extremamente ligados.

Work,ambition,restlessness,passion, possessiveness, and so on are all signs of the rajasic quality.

Trabalho, ambição, inquietação, paixão, possessividade, e assim são todos os sinais da qualidade rajásica.

The breath flows in the pingala, through the right.

A respiração flui na pingala, através do lado direito.

Be extreme careful of temptation.

Seja extremo cuidado com a tentação.

Karma meansd action -physical, vocal and mental-  in words , deeds, and thoughts.Each karma has an inevitable result.

Karma significa  - ação física, vocal e mental-em palavras, atos, e pensamentos .Cada karma tem um resultado inevitável.

One needs to ber watchful of one´s action.

É necessário estar atento a própria ação.

Pataka means downfall, or mistake.

Pataka significa queda ou erro.

Papa means sin. A mistake is comitted out of ignorance, but if the mistake is repeated againand again, it becomes a sin.

Papa significa pecado. Um erro é cometido por ignorância, mas se o erro é  repetido mais e mais , torna-se um pecado.

In essence, to forget the truth is a catalyst for mistake, misery and sin.

Em essência, a esquecer a verdade é um catalisador para o engano, miséria e pecado.

The mind is the cause of all activities, good or bad.

A mente é a causa de todas as atividades, boas ou más.

O seeker! be careful.Wordly pleasure breeds pain. Real happiness is then the seer is stablished in svarupa ( The real Self)

Oh candidato! seja cauteloso. Prazeres mundanos causam dor . A verdadeira felicidade é, então, aquele que vê estar firmado em svarupa (O Eu real)

Chapter 13:20-21 Kshetra Kshetrajna Vibhaga Yoga ;The Yoga of Knowledge of the Body Field and its Knower. ( O Yoga do conhecimento do Campo de Batalha, e seu Conhecedor.

sadasadyoni janmasu

Nature is the cause in cause and effect ( cosmic law of karma). The soul is the cause in the experience of pleasure and pain. (13:20)
A natureza é a causa na causa e efeito (lei cósmica do karma). A alma é a causa da experiência no prazer e dor. (13:20)

The soul abiding in nature enjoys the qualities born of nature. Attachment to the qualities causes birth in good and evil bodies. ( 13:21)
A alma habitando na natureza aprecia as qualidades nascidas da natureza. O apego às qualidades da natureza faz com que o nascimento ocorra em bons ou maus corpos. (13:21)

Anything you do is done by the soul
Qualquer coisa que você faz é feito pela alma

The body is made from twenty-four elements of prakriti, nature. Purusha , the indwelling Self, is on the top, helping you work.
O corpo é feito de vinte e quatro elementos de prakriti, a natureza. Purusha, o Ser interior, está no topo, ajudando você a trabalhar.

The five gross elements manifest in the five lower centers of the human body, which are governed by five deities as seen in worship of the Hindus, for instance.
Os cinco elementos grosseiros  se manifestam nos cinco centros inferiores do corpo humano, que são regidos por cinco divindades como ocorre na adoração dos Hindus, por exemplo.

The sky center is Shiva , ruling the sense of hearing, the ears.
O centro céu é Shiva, governando o sentido da audição, as orelhas.

The air center ( heart , the emotions) is Vishnu ( Rama, Krishna, Hari) , governing the sense of touch.
O centro de ar (coração, as emoções) é Vishnu (Rama, Krishna, Hari), que rege o sentido do tato.

The fire , navel center (Surya) the food, ruling the sense of sight, the eyes.
A comida , o fogo, centro umbigo (Surya), governando o sentido da visão, os olhos.

The water sacral center, family center is Durga, Kali, Jagaddhatri, Annapurna, Lakshimi, Saraswati, Manasa, Shitala, the goddesses, and so on, conducting  the sense of taste, the mouth..
O centro sacral, a água, centro de família , é Durga, Kali, Jagaddhatri, Annapurna, Lakshimi, Saraswati, Manasa, Shitala, as deusas, e assim por diante, a realização do sentido do paladar, a boca .

Ganesha rules  the earth , coccygeal  center , governing money, and the sense of smell, the nose.
Ganesha governa a Terra, o centro do cóccix, o dinheiro que rege, e o sentido do olfato, do nariz.

The  Taittriya Upanishad ( 2:5) says vijnam sarve devah brahma jyestha upasate " All the Gods meditate on the first One Brahman ( the soul)"
O Taittriya Upanishad (2: 5) diz vijnam sarve Devah brahma Jyestha upasate "Todos os Deuses meditar sobre o primeiro Brahman (a alma)"

The five sense organs are conducted by breath. Many people worship any deity of one sense organ. Before all of this, the worshippers must perform rituals : anganyasa (God perception in different limbs of the body)  karanyasa ( God perception in the fingers and hands)  pranayam ( breath regulation)
Os cinco órgãos dos sentidos são conduzidos pela respiração. Muitas pessoas adoram qualquer divindade com um órgão do sentido. Antes de tudo isso, os adoradores devem realizar rituais:
anganyasa ( percepção de Deus  em diferentes partes do corpo) karanyasa ( percepção de Deus nos dedos e mãos) pranayam (regulação da respiração)


Breath is is the cause of all activity. Breath control  is the key to th life of every human being, Kriya Yoga Helps us to achieve breath control.
A respiração é a causa de toda a atividade. O controle da respiração é a chave para po vida de cada ser humano, Kriya Yoga nos ajuda a alcançar o controle da respiração.

The perishable body is changes every moment but the soul is imperishable.
O corpo é perecível sofre mudanças a cada momento, mas a alma é imortal.

God causes this play of duality , but God , the conductor of everything, remains compassionately detached.
Deus causa este jogo da dualidade, mas Deus, o condutor de tudo, continua a ser unido a nós com compaixão.

Bhagavad Gita 8:22 Akshara-Brahma Yoga; The yoga of the Imperihable Brahman , O Yoga do Imperecível Brahman

purusah sa parah pãrtha

yasyã 'ntashthãni bhutãni

yena sarvam idam tatam

O Partha ( Arjuna) ! This is the eternal supreme person, the indwelling  soul, in whom all beings reside and by whom He is manifested and realized in those with extreme devotion. (08:22)

O Partha (Arjuna)! Esta é a pessoa suprema eterna, a alma que  que vive dentro de nós , na qual residem todos os seres e por quem Ele é manifestado e realizado,  nestas pessoas com extrema devoção. (08:22)

God is abode of all. God is the cause of everything. He is everywhere-sarvam idam tatam

Deus é morada de todos. Deus é a causa de tudo. Ele está em toda parte-sarvam idam tatam

 All that we perceive is nothing but God's presence.

Tudo o que percebemos  nada  mais é , do que a presença de Deus.

The power of God is hiding and living in the body house.

O poder de Deus está se escondendo e vivendo na casa do corpo.

The soul is purusha, the indwelling Self.

A alma é purusha, o Eu interior.

The almighty God is called paramapurusha, the supreme Self, the conductor of everything.

O Deus Todo-Poderoso é chamado paramapurusha, o Eusupremo, o maestro de tudo.

The existence of body is is possible because breath is inhaled and exhaled, by the indwelling Self, but the Supreme God is beyond breath.

A existência do corpo é possível por causa da respiração porque é a respiração é inspirada e expirada, pelo  Self  que vive dentro de nós , mas  Deus Supremo está muito além da respiração.

He is purushottama, the supreme and almight Father. he is all-pervading, omnipresent ,and omniscient.

Ele é Purushottama, o supremo Pai Todo Poderoso  e ele é  quem tudo permeia, é onipresente e onisciente.

Bhakti paranuraktih ishware - devotion can be obtained  by being extremely attached  to the Lord.

Bhakti paranuraktih ishware - devoção pode ser obtido  sendo  extremamente ligado ao Senhor.

Implicit faith in the words of the master is the foremost requirement for devotion.

Fé implícita nas palavras do mestre é o requisito mais importante para a devoção.

devotion is superior to karma ( action) and  jnana ,knowledge . devotion brings constant association with the supreme Self.

devoção é superior ao karma (ação) e jnana conhecimento, devoção traz constante associação com o Self Ser Supremo.

God is life and God is breath. During every breath, maintain deep devotion for God.

Deus é a vida e Deus é a respiração.  A cada  cada respiração,   mantém-se  profunda devoção a Deus.

AVTARAS : When divine incarnations who manifest divinity, partially or fully, descend to earth they are called avataras. Very few people recognized Rama, Krishan and Jesus as avataras while they were alive. Even Jesus was ridiculed, criticized, humiliated and crucified. These are not the only avataras. We are all avataras. The difference between recognized divine incarnations and us that an avatara is ever aware of the purpose for which he or she has come. Whereas we are not.

AVTARAS: Quando encarnações divinas que manifestam a divindade, parcial ou totalmente, descem à terra, elas são chamadas avatares. Muito poucas pessoas  são reconhecidas Rama, Krishan e Jesus como avataras enquanto eles estavam vivos. Mesmo Jesus foi ridicularizado, criticado, humilhado e crucificado. Estes não são só  avataras .  Nós somos  todos avataras. A diferença entre reconhecidas encarnações divinas e nós é que um avatara é sempre consciente da finalidade para a qual ele ou ela chegou. Enquanto que nós não somos.

Bhagavad Gita 3:14

All beings have envolved from food, which grows by the power of rain. Rain is formed from vapor, as a result of oblation that been offered. Oblation is the path of Karma (action). Offering human inhalation is oblation to the soul fire. Likewise, it nourishes the life forçe. (03;14)

Todos os seres estão envolvidos com os alimentos, que crescem com a força da chuva. A chuva é formada a partir de vapor, como resultado da oferta a Deus, que lhe foi entregue. Oblação é o caminho do Karma (ação). Oferecendo a inalação humana  estamos  fazendo a oblação do fogo da alma. Da mesma forma, estamos alimentando a força da vida. (03:14)

O Ciclo da materia  no planeta depende da àgua e da luz solar!

Os seres vivos na sua coletividade á partir do ciclo das chuvas, das águas, fazem sua oblação à Deus .

Assim a vida é mantida no ecossistema terrestre.

Nós respiramos e podemos jamais conhecer o que acontece nesta interação do nosso organismo com o ecossitema.

Nossa respiração também é uma oblação, ou seja pode ser oferecida à Deus,  de modo consciente e através das técnicas de Pranayama podemos aperfeiçoar este contato divino e humano.

The cycle of matter on the planet depends on water and sunlight!

Living things in their community from the cycle of rainfall, water, make his offering to God.

So life is maintained in the terrestrial ecosystem.

We breathe and we can never know what happens in this interaction with the body of our ecosystem.

Our breath is also an offering, or may be offered to God, consciously and through the techniques of Pranayama can improve this divine and human contact.

   Bhagavad Gita 03:15

karma brahmodbhavam viddhi

brahmã 'ksharasamudbhavam

tasmãt sarva-gatam brahma

nityam yajne pratisthitam

Work is originated by indwelling Self in every being. The indwelling soul is derived from the indestructible Brahman. Therefore , the all pervading infinite God is present in every action ( wich is yajna) (15)

O trabalho é originado pelo Ser que vive dentro cada vida. A alma interior é derivada de Brahman indestrutível. Portanto, Deus onipresente  infinito está presente em cada ação (que é yajna) (15)

Yajna ( "sacrifice") oblation in the fire; sacrifice. The breath is constantly offered as an oblation to the soul fire in the cave of the cranium. In a broader sense, every activity of every living beinf that is in the form of enjoying sense objects, is sacrifice ( yajna)

Yajna ("sacrifício") oblação ao fogo; sacrifício. A respiração é constantemente oferecida como uma oferenda para o fogo da alma na caverna do crânio. O Mahapuranam  de Siva expõe o  Dharma ( disciplina , força da respiração) , Vignyana (Ciência) e Vedanta (filosofia dos Vedas)

The Mahapuranam Siva exposes the Dharma (discipline, breath power), Vignyana (Science) and Vedanta (philosophy of the Vedas)

 

Brahma said, “The goal is the attainment of Sivapadam (the state of Siva), the means is His service, the Sadhaka should be indifferent to daily fruits (benefits of service) and should only focus on Siva’s grace. The Sadhaka should do his Karma (duty) as prescribed in the Vedas and offer the great benefits (mahaphalam) unto Him. Then he will attain the Paramesapada (state of the Great Lord) and the same world (Salokyam) in course of time.

Brahma disse: "O objetivo é a realização de Sivapadam (o estado de Shiva), o meio é o  serviço a Ele, o Sadhaka deve ser indiferente aos frutos diarios (benefícios do serviço) e devem  ter o foco na Graça de Siva.O Sadhaka deve fazer o seu Karma (serviço), conforme prescrito nos Vedas e oferecer os grandes benefícios (mahaphalam) para Ele. Então,  vai atingir o Paramesapada (Estado do Grande Senhor) e mesmo mundo d'Ele (Salokyam) no decorrer do tempo.

The purpose of breath-control is to keep the body and mind free from negative vibrations

As fire purifies metal, breath-control purifies the mind and the senses.

Because of restless breath, mind cannot remain steady at any fixed Point.

Vital breath (energy of prana) is the supreme power of man.

The gayatri mantra in the form of inhalation and exhalation can give you liberation.

When one practices breath-control through Kriya, one enjoys a blissful state and one becomes free from ego.

Como o fogo purifica o metal, o controle da respiração, purifica a mente e os sentidos.

Por causa da respiração agitada, a mente não pode permanecer constante em qualquer ponto fixos.

A respiração vital (energia do prana) é o poder supremo do homem.

O Gayatri mantra em forma de inalação e exalação pode dar-lhe a libertação.

Quando se pratica o controle da respiração através de Kriya, um goza de um estado de felicidade e se torna livre do ego.

O Partha ( Arjuna), those who live full of sensual and sinful passion, who do not follow this cycle of creation in this world, live in vain. (16)

Óh Partha (Arjuna), aqueles que vivem cheios de paixão sensual são pecadores que não seguem este ciclo de criação neste mundo, vivem em vão. (16)

Pessoas auto realizadas

Life is uncertain like the drop of water on a lotus leaf. The world is constantly afflicted by disease, ego, sorrow and conceit.

A vida é incerta como a gota de água sobre uma folha de lótus. O mundo é constantemente atingido pela doença, o ego, tristeza e vaidade.

"The lotus plant is born from mud and comes up through the water but stays above the water.

A planta de lótus nasce da lama e surge através da água, mas permanece acima da água.

                                                               

                               

 It has another uniqueness that it opens with the sunrise and closes with the sunset. Water gives support and strength but the real purpose of life is to look at the Sun or God. 

Tem uma outra singularidade ela se abre com o nascer do sol e se fecha com o pôr do sol. A água dá suporte e resistência, mas o verdadeiro propósito da vida é olhar para o Sol ou para Deus

Let the flower of life be always directed towards God. Lotus is a plant where the stem is in the water but the leaf and the flower are above. If this world is like the pond life should be like the lotus staying in the world but staying above it.

Que  a flor da vida esteja sempre voltada para Deus. Lotus é uma planta cujo caule está na água, mas as folhas e as flores estão acima. Se o mundo é como a  lagoa  a vida deve ser como o lótus - permaneça no mundo, mas esteja acima dele.

The water on the lotus leaf stays like a pearl. The water cannot touch the leaf. The drop of water or even a dew drop only moves on the leaf. 

A água permanece sobre a folha de lótus como uma pérola. A água não pode tocar a folha. A gota de água ou até mesmo uma gota de orvalho apenas se move sobre a folha.

                                 

The body is like the lotus leaf. The soul in the body is like a drop of water. Below is the water, the vast formless God. 

O corpo é como a flor de lótus. A alma no corpo é como uma gota de água. Abaixo está a água,  Deus na  Sua grande forma.

 The soul in the body is vibrant, with wind or breath, but with a strong wind, if the water drops falling in the water it returns to its origin or cosmic consciousness.

A alma no corpo é vibrante, com vento ou respiração, mas com um vento forte, se a gota de água  cai na água ela volta à sua origem ou a consciência cósmica.
