Chapter 14 : 26 Gunatraya Vibhaga Yoga : The Yoga of discrimination of the Triple Qualities of Nature; O Yoga da Discriminação das triplas Qualidades da Natureza.

mãm ca ´vyabhicãrena

baktiyogena sevate

sa gunãn samatityai

brahmabhuyãya kalpate

He who serves Me with yoga of exclusive devotion, transcending these three qualities, is ready and  eligible for absortion in Brahman.(14;26)

Aquele que Me serve com o yoga da devoção exclusiva, transcendendo essas três qualidades, está pronto e elegível para absorção em Brahman (14; 26).

If you churn the mind, you will produce intellect.

Se você mexe a mente, você produz o intelecto.

Churning the intellect by the process of meditation successively creates knowledge, consciousness, superconsciousness, and cosmic consciousnes

Mexendo  o intelecto através do processo de meditação sucessiva o conhecimento é criado, consciencia, superconsciência e consciência cósmica.

Churning cosmic consciousness and going to the extreme end of human possibility yields wisdom:constantly united with the Almighty Father.

Mexendo a consciência cósmica e indo para o extremo fim da possibilidade humana a sabedoria: constantemente unido com o Pai Todo-poderoso.

A true lover of God want constant association with Him, the Supreme, the real lover.

O verdadeiro amante de Deus  quer constante associação com Ele, o Supremo, o real amante.

When the person coming to be in the company of the guru, the realized master, bowns to him and serves him with love.

Quando a pessoa vai estar na presença do guru, um mestre realizado, se curva para ele e o serve com amor.

The disciple meditate according to the instructions of the master and tries to find God in every breath and every action.

O discipulo medita de acordo com as instruções do mestre e tenta encontrar Deus em cada respiração e em cada ação.

This disciple becomes free from all three gunas ( qualities of nature) .

O discípulo fica livre das tres gunas ( qualidades da natureza)

He forgets his ego and attains samadhi.

Ele esquece o seu ego e atinge o samadhi.

His field is ready for true peace, bliss, joy, and all development.

Seu está pronto para encontrar as bênçãos, contentamento e o desenvolvimento pleno.

Samadhi is a state where there is compplete establishment of consciousness in the indwelling Self.

Samadhi é o estado de experimentar completa consciência  no Ser Interior.

Samadhi can only be excperienced as result of sincere practice and deep meditation.

Samadhi só pode ser experimentado como resultado da sincera prática e meditação profunda. 

Purity and eternal love are the very essence of spiritual life

Pureza e amor eterno são a verdadeira essência da vida espiritual.

gunãn etãn atitya trin

dehi dehasamudbhavãn

janmamrtyurãduhkhair

vimukto ´mrtam asnute

When the embodied soul transcends the three qualities that have caused the body, it is free from bieth, death, old age, and pain, Such a being attains immortality and is free from all sorrow, perceiving supreme bliss. ( 14:20)

Quando a alma encarnada transcende as três qualidades que causaram o corpo, ela é livre de nascimento, morte, velhice e dor, como um ser alcançado a imortalidade e é livre de todo sofrimento, percebendo a felicidade suprema. (14:20)

The three qualities, sattva, rajas and tamas exist in every human body.

As tres qualidades da natureza sattva, tamas e raja existem em todos os corpos humanos.

If you seek Him, the imperishable soul, in the infinite north ( in the pituitary and fontanel), while breathing the short breath and watching Him during every breath, you will automatically be emancipated and in godhood.

Se você buscá-La a alma imperecível, no norte infinito (na pituitária e moleira), enquanto respira a respiração curta e vê-Lo durante cada respiração, você será automaticamente emancipado e em divindade.

With every breath, the true seeker watches the marvelous power at the top.

Com cada respiração o verdadeiro seguidor ve a força maravilhosa no topo.

Breath consciousness is God consciouness.

Consciência da respiração é a Consciência de Deus.

While meditating they forge their body sense and the sense of the world.

Enquanto meditando eles forjam seus sentidos do corpo e o sentido do mundo.

They enjoy extreme divine peace, bliss, and joy.

Eles usufruem extrema paz, bênçãos e felicidade.

When there is no restlessness, no human stage, no sense of the body, there is wisdom: samadhi

Whando não existe agitação, estágio não humano, sem os sentidos do corpo, isto é sabedoria: samadhi.

When you are beyond the play of the three qualities of nature,you are completely free from all the limitations of life, merged in God.That is liberation

Quando  você está além do jogo das tres qualidades da natureza, você está completemente livre de todas as limitações da vida, imerso em Deus. Iston é liberação.

Self knowledge, or brahmajnãna , is the highest from knowledge, bring complete freedom to the enlightened individual in spite of living in a body composed of elements, and in a world full of duality.

O Auto-conhecimento, ou brahmajnãna, é superior ao conhecimento, ele traz completa libertação da erudição individual e transpassa o conhecimento das composição e elementos do corpo vivo, e do mundo cheio de dualidades.

sattvãt sanjayate jnãnam

rajaso lobha eva ca

pramãdamohau tamaso

bhavato jnãnameva ca

From sattva, knowledge is born. From rajas , desire (greed) is born, From tamas doubt (negligence), delusion , and ignorance are born.( 14:17)

A partir de sattva, o conhecimento nasce. A partir de rajas, o desejo (ganância) nasce, de tamas duvidas (negligência), ilusão e ignorância nascem.(14: 17)

By leading a life of consciousness, superconsciousness. and cosmic consciousness, if tou seek the imperishable soul (sa), Who is constantly inhaling through the nostrils.

Ao levar uma vida de consciência, superconsciência. e consciência cósmica, se você procurar a alma imperecível (sa), Aquele que esta constantemente inalando através das narinas.

Wisdom is the result of strict spiritual and sattivic lifestyle.

A sabedoria é o resultado do rígido estilo de vida espiritual e sattivico.

Wisdom is realized in the atom point. This is samadhi.

Sabedoria é realizada no ponto atômico. Isto é samadhi.

Through that power, you can maintain continuous God consciousness

Através desse poder, você pode manter a consciência contínua em Deus

This is the divine state.

Este é o estado divino.

Rajasic people have extremely active lives.

Pessoas rajasicas têm uma vida extremamente agitada.

They are always busy in the material world.

Elas estão sempre ocupadas com o mundo material.

They have endless desire, ambition,and geed, and this leads to a completely unbalanced, restless life,which can result in many physical disabilities.

Eles têm desejo infinito, ambição e ganância,  isso leva a uma vida inquieta completamente desequilibrada, o que pode resultar em muitas desabilidades físicas ..

Tamasic people are idle, engrossed in matter, they do not want any education or culture.

Pessoas tamásicas estão sempre ociosas, absortas em  dificuldades, elea não querem qualquer tipo de educação ou cultura.

They are always sleepy, but at the end they repent. It is their madness.

Elas estão sempre dormindo,mas no final eles se arrependem. É a sua loucura.

This is the result of ignorance.

Este é o resultado da ignorância

Their troubles multiply due to the slot and darkness of tammas.

Seus problemas se multiplicam devido à preguiça e escuridão de tammas.

By practicing Kriya Yoga, you can overcome the impact of nature's different modes: tamas , rajas and sattva. You can go beyond the three qualities of nature and become free.

Pela prática de Kriya Yoga, você pode superar o impacto dos diferentes modos da natureza: tamas, rajas e sattva. Você pode ir além das três qualidades da natureza e tornar-se livre.

Through it is beyond the mind, intellect, and ego, Brahman is immanent in us.

Através dele, que está além da mente, intelecto e ego, Brahman é imanente em nós.

Change your life throug a life of love, prayer, and meditation.     transform your life  through the practice of God-conscious living.  this is the path of blessedness.

The Lord said:

I shall further narrate the highest knowledge, the best of all knowledge, havin known which sages ( munis) have gone from this world to the highest perfection.( 14:01)

Eu vou narrar ainda , o mais elevado conhecimento, o melhor de todo o conhecimento, tendo sido conhecido pelos os sábios (Munis) neste mundo, para a mais alta perfeição.( 14:01)

This knowledge liberates us from all suffering.

Esse conhecimento nos liberta de todo o sofrimento.

If you constantly watch the imperishable soul in every breath, you will be continuously liberated.

Se você prestar atenção constantemente a alma imperecível em cada respiração, você vai ser continuamente libertado.

Then ,the superconscious or cosmic conscious state will automatically arise.

Em seguida, o estado de  superconsciência ou  consciência cósmica surgirão automaticamente.

Muni is one who seeks truth. Muni is the person of meditation.

Muni é aquele que busca a verdade. Muni é a pessoa de meditação.

These munis ultimately attain samadhi.

Estes Munis, em última instância alcançam o samadhi.

Samadhi is the highest yogic attainment, called parama sidhi.

Samadhi é a mais alta realização Yogi, chamado parama sidhi.

Fortunate indeed are those who can enter into the samadhi stage through constant effort.

Afortunados na verdade são aqueles que podem entrar em samadhi através do esforço constante.

Success in yoga (samadhi) comes with great speed to those who are intensely sincere.(21

Sucesso em yoga (samadhi) vem com grande velocidade para aqueles que são intensamente sinceros.(21)

 Try to live  the  Intensity of desire and intense practice; Surrender completely to God;Purify the mind ;Breath control;Be free from likes and dislikes
Tente viver a intensidade do desejo de samadhi, e prática intensa; Renda-se completamente a Deus; purifique a mente;  Controle a respiração; Seja livre de gostos e desgostos

" Seek God in the guru and love the guru as manifestation of God's love.Through such love and surrender, Truth will be revealed to you"
"Busque a Deus no guru e ame o guru como manifestação do Amor. Divino Através de tal amor e rendição a Deus, a verdade será revelada a você"

Chapter 13:34 Kshetra Kshetrajna Vibhaga Yoga ;The Yoga of Knowledge of the Body Field and its Knower. ( O Yoga do conhecimento do Campo de Batalha, e seu Conhecedor.

ksetraksetrajnayor evam

antaram jnãnacaksusã

bhutaprakrtimoksam ca

ye vidur yanti te param

Those who realize with their eye of wisdom the distinction between the field, the knower of the field, and the liberation of beings from nature ( prakriti) go to supreme.(13:34)

Aqueles que percebem com seu olho da sabedoria a distinção entre o campo, o conhecedor do campo, e a libertação dos seres da natureza (prakriti) vão ao Supremo. (13:34) 

Gross body is full of delusion,illusion and error. People with a restless body and mind can go beyond restlessness and enter into imperishable soul with the help of the realized master. 

O corpo grosseiro está cheio de desilusão, ilusão e erro. As pessoas com um corpo e mente inquietos pode ir além da inquietação e entrar na alma imperecível com a ajuda do mestre realizado.

The imperishable soul in the body is kshetrajna, , fix attention in the pituitary and with the power of the guru, they can attain the supreme state.,

A alma imperecível no corpo é kshetrajna,

fixar a atenção na pituitária e com o poder do guru, eles podem atingir o estado supremo..,

Gradually , they will merge with the Almighty Father and attain the pulseless stage, samadhi, the ultimate goal of human life.

Aos poucos, eles vão fundir-se com o Pai Todo-Poderoso e atingir o estado sem pulso, samadhi, o objetivo final da vida humana.

Focusing a either of the mind-point of eyebrows and the fontanel, helps dissolve restless propensities, such as anger, ego and vanity.

Concentrando-se entre o ponto médio das sobrancelhas e a fontanela, ajuda a dissolver propensões inquietas, como a raiva, ego e vaidade.

Yoga is that process which brings the state of inner silence and tranquility

Yoga é esse processo que traz o estado de silêncio interior e tranquilidade

Yoga is complete cessation of restlessness.

Yoga é a cessação completa da inquietação.

If you live with implicit faith in the words of the Master and the scriptures, you will be liberated while abiding in the physical body (jivanmukti)

Se você vive com fé implícita nas palavras do Mestre e as escrituras, você será libertado enquanto permanente no corpo físico (Jivanmukti)

The path of knowledge leads to the goal of liberation.

O caminho do conhecimento leva à meta da libertação.

He is the sadguru who knows what is real and unreal.He is the best among the knowers of Brahman. Every place he resides in sanctified; there is no doubt about it.

Ele é o sadguru quem sabe o que é real e irreal. Ele é o melhor entre os conhecedores de Brahman. Todo lugar que ele reside foi santificado; não há nenhuma dúvida sobre isso.

Om. That is the Truth. Thus ends the thirteenth chapter,  "The Yoga of the Body Field and Its Knower" , in the yogic scripture of the Bhagavad Gita, the essence of the Upanishads, the scripture on absolute knowledge, a dialog between Lord Krishna and Arjuna.

Om. Essa é a verdade. Assim termina o décimo terceiro capítulo, "O Yoga do campo de corpo e seu conhecedor", na escritura yogue do Bhagavad Gita, a essência dos Upanishads, a escritura em conhecimento absoluto, um diálogo entre o Senhor Krishna e Arjuna.
